1.9.24 unfortunately people are now so stingy that the spaghetti/gorgonzola casserole is just gorgonzola soup with a few spaghetti and some spinach. You really can't order here anymore. It's a shame! We tried again and again, but you can't have so many bad days! Update 10/17/22...Ordered 2x turkey breast pizza rolls in the store today, according to the menu with salami or ham €5.60=€11.20 .I paid €11.80. When I asked whether turkey breast was more expensive, which wasn't clear on the menu, the girl replied: "I have no idea, I'll take a look. Yes, with 2x turkey breast it's €11.80." I noticed that myself! Then I wanted to I have 1x garlic sauce and 1x croque sauce. She puts 2 cups in front of me and when I ask which one is which, she says seriously "I don't know, it's best to open it and smell it." Hello? Seriously? She is often so unfriendly and bold! The young man is always very nice and polite. This girl is really bad for business!!! Ordered a lot in the past and enjoyed it! Getting steadily worse. Ordered today after a long time and the medium pizza was almost as small as the mini! Toppings ridiculously economical! The bottom and edge are charred!!! Now that's really enough!!! Ordered there last time!!!! 😡😡😡😡

I just ordered. I have a question. Is it normal for the delivery service to ask for phone numbers as soon as a woman gets the food alone? I don't think it's really professional.

Pizza with chicken crossis was awesome! Also the pizza rolls – simply great. Clear recommendation!

Finally managed to write. We have deliveries every Thursday and are always very satisfied. The food is hot and always delicious. Since we only have a 20-minute lunch break, Smiley's always have to be on time, which usually always works. So a very good delivery service with delicious food.

It's a shame you don't exist anymore. You were the only ones who managed to deliver crispy fries. Prices were too cheap in my opinion.

Awesome service! Ordered 2 of the same schnitzel and got completely different ones! When I asked for a new one, I was only answered with short words and simply hung up! Customer-oriented equals zero. Unfortunately it was the last time for me to order there.

Great service! Unfortunately the party pizzas were sold out this evening, but we were notified directly and offered us 10 normal pizzas in exchange. When I came to the store to pick it up, I immediately noticed that work was still going on here. I was greeted warmly at reception and kept up to date with my order. At the end I was even asked if the pizza should be cut straight away. Overall a great shop with very courteous staff.

We ordered pasta dishes and the next day everyone had vomiting and diarrhea. We definitely won't be ordering there again!
