Really an insider tip since the 90s (not anymore ^^) Plus the only Indian here in EF who isn't an arrogant owner.

We are really disappointed. We were regular customers. Now eating mistakes became more and more common. Something was always wrong. Food always tastes different. Today Now again. It's no fun anymore and it didn't taste good either...

Delivery 2 hours late and again. Food ok.

Brown cauliflower! And no, not just one piece, the whole casserole is full of it! We were always satisfied, that was the last time!

I have never eaten worse 0 out of 5 stars. The food is totally over salted and inedible, not even the dog wanted to try it, so we were allowed to throw food worth 40 euros into the bin. The pizza was much smaller than advertised so beware of these scammers. The biggest joke, however, was the lemonade for over 4 euros, which is a good and cheap soda. We will never order there again

Since I was in the kitchen of the first Freddy branch (greetings to Dresden) many years ago, I can say this. That's not how it works... We waited 2 hours to get 2 completely soggy cold pizzas in 2 bent boxes. One dessert was forgotten and after an hour a barely intelligible call came for the free chocolate cake. They deliver a chocolate donut instead. Please have someone you can understand call. Oh and maybe it would be better to ask whether the customer would like his order returned because the branch was completely overloaded due to a large order from a football club. If I had known that I would have to wait another hour after calling, I would have backed out of the purchase.

Total disappointment, the online menu looked very tasty and attracted us to the branch for the first time...we could have saved ourselves the visit. Opening time 11 a.m., no one there at 5 after 11. Then a foreign-looking gentleman came and asked if we wanted to go in...Yes, of course...I complained about the tardiness, the gentleman wasn't interested in that. 2nd question from him to us: do you want to order something? Yes, of course. The seller didn't seem happy and said it would take a while. After further questioning, he told us that he had to preheat the stove for at least 25 minutes and then the pizza or nuggets would take the same amount of time... I've never heard such nonsense before. We decided to leave, which was a good thing, because when I left the "restaurant" I saw how dirty the floor was and how dirty the tables looked...that was the first and last time at Freddy Fresh...it's a shame, that I can't give 0 points here.
