Food arrived quickly and hot, fries crunchy but not seasoned. In general, everyone lacks power... the 4 cheese sauce was bland and had 0 taste... the pizza also lacks pizzazz and hardly any taste...

I got a burger that was good then my friend had the noodles with kebab meat which tasted disgusting. Onions were really disgusting, the kebab meat tasted like almost nothing and the noodles were hard. I almost wouldn't have even given it to the dog so it was mine It was the last time we waited for an hour and a half and then it was such a disappointment

I can't recommend the store that made us wait two hours for food

It used to be one of my absolute favorite kebabs, but unfortunately the quality has deteriorated so much now. The only reason I still get a kebab there every few weeks is because of the sauces...unfortunately no other kebab can come close. Unfortunately, the meat is now totally dry and tough. And the kebabs have been made so carelessly for months. At the bottom there is a ton of lettuce and then the meat. You do this all day long, what's so difficult about layering the kebab properly, first some meat, then some salad, then more meat, then more salad. This takes 1-2 minutes longer but makes a difference when eating! That would also make the kebab a lot more palatable. You first have to fight your way through a pile of dry meat, which is still somewhat edible thanks to the delicious sauce, and then all you have is salad. Every time it's disappointing, you can actually do much better.

Unfortunately you have to give one star. On December 11th, 2024, flyers would be distributed widely in Gera, which were already very appealing. On December 12th, 2024 we wanted to order and did so straight away via the website. No sooner said than done and we had our order confirmation and order number. After the required date was exceeded, we tried to call over 20 times and no one answered. At some point we got a call back saying we overlooked your order and it had only just come in. We were offered to deliver the order tomorrow because they wouldn't do it today. Honestly, this is the biggest disgrace I've ever experienced. People stay away from the pizzeria unless you want to go hungry for “3 weeks”.
