This is the last straw. Now, as a Neustadt resident, I have to pay for the delivery. What a pity.

From appetizers to dessert, everything was delivered hot or chilled and quickly (25 minutes on a Sunday evening!). Great value for money, large portions, and plenty of toppings.

Best pizza in Heide! We were spontaneously still hungry and were there for the first time and were very enthusiastic. The pizza was very tasty and the gentleman behind the counter was very friendly. Always happy again. Thank you !

The food is very good! However, some of the delivery people are very rude. They sometimes talk on the phone while standing at someone's door, complain if you don't tip, or occasionally shake their heads and ignore you.

Delicious pizza, fast delivery. Unfortunately, the box was too small for the large pizza, the pizza was creased in the box and the box was therefore not closed properly, which meant the pizza cooled down quickly.

Ess3n is not recommended! The bread from the croque is old and not too toppings. The sauce tastes sour and the pizza bread is mediocre. I also had a small piece of plastic in the sauce that looked like a toenail. See photo. The salad is no longer fresh either. We paid almost €40 for such a bad meal. We don't order there anymore!

I was always very satisfied with the quality and friendliness. Unfortunately the shop is now closed. It's probably the same here as everywhere else: a new "kebab shop" is coming. Then probably the 195th in Lübeck.

Unfortunately, you've really let down your guard. Prices have increased, but quality hasn't. I've been a customer for a long time, but you've screwed up. Salad for 10 euros, with nothing but lettuce leaves and a few extras...should be a chef's salad. Delivery is always fast, but even then...fast isn't always an advantage. 🍕 And the burgers aren't as good as they used to be.

Last week I ordered a pizza from a delivery service in Hamburg. But your pizza today beat them by far in terms of taste. Price-performance ratio top. Your nice, courteous driver didn't give up on finding us despite the mix-up of names. Thanks. We are thrilled. Many greetings from a Swede visiting Lauenburg and a local.
