Finally a real Italian pizza again. Like on vacation in Italy. Very nice about that. Unfortunately, they can't change the ambience.

Were there on a Tuesday evening at 6 p.m., the restaurant was only 1/3 full. Nevertheless, the service was bad, waiters overwhelmed, slow, bad advice about drinks, wrong drinks brought, we had to speak to the waiters several times to be served. As always, very tasty pizza. A complete success for my daughter's birthday party. The service on site is always great. Nice staff and especially fond of children.

The pizza was really tasty, the toppings from Hamburg Pizza were perfect and the dough was nice and crispy - really good A*. The curry was also great, the spices were exactly my taste. I thoroughly enjoyed every single forkful. Price performance tip top - keep it up!

Today we celebrated a children's birthday in the skate hall in the Schlachthof. The day before I called PizzaBoy in the evening and ordered three large pizzas for the next day at 12:30 p.m. The next day I called again about 3/4 hour in advance, around 11:45, and had it confirmed again and reminded me that the pizza would be delivered soon. I spoke to the same person I spoke to the day before, she also remembered me. Then at exactly 12:30 p.m. my cell phone rings and the same person from Pizzaboy is on the phone and asks me whether the pizza should be delivered today or not until Tuesday in two weeks!!! Is that a joke? Okay, it could be that there was a mistake when taking the order, but I called a second time and it was very clear which day was meant (today). The pizza arrived almost half an hour late. That wouldn't be a problem in itself, but we had only booked the skate hall for a certain time and that was almost up. The driver also didn't apologize or make any other moves. There was no tip for that. Service was subpar. Pizza tasted good. Nevertheless, I wouldn't order here again

Unfortunately, I don't know what's going on at this pizzeria lately, but the pizzas always look different. Actually, we always order the same thing. My husband always eats the 4 Seasons pizza. Once the pizza arrived cut into 34 pieces. The pieces were all max 3-4 cm wide. We really felt ripped off. Then the 4 seasons arrived like this, sometimes like that. Once a quarter of pizza only had peppers, mushrooms, ham, etc. Today she arrived mixed. So I have no idea what that will be. My son really wanted to eat a kebab, the kebab was soaked in sauce. He could hardly eat. First I had to take the kebab apart and get all the sauce out. The bread was just soggy. My husband has probably been ordering for 20 years but we haven't had anything like this in such a short time. I think we'll be changing soon.

Absolute sh....!!!! Ordered there today and waited almost 2 hours. My husband had pasta casserole with broccoli and chicken strips. But what arrived was: bone-hard broccoli with tiny leftover meat... The noodles were completely missing!!!! The “cream sauce” tasted completely like nothing!!!!! (I'm more of a layman when it comes to cooking) My lasagna was just slapped into the bowl and the “tomato meat sauce” was tomato paste!!!!! Thank God we took it with humor and both had to laugh 🤣 We will never order here again!!!!

Order was canceled 40 minutes after ordering without explanation and not delivered. So nothing can be said about the quality of the food, but if it's the same as the service, then you can guess. First and last order.
