Delicious pizza. Friendly staff.

We were at the RV site at the sports park, ordered pizzas 🍕, and they arrived at the site within what felt like 15 minutes of receiving the email. The pizzas were hot and delicious, nothing black, and the price was totally reasonable. We were thrilled and would order from here again 😀

We've ordered here many times, and the food has always been good. But for a driver to now ask for a tip is outrageous, and then they complain when you just round up. No tips on principle :)

The food tastes great and is reasonably priced. The 24cm pizza is a small one, but for €1 more, a 28cm pizza is really good. The service is also great; the driver spoke wonderful German, was friendly, and even called, just as I wrote in the comments. Great place. The only downside: the gyro tastes more like chicken doner meat than gyro. Still delicious, so everything's good. 👍🏻🤝

Delivery arrived within 30 minutes, so I'd give it 5 stars. But!!! The doner rolls I ordered were made of some kind of yeast dough or something similar. The pizza was okay, but there was no noticeable difference between a small and a large pizza (except for the price). The worst part was that the driver who delivered the food (a total order value of around €125) immediately asked for a tip (he didn't see how much money I had in my hand, and I hadn't received an invoice from the driver yet stating how much I had to pay). We've always been satisfied, but after today's order, I'd rather go to another popular pizzeria that doesn't offer delivery, but everything else is simply great.

The vegetarian salad contained turkey ham, the pizza was dripping with grease, and there was a hair in the herb butter. Added to that was the totally unfriendly delivery staff, who even demanded a tip.

If I could, I'd give it zero stars. We usually love ordering from Ginos, but this time it was an absolute disaster! We couldn't finish the kebab because there were pieces of bone in the meat, and it tasted crunchy. The fries with the nuggets also tasted awful—mushy and half-raw. There was also a hair in each of the two dishes. An order that was destined for the bin. Simply disgusting! We definitely won't be ordering from there again!

We parked our motorhome at the parking spot in Mariental and ordered. Great pizza, good communication. Highly recommended.

Ordered food and always received at least one wrong item! Really sad.

I was already upset about this, but since nothing has changed, I'm only giving it one star so people are aware of it. I don't know what the delivery person's damn problem is. He rang the bell and then just stood there coldly at the front door until I came down. If you don't want to walk up the stairs, then find another job and don't let me do your work. I always run halfway to meet the delivery person because I know it's exhausting delivering all day. But I think it's cheeky. I also found it funny how he stared at my hands to see if I had a tip. Of course, he didn't get one for his rudeness. He only managed a "Hello" and just gave me a stupid look. A "Have a nice day" or "Enjoy your meal" wasn't even an option, not even a "Bye." Just come upstairs, be nice, and then you'll get a tip, what's the problem? No, you'd rather forgo the €2 tip because you don't feel like walking 10-20 steps? Okay. Next time, I'll just make you wait. If you're still too proud, you can explain to your boss why you didn't deliver food or why you weren't doing your job.

The food was still raw, please don't spend your money on it, the fries tasted disgusting

The pizzas we ordered were super tasty and very hot. Very fast delivery service and the price was good too. We can only recommend it. Maybe it would be good to do more advertising, we saw the flyer in the self-service launderette.

I ordered gnocci with gorgonzola sauce, the food had nothing to do with gorgonzola, it was just a cream sauce with normal mozzarella cheese, cheeky! Likewise, according to the instructions for delivery, they were supposed to call beforehand but they didn't do anything.

Pizza is really delicious. The guys are very friendly. It's not intended for eating there.

I ordered several family pizzas for a children's soccer team. There was a large selection and the service was very accommodating. Everyone really enjoyed the pizzas and they were perfectly hot and ready at the appointed time. The employees and the boss were without exception friendly and there were extra drinks for the children. We will definitely order there again.

Pizzas are delivered too small and negative calls are responded to rudely.

So I'm not saying that the food isn't good, but I clearly understand something different when you place an order and cino pizza can't do it, not even your own boss. You order kebab with sheep's cheese and lots of sauce instead you get extra meat, no sheep's cheese and little sauce. And now tell me that the customer made the mistake and before that there were some other problems. You pay €5.50 for a normal kebab because you have an appetite for it and then you get something like that. Well, we never meant any harm and were bullied by our own boss and were told we didn't need to order anymore. It's already gotten to the point where you have to let Indian bosses bully you.

The casserole was freshly picked up, cold and tasted like the day before. Never again

When delivered, the food always arrives cold and takes at least an hour to be delivered.

Service is good and tastes good

It is a restaurant with a variety of cuisine to select from. Italian, Indian Curry, dönner and many more. Food has options to make changes and customise as per taste.. The owner and staff are very friendly and kind in serving.. Delivery service is very quick and reaches food hot and warm at home.

Never had a pizza with zero taste, today was the day. 4 formaggi with mushrooms and salami. Dough like cardboard, tomato sauce not noticeable and I don't know where the 4 types of cheese were supposed to have been 🤷‍♂️ Couldn't detect any cheese taste. Of the delivery services in ESA, only DaVinci can really be described as anything close to Italian pizza. Because of my family I go to Italy several times a year, an Italian would just say "che schifo!!"

The pizzas are very tasty and the price-performance ratio is also good. The delivery time was stated as 40 minutes (we ordered on a Sunday evening), but the pizzas arrived after about 20 minutes. So you can't complain there either :-) In terms of taste, everything was fine and I was particularly impressed by the large variety of pizzas. I will definitely order there again. =)

I just got my food delivered... I ordered the 72a without sauce, but actually just got the nuggets and the potato wedges dry... with nothing... it said salad!!!! But it didn't come with me... something went wrong with previous orders that we could deal with. I'm not a complainer. But let's be honest, I'm disappointed, dry nuggets with dry potato wedges... I chose this meal because it came with a salad!!!! That was my last order. My girlfriend says the pizza was okay, the quality was also very poor compared to before...

Ordered food so often and were always satisfied. Ordered again today and the 28 cm pizza I ordered turned into a 24 cm pizza when it arrived. That doesn't work at all. I called and complained and the answer I got was that's just the way it is. Never again

I'm extremely disappointed because as a truck driver you can't even get a pizza delivered because there's no fixed address. I find that sad and ashamed!! Am I worth less as a driver but if we don't get there on time we are the impossible drivers? Think about how the real one gets to your shop, poor Eisenach

Ordered an XXL kebab plate... It was no longer in there like it was in a small kebab box. A dollop of sauce and a child's handful of salad for 10.50 is absolutely not cool... The taste isn't great either, I won't be ordering there again!

Worst kebab plate I've ever eaten. 10.50 euros for an XXL kebab plate. It was a normal portion, and there was very little sauce on the salad and the kebab meat, so everything was very dry. Better shut it down so you don't upset hungry people.

Absolute disaster, we ordered a salami pizza and pizza rolls. The pizza had no cheese and just everything thrown on it. The pizza rolls were two breads with a very light garlic flavor.

It was really good food, the kebab tastes divine thanks to this salad sauce and the structure. It wasn't dry downstairs, where I've often had bad experiences at other kebab shops. Really recommended

Fast delivery!! Delicious food. Well, if you are with a camper and are not allowed to eat out, then have it delivered to the stellplatz at the Mariental P2.

The delivery driver was a bit confused and didn't spot our motorhome in the LIDL parking lot, but the pizza was even tastier. We still rave about the “4 Staggione”, but especially about the “vegetarian” one; Compliment.

Ordered 2 desired pizzas today. Super fluffy, super hot and everything exactly as you wish. As always, delivery was super quick and the delivery person was very friendly. Definitely and absolutely at peace with the price-performance ratio. Even large orders for companies are always delivered to complete satisfaction, in my own experience

Ordered: Calzone, potato casserole, vegetarian kebab. Once is an oversight and excusable. But the same thing again with today's order. The potatoes are only half cooked again, the sauce is a soup. The calzone, despite the note without mushrooms, of course with mushrooms. Sorry guys, that was the last order today.

Hi everyone, The pizza and Mexican food is great. The kebab is also good. Indian is more sauce than content and Asian is something different. Fast and friendly delivery. Prices are okay. Positive reviews come about because of the pizza, the Mexican food and the kebab. I'll definitely order again.
