The shop is a pizza place. What need for ambiance? The taste of the pizzas has declined in proportion to the rising prices. The "Kentucky" used to be REALLY delicious. Now they're cutting back on everything, especially the base sauce. But compared to other pizza delivery companies in the city, Freddy's are still considerably tastier!

We were thrilled, it tasted very good. Delivery was on time and friendly.

Delivery time over 2.5 hours! An absolute disaster! I waited over 2.5 hours for my food – without any information or apology. When I asked, I was simply fobbed off with an annoyed "We're busy today." Apparently, this store doesn't care how long their customers have to wait. Hungry? Bad luck! Service? None! I've rarely experienced such poor organization and indifferent attitude toward paying customers. If you value punctuality, customer friendliness, or even a minimum level of service, you should definitely not order here. Never again!

Ordered again today. Everything is fine again. Fast delivery. Food top. On May 29, 25 I ordered 2x burger menu. I would have overlooked the long delivery time. But cold burgers and cold fries don't work at all. They were also ordered and paid drinks not included. The driver forgot them.

Salad with frozen spinach, jarred peppers and the cheapest olives available. The pizza was also made with frozen vegetables, was wobbly and not tasty! Everything is way too expensive... no recommendation. Paid almost €40 for frozen food.

Great delivery service, pizza came hot and was super tasty. We have always ordered from Freddy's and have never been disappointed.

Instead of house dressing for salad, house dip was delivered – what am I supposed to do with that? Pizza was soggy. Finger food squashed into a box, lumpy, greasy, breading flaking off. Salad is getting smaller and smaller, and there's less and less in it. The burger was missing cheese. And all this for over 80 euros. Freddy Fresh used to be good, but that was a long time ago. It's getting more and more expensive, and the quality is getting worse. The result: We won't be ordering from here in the future. And dear owner: I don't need to send you another email, because what would that do?

Ridiculous concept for a “delivery service”. Do you actually only deliver to the few blocks on the ring within a 100m radius that are within walking distance anyway? It almost doesn't matter where you try to order from, you always get the same answer: the address is not being delivered. No matter whether Löbervorstadt, Bahnhofsviertel or Andreasvorstadt. You should perhaps take out the term “delivery service”.
