ABSOLUTE RUDENESS! If your mailbox says "NO ADVERTISING"...then you have to comply! 1. It goes in the trash immediately. 2. The flyer would be better off with people who are actually interested in advertising. 3. Teach your flyer delivery person to behave respectfully and not spit in front of the doors or flick cigarette butts around while distributing flyers. And with behavior like that, you're supposed to order something? UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES

It's a shame that agreements made over the phone aren't implemented directly by the delivery drivers. I'll choose a different provider next time.

The pizza is absolutely delicious – always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. I love how quickly they deliver too; it’s perfect when you're really hungry. Highly recommended for anyone craving tasty pizza with top service. Really, really good experience every time!

They put in advertising even though it was clearly forbidden in writing on the mailbox.

Someone responsible for hygiene in the city should visit

We ordered. It arrived promptly and quickly, the price was reasonable, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the three of us (everyone who ate the pizza) got some sort of food poisoning. It's strange for three people who don't live in the same household. I won't be ordering again. The pizza was with chicken.

Never again!!!!! They advertise their own app and then it doesn't work! When I placed my order, it said it would take 50-60 minutes, and then I called an hour later and 20 minutes because the food still wasn't there. The place was absolute chaos. It turned out the order wasn't even in the kitchen yet. And then they tell you on the phone that it's busy and raining. That makes absolutely no sense to me. The woman on the phone got louder and louder and came across as really rude.

The food is delicious and the staff on the phone is very helpful. You just can't sit in there. It's more likely just for ordering away from home.

We ordered 2 meals for delivery. Delivery time as announced 1 hour. A meal was good and sufficient. The other food was tasteless and the quantity was an absolute joke. Not even a child would have had enough. This is really outrageous for the price. I would have complained immediately in the restaurant.

Would you please take your advertising and put it somewhere else, but not in a mailbox marked "no advertising"? I'm getting fed up with your analog spam.

We ordered Asian and it was disgusting. There was little meat and it was dried out. The sauce also tasted extremely bad and cheap. I can't recommend it at all.

Roast duck with curry and vegetables (simple frozen vegetables) was very disappointing, a few small strips of duck breast and the curry sauce seemed like the cheapest sauce powder mixed with water.. absolutely not recommended🤮 Furthermore, I ordered two different pizzas, which were almost identical but were actually supposed to be two different ones and none of them matched the ones I actually ordered 100%. All in all just not good.

Pizza is great there, including family or party pizza. I wouldn't order the rest based on my own experience.

Ordered again today. Last time we were a bit frustrated because there were things in the salad that we had left out of the order (olives, tomatoes). The pizzas were very dry but the delivery time was ok at the time. Today it's awesome! The pizzas were more or less okay but the delivery time was beyond bearable. Ordered at 4:59 p.m., should be delivered at 5:45 p.m. When did the food finally arrive? 7:49 p.m. So that was the longest delivery time I've experienced so far. And despite a note on the order confirmation that the restaurant would contact you immediately if there was a delay. And when I asked by phone, they said that a large order had come in, which was why the oven was occupied! That was once again a frustrating experience. But the last one there!

The people working here are friendly in nature. Food is average at best. Almost seems to overpromise yet underdeliver. Hopefully things improve in the future.

I can't say anything about the ambience, but the pizza always tastes good and the drivers are always nice.

WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER ORDERED IN MY LIFE ! - non respect of allergy instructions (lucky we opened burger before !) - frozen steak, raw everything, cold, easy to understand how the delivery could be 30min early … nothing was cooked ! I would be ASHAMED of even proposing such quality, because even badly cooked burger are better, this is just a pile of ingredients mixed … Only thing that could be eaten were the fries… unfortunately you had exactly 27 of them …. 14€ for that is simply stealing money and trying to make people sick ! Just close your doors and change work if it’s to do such shit

Delivery time was good but the food was absolutely bad. Lamb with rice and Chinese noodles with duck simply disgusting. I come from another city and am used to much better quality for less money.

We ordered a party pizza which only arrived after 3 hours, even though we were told after several requests that we would receive the pizza straight away. When we asked for a discount we were saved a loss of 8 euros despite being more than 1.5 hours late

An appointment was made, after which the delivery time was exceeded by more than 30 minutes. Answer: Address not found. In further conversation it turns out that nothing at all was true about what City Pizza said on the phone. They hadn't even processed the order yet and were lying!!!!!! knowingly “snot cheeky” at customers.

Hello, I actually really enjoy ordering from City Pizza and have always been very happy with the price-performance ratio, but today there was a promotion that really annoyed me: Today around 11 a.m. I ordered a lunch special (chicken mushroom and additional naan bread). When the food delivery person delivered my food to me, he noted that there would be a problem because the head chef told him that somehow there was no lunch offer today and that I would now have to pay an additional €2.50 (after I did so online). Paypal had already paid). I paid for it, but found it very rude.

Estimated delivery time: 45-60 minutes, actual delivery time: 75 minutes. Two pizzas ordered (grades 3 and 4) had too much cheese, unfinished dough and a dry impression. Since we occasionally make pizza ourselves, we have a good benchmark. An Indian dish we ordered (grade 2) was good, although the taste of the sauces didn't seem to differ much. I used to eat chicken with spinach, now spinach with homemade cheese - somehow everything is the same. So probably not again or only every 2 years.

Food: The pizza is freshly made and very tasty! Extra wishes are fulfilled without any problem, great! Delivery: Delivery is quick, the pizza is still nice and hot when it arrives. Samir is the best driver, he is nice, polite and very fast! All around a perfect ordering experience! EDIT (2024): Done roll is delivered incorrectly but labeled correctly regardless of ordering instructions. No longer recommended.

Ordered a 60x40cm party pizza and the thing didn't look like 60x40cm from the outside. As a result, the folding rule was taken and 50x35cm came out... then people complained about whether there had been an error (which would have been justifiable). On the phone it was literally just, "oh, you noticed that?" At least there was a large, free magarita as an excuse... but that still doesn't justify cheating.

Ordered 60cm×40cm and received 50cm×35cm. Even the box wasn't the right size. On the phone the woman simply replied: “You noticed that?” You can't beat it when it comes to cheekiness. At least a new pizza was delivered, which is the least. The pizza tasted fine.

Fries okay, salad dry, gravy made of powder separates into phases, cordon bleu without cheese, ham and breadcrumbs and not through.

I bought 2 pizzas for €57 with my boys, gave the driver a €100 note and said €65. He only gave me 30 back, but I noticed it too late. I feel a bit ripped off now

Nach drei Stunden kam das Essen. Das ist wirklich absolut daneben. Am Telefon wird man vertröstet. Sehr schlecht, wirklich.

Wir sind vorbeigelaufen und haben uns etwas für Zuhause mitgenommen. Das Personal war super freundlich. Der Shop ist nicht modern, aber recht sauber. Ich hatte eine Pizza Prosciotto, der jedoch kein Schinken, sondern Bierschinken war. Das fand ich nicht so super. Mein Freund hatte Nudeln mit Frutti de Mare. Geschmacklich in Ordnung.

Essen bestellt und nach anderthalb Stunden mal angerufen, um nach unserem Essen zu fragen - da erfährt man dann, daß sie doch nicht liefern!!! Wahrscheinlich gibt es hier noch Leute, die so schon seit Jahren auf ihr Essen warten - erbärmlich das man dem Kunden nicht wenigstens kurz mal drüber informiert.

Pizza Indiana für 11,70€ hat seeehr lecker geschmeckt! Nette Mitarbeiter, Pizza war noch sehr heiß, 5-10 Min Wartezeit bei spontaner Abholung. Danke!

Eine lange Zeit waren die richtig schlecht, nachdem ich Jahrzehnte langkunde war. Jetzt muss man sagen: Einwandfrei! Gerne wieder!

Einen Dönerteller kenne ich anders, für 12,50 € sehr übertrieben teuer, für 3 Blätter Salat 3 Scheibchen Gurke und 2 Stückchen Tomate, Weißkraut und Rotkraut Fehlanzeige.Fleisch hat überhaupt nichts mit Dönerfleisch zu tun gehabt (konnte es leider nicht Essen, war kaum gewürzt und hat total angebrant geschmeckt) und von den Pommes möchte ich erst garnicht sprechen. Dann ein wirklich kleiner Becher Soße (das hat geklappt, meine Wahlsoße war es, geschmacklich...naja). Ergebnis: Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht mehr.

Positiv an der Bestellung: City Schnitzel war sehr gut so wie immer.! Negativ: Baguette is sehr matschig gewesen und aufgeweicht. Pommes schmecken Alt und waren labberig. Nudeln Bolognese…..nur irgendeine Tomaten soße,das hat nix mit Bolognese zu tun.!!! Und dazu kommt Ich habe 1,50€ mehr bezahlt das dieses Gericht überbacken ist und das war ebenfalls nicht der fall….. Sehr enttäuscht.!!!

Es ist wirklich ein Super Laden. Ich hatte dort für meine Geburtstagsfeier 7 Familienpizzen bestellt. Diese wurden am vereinbarten Zeitpunkt geliefert. Alles hat super funktioniert. Samir war ein freundlicher und netter Fahrer. Einfach ein super Laden mit netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern.

Positiv ist einerseits die schnelle Lieferung, das Essen kocht gefühlt noch wenn es ankommt. Was auf eine frische Herstellung hinweist. Andererseits ist die Pizza sehr fettig und wirkt wie Tiefgekühlt oder wie mit einem nicht selbst hergestellten Boden. Doch verlangt man nach einer schnellen und kostengünstige Pizza - ist man hier genau richtig

Hab Lamm Rogen Josh und Döner Box bestellt. Positiv: Sehr schnelle Lieferung, warmes Essen. Negativ: Essen geschmacklos, Fleisch schmeckt nicht frisch. Naan und Chapatis schmecken gleich. Kein Unterschied Niemals wieder. Es gibt bessere indische Küche in Jena.

ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Lieferservice :) meine Bestellung wurde auch zu später Stunde echt schnell von Samir ausgeliefert (ca. 15 min) und die Pizza war wirklich sehr lecker!! Top!

Irgendjemand hatte einen ganz schlechten Tag 😂 hatte mein Burger zu 13:30 bestellt, da ich auf Arbeit war. 11:45 Uhr stand der Lieferant schon vor der Tür. Hatte eigentlich ohne Zwiebeln bestellt und der Mozzarella hat komplett gefehlt obwohl ich mit extra Käse bestellt hatte. Hab mir einfach daheim noch welchen drauf gemacht. Aber Pommes gabs dazu, das ging auch😂 passiert halt. War trotzdem ganz lecker!

Der Lieferant samir war sehr nett zu mir und hat mein Essen 15 Minuten früher als gedacht geliefert und da dessen war sehr lecker und noch sehr heiß.

Wir haben zu fünft eine Partypizza bestellt und sie hat wirklich toll geschmeckt. Und satt geworden sind wir allemal. Außerdem war die Pizza bereits nach 20 Minuten geliefert. Das hat man sonst selten. Unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Sehr leckere Pizza, und Samir hat uns das essen gebracht, obwohl er keinen Parkplatz finden konnte, war super lieb! Essen kam trotzdem heiß und frisch bei uns an.

Haben jetzt schon mehrmals Pizza bestellt und war immer super und auch schnell da! Heute dann mal Pizza abgeholt und auch alle sehr nett. :)

Eine unglaublich lange und vielfältige Speisekarte! Leckere Fast Food Klassiker von allen Kontinenten! Wer es eilig hat, sollte vorbestellen und es dann selbst abholen, da der Lieferservice oft stark ausgelastet ist.

Gerade durch technische Schwierigkeiten versucht, telefonisch zu bestellen. Die Dame am Telefon lässt leider extrem ihre gestresste Laune an freundlichen Kunden aus und legt dann einfach auf. Bisher immer über Lieferando bestellt. Essen gut, aber jedes mal hat etwas gefehlt. Wir weichen jetzt auf andere Anbieter aus.

Liefert nicht zu uns wegen Baustelle Umleitung zu weit 😂
