Everything is great, we order there regularly, I've never had anything to complain about.

I ordered a Magherita pizza and I think the dough/pizza base tastes like a frozen pizza, somehow floury and definitely not that great. For me, who prefers the well-known Italian pizza dough, I unfortunately have to complain about this pizza dough. Otherwise I can't complain about the delivery time etc

The worst food I've ever eaten. So much pepper that no one could eat it, pizza that wasn't even close to being cooked through and steak that I had to look for first, it was so small and thin and for such a high price. I'll never order there again. They used to be so good and are now inedible

Salad with frozen spinach, jarred peppers and the cheapest olives available. The pizza was also made with frozen vegetables, was wobbly and not tasty! Everything is way too expensive... no recommendation. Paid almost €40 for frozen food.

I got it on February 5th. The order was brought by a tall, burly guy. The delivery instructions said top floor, I was already coming towards him, but after hearing that he just stopped at the bottom. He looked at me listlessly, put my food on the floor, which I then had to save, and gave me the bill. I had to pay 12.59 euros and said 14, which was really nice for the guy. He then said we would do 15, which I said no. Now he told me that that's not good.🤣 I like you, but the driver doesn't work at all. Pizza could have been in the oven a little longer. Instead of house dressing for salad, house dip was delivered – what am I supposed to do with that? Pizza was soggy. Finger food squashed into a box, lumpy, greasy, breading flaking off. Salad is getting smaller and smaller, and there's less and less in it. The burger was missing cheese. And all this for over 80 euros. Freddy Fresh used to be good, but that was a long time ago. It's getting more and more expensive, and the quality is getting worse. The result: We won't be ordering from here in the future. And dear owner: I don't need to send you another email, because what would that do?

Not a restaurant, more like a pizza delivery place with a few chairs and tables. But the pizza was incredibly delicious and highly recommended! Generously topped and with a crispy base. Simply delicious!

Ridiculous concept for a “delivery service”. Do you actually only deliver to the few blocks on the ring within a 100m radius that are within walking distance anyway? It almost doesn't matter where you try to order from, you always get the same answer: the address is not being delivered. No matter whether Löbervorstadt, Bahnhofsviertel or Andreasvorstadt. You should perhaps take out the term “delivery service”.
