Moderately unfriendly staff, when filling the pizzas (without gloves) food was shoved into the mouth with the serving hand, hygiene seems to be a foreign concept. A person in the kitchen had a number of rings on their hands that they had covered with.

We ordered over 2.5 hours ago. Our food is neither there nor do we get any feedback that it is taking significantly longer. When asked, they say that someone left “5 minutes ago”. If you would like to eat at a normal time, you've probably come to the wrong place. The only thing that is even worse is the information policy, which is even worse than that of Deutsche Bahn.

The shop is a pizza shop. What does ambience need? The taste of the pizzas has decreased in proportion to the increasing prices. The “Kentucky” was REALLY tasty. Now everything and especially the basic sauce is saved. Normally we are still satisfied, even though it has become very rare that we order pizza. But the last time the pizza was already cold. And that in summer!

Unfortunately both pizzas were cold. Noodles were very tasty.

Service contact and delivery as announced was great. Burger: 2x classic cheese and smoker, slightly better than from fast food chains. Despite the price, the quality was not right for one component! Pizza Rotterdam: thin base and taste below average, similar to the ones you can bake at Denner. I'm sorry, unfortunately it was only warm and tasted like low-category fast food.

Fast delivery. We have never received anything wrong. Always very tasty. For us the price-performance ratio is right.

I have been a regular customer at Freddy Fresh Pizza for three years. This is the only pizza delivery service where I find consistent quality in taste and customer service. I can really recommend their chicken burger and pizza Rottadam!

I ordered a pizza, unfortunately it was very, very dry. The dough was very thin and not fully baked. Personally, I prefer pizzas that don't collect dust. Well, it's a shame. Topping was okay.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We like to order from Freddy Fresh when we don't feel like or have time to cook. The double-decker lunch special is particularly attractive, consisting of two main courses for €17. My favorite product is the garlic bread with the garlic dip. Perfect for garlic lovers and at a low price. For us, Freddy Fresh offers the best pizza in Jena that you can have delivered. The burgers are also recommended. The food is fast food, but delicious. I've never had a complaint. What's also nice about Freddy Fresh is the friendly employees. Such friendly suppliers are rare. Never had a complaint, always nice and quick, and the food usually arrives much earlier than you expect. A clear recommendation from us if you don't feel like or have time to cook after a long day. 🍕

Pizza has become an integral part of our game nights. At Freddy's, the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. We've also gotten food from other providers, but we've enjoyed it best from Freddy Fresh so far. The perfect meal for an evening with friends. Thank you for that! :)

Online ordering in the new shop is easy. Fast delivery, it was announced that it would take around 70 minutes, the food was there after around 35 minutes. The burgers were very tasty, the garlic bread was rather boring and on the dry side...

Pizza Tarzan, tastes absolutely subterranean. Very little sauce so very dry. The pizza tastes like nothing except pretzel dough, which was probably supposed to provide the crunch. So don't be dazzled by the list of ingredients. The pizza dough could have used a bit of heat, quite soft and not crispy at all.

Unfortunately (again) I got the wrong dressing. Very annoying at over €10 for a salad.

I regularly order from the store in Dracendorf in Jena. The food is always delicious and the employees are always friendly. Stay as you are. Thumbs up!!

In terms of quality, really great. A very friendly and competent team. The food tastes great and is always delivered hot. I can't confirm that it's greasy, as there are delivery services in Jena where the entire pizza box floats.

I only use the delivery service. Always friendly on the phone, very nice staff even when picking up. Pizzas are delicious as always. Deliveries take depending on the day of the week and time, but so far there has always been a very precise statement about how long it takes. Highly Recommended

So that's my personal opinion! I think the prices for these dishes are on the high side! I'm happy to pay a little more. But then the quality has to be right. She doesn't do that here at all. The pizzas and salads are a long way from the pictures on the memory card. The dough in ours was totally sticky and dry, it was very salty and was not good at all. Sorry it wasn't good for the price. We ordered online and then picked it up. We still had to wait, but it was already clear to me that things wouldn't be ready in 15 minutes. That wasn't a problem for us either. The staff was friendly. Conclusion: Once you try it, it stays that way!

Die Pizza war lecker,aber 15€ für eine 26cm Pizza ist schon unverschämt...aber 7.50€ ist auch nicht besser

Heute spontan bestellt mit den Kollegen, angegeben waren 40min...das essen stand 20min nach Bestellung auf dem Tisch, es war lecker und auch noch heiß...Vielen Dank nach Drackendorf ...leider keine Fotos gemacht;-)

Pizza war in Ordnung. Aber für den Preis zu wenig Belag.

Ich hab alles schon probiert außer bowl. Da trau ich mich nicht ran. Aber habe sonst alles gegessen und super lecker. Außer Rindfleisch Burger die sind nicht so meins. Ich kann es echt nur empfehlen. Alles ist frisch immer und warm.

Mitarbeiter nimmt Bestellung falsch auf und ist dann auch noch unfreundlich weil er anscheinend seine „Zigaretten Pause“ genießen möchte. Ansonsten passt alles.

Sehr kleine aber Feine abholstelle. Der Verzehr vor Ort ist leider nicht möglich, aber das ist auch gar nicht schlimm. Essen schmeckt wirklich genial genauso wie die dazugehörigen dips.

Pizzateig labrig und weich. Die Pizza wird also schon ne Weile im Karton gelegen haben. Geschmacklich aber in Ordnung.

Einwandfreie Pizza ohne Frage mit sehr viel Auswahl. Aber leider fehlt es manchmal an Soße. Aber an sich machen die eine echt gute Pizza für einen guten Preis!

Schmeckt aber man bekommt nicht die Beläge die man zahlt. Seit der Preis Erhöhung (verständlich) spart man auch an den Standard belegen also dieser Store von Freddy hält sich nicht an die Wünsche die man bezahlt (Trinkgeld mal anders abgesahnt) …

Wie immer sehr lecker, von meiner Lieblingspizzeria in Jena. Immer wieder neue und einfallsreiche Kreationen an Pizzen, wovon mir bisher jede geschmeckt hat. Am liebsten mag ich aber immer noch die Kapstadt-Pizza. Immer wieder gerne. Weiter so @Freddy Fresh. 😊

Hat leider nachgelassen. Die Pizzen sind kleiner und teurer geworden.

Also das derzeitige Mittagsangebot eine Pizza nach Wahl mit kleinem Gartensalat ist echt eine sehr gute Idee! Nicht abschrecken lassen von der Lieferzeit,die Jung's und Mädels sind echt flink(letzte Bestellung mit 70min angegeben und nach 25 min klingelte es bereits...absolut Top!!!) Die Pizzen sind sehr lecker und auch der Salat!Einfach mal ein großes Lob an Euch in Drackendorf!!! Freddy Fresh for Freddy Fans...

Schon öfter bestellt, das Essen kommt immer schön warm an und ist Frisch (die Zutaten, weil man es schmeckt!). Das Fresh im Namen kommt also hin :) geschmacklich finde ich es super und die Aktionen, z.B. die aktuelle mit dem Knicklos bei jeder Bestellung, finde ich mega!!! Habe jetzt schon ne gratis Pizza und Lavacake gewonnen. Fazit: Alles bestens, weiter so!
