Ich habe schon echt viele glutenfreie Pizzen gegessen, aber das war mit Abstand die beste bisher. Der Teig war richtig fluffig und luftig und überhaupt nicht trocken oder hart, wie man es leider oft kennt. Geschmacklich kommt sie einer normalen Pizza wirklich extrem nah, wenn ich es nicht gewusst hätte, hätte ich kaum einen Unterschied gemerkt. Was ich auch richtig gut finde: Jede Pizza auf der Karte kann glutenfrei bestellt werden, und das sogar nur gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis. Das sieht man leider nicht oft. Man merkt einfach, dass hinter dem Teig ein besonderes Rezept steckt. So einen glutenfreien Pizzateig habe ich bisher noch nirgendwo gegessen. Für jeden, der glutenfrei essen muss oder einfach mal eine richtig gute Pizza möchte, kann ich den Laden nur empfehlen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Der Teig war knusprig aber dennoch fluffig und die Füllung sehr saftig. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich. Er verkauft sogar halal Rindsalami. Unsere zukünftige einzige Wahl für Pizza in Wiesbaden!

Gestern wegen dem Glutenfreien-Tag dort gewesen. Es ist schön endlich mit der Freundin mit Zöliakie Essen zu gehen und sie kann probieren. Die Pizza ist absolut lecker. Geschmacklich gibt es keinen Unterschied zwischen glutenfrei und glutenhaltig. Was mich neben dem leckeren Essen auch begeistert, ist dass Alfredo Bosco die Gäste mit einer Begeisterung und Freude begrüßt und bedient, das macht richtig Spaß. Wir gehen regelmäßig zum glutenfreien Samstag!

Diese Pizza spricht schon beim ersten Blick für sich eine echte Hommage an hochwertige Zutaten. Der Teig ist das erste klare Qualitätsmerkmal: schön aufgegangen, mit einem luftigen, goldbraunen Rand und einer feinen Porung. Das ist nicht nur optisch ansprechend, sondern zeigt auch eine sorgfältige Teigführung und eine bewusst gewählte Mehlqualität. Die Backung ist gleichmäßig, mit genau den richtigen Röstnoten, die Geschmack bringen, ohne ins Bittere zu gehen. Auch der Belag überzeugt auf ganzer Linie. Die weiße Basis hebt die einzelnen Zutaten besonders hervor: Der Käse wirkt perfekt geschmolzen, cremig, aber nicht wässrig ein klares Zeichen für gute Qualität. Die Salsiccia ist großzügig, aber ausgewogen verteilt und verspricht einen kräftigen, saftigen Geschmack. Die grünen Tupfer eine Kräutercreme aromatisiertes Öl sorgen für Frische und einen spannenden Kontrast. Besonders stark sind die Details: eine feine Gewürznote zum Schluss, ein gut dosierter Schuss Olivenöl und der saubere Schnitt, der direkt zum Teilen einlädt. Hier wurde nichts dem Zufall überlassen. Dazu eine gut gekühlte Bierbegleitung einfach, ehrlich und perfekt passend zu einer Pizza, die auf Qualität statt auf Schnickschnack setzt. Ich war vor kurzem in der Pizzeria La Delizia in Wiesbaden Schubertstraße 2 und war wirklich positiv überrascht. Gerade wenn man glutenfrei essen muss, ist die Auswahl in Wiesbaden eher begrenzt – umso schöner, so einen kleinen Geheimtipp zu finden. Nun bereits schon das 4 Mal hier und einmal nach Hause geliefert. Die Pizzeria ist eher klein und gemütlich, fast schon familiär. Man kann entspannt vor Ort essen, aber auch bequem den Lieferdienst nutzen, was ich super praktisch finde. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass hier auf glutenfreie Optionen geachtet wird und das Personal entsprechend sensibilisiert ist. Ein echtes Highlight: Jeden Samstag gibt es einen speziellen glutenfreien Tag. Das gibt einem einfach ein gutes Gefühl, weil man weiß, dass hier besonders sorgfältig gearbeitet wird. An den anderen Tagen gibt es sowohl normale als auch glutenfreie Pizza – also auch ideal, wenn man mit Freunden unterwegs ist, die keine Einschränkungen haben. Reservieren wäre angebracht. Geschmacklich überzeugt die Pizza ebenfalls: Der glutenfreie Boden kommt erstaunlich nah an eine „normale“ Pizza ran – locker, knusprig und nicht trocken. Genau das, was man sich wünscht. Fazit: Kleine, authentische Pizzeria mit Herz, die gerade für Menschen mit Glutenunverträglichkeit eine echte Bereicherung für Wiesbaden ist. Klare Empfehlung!

Aufgrund der Bewertungen 15 Minuten vom Hotel hingelaufen. Ambiente „geht so“. Ganz kleiner Gastraum. Leider war das Personal völlig überfordert. Wurde 20 Minuten ignoriert. Keinerlei Bestellung möglich. Am Nebentisch wurden zwei Pizzen als „nicht so bestellt“ reklamiert. Eine Stunde Lebenszeit verschwendet. Grazie mille!

Die einzige Möglichkeit in Wiesbaden eine leckere glutenfreie Pizza mit selbstgemachtem Teig zu bekommen. Auch die normalen Pizzen sollen gut sein und das Team dort ist freundlich.

Dieser Restaurant ist einfach fantastisch! Ich habe dort die beste Pizza gegessen, seit ich glutenfrei esse. Der Besitzer und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und kompetent. Schöner kleiner Laden in der Seitenstraße, der durch sehr freundlichn Service Pluspunkte bekommt. Das Essen war okay ohne zu glänzen. Die Einrichtung war sauber und modern, aber mir hat ein wenig die Gemütlichkeit gefehlt. Mit den Lichtplatten an der Decke und den Plastik-Speisekarten. Punkten konnte die kleine Pizzeria mit gutem Wein und insgesamt fairen Preisen.

We were here for the first time yesterday, as my wife has celiac disease. Until now, we only knew Vesuvio in Wiesbaden, which offers gluten-free pizza. When we saw that Ladelizia also had gluten-free dough, we went straight there for a meal, and it was a bullseye! Super delicious stone-baked pizza, both with wheat flour and gluten-free dough. The toppings were also fantastic. And all at a very fair price. Highly recommended!!! We have a new favorite pizzeria :)

The best gluten-free pizza in the world! Everyone who ate there with me couldn't tell the difference from a regular pizza. Excellent quality, great red wine, friendly service. The pizzas are worth the money. I won't go to any other pizzeria anymore. I usually make reservations, because gluten-free pizza should be ordered a day in advance. The gluten-free tiramisu was also fantastic. Parking nearby is easy to find in the evening.

I just discovered this place – it can't have been around for long, but for me, it was a real hit. Real Italians, you can tell immediately in everything: the language, the atmosphere, the food – simply pure Italy. I tried the pizza and lasagna, and both were incredibly good. The lasagna? By far the best I've ever eaten – after my own 🤣 The pizza? Normally, the crust is just decoration for me, but here I loved it: fluffy, crispy, with perfect roasted flavors. The tomato sauce is super fruity, the mozzarella is top quality – you can just taste that everything here is made with love. Not mainstream, not run-of-the-mill – but a place that really stands out. From now on: my new favorite pizzeria.

The tonno salad was very fresh and delicious. The Verace pizza had a lot of tomato sauce and only 3-4 small strips of anchovies... You had to use a magnifying glass to find them. Very disappointing, and you feel like you've been ripped off!

When there is nothing left on the plate, the pizza is really good; even the crust! I discovered the LaDelizia pizzeria a few months ago, and when I can I go to enjoy one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, even in Italy. Fresh and well-matched ingredients; but the secret is the pizza dough: soft, tasty and light, which doesn't make you thirsty and which you would even eat on its own. Really great pizza! Alfredo is welcoming, kind and friendly, and the place, although simple, is authentic and pleasant. Going to eat a pizza at Alfredo's is like coming home, and when I feel like eating a pizza, I go to LaDelizia... And I take my parents there too!

Finally a real Italian pizza again. Like on vacation in Italy. Very nice about that. Unfortunately, they can't change the ambience.

An incredibly delicious pizza, the dough is super soft and crispy on the outside. Not too thin, so it is still stable in the middle. Relaxed atmosphere with Italian music. And above all, the price is reasonable compared to many other overhyped Neapolitan pizzerias.

Best pizza in all of Wiesbaden. Super nice boss and his staff is also courteous and on the ball. I try to go as often as possible. There's a bit of room for improvement in terms of ambience, but I'd rather pay a good price for my food and sacrifice ambience than the other way around.

Apparently you have to travel to Wiesbaden to get a decent pizza in Germany. Very good price, outstanding taste and great quality and size of the portions. In Hamburg you would certainly pay 25% more for a pizza that is far worse in terms of quality and craftsmanship. The restaurant is more functional, but is similar to many small pizzerias that I have visited in Italy. A lot more authentic than the average German pizzeria, which impresses by using as many clichés about Italy as possible.

Real italian pizza. The dough recipe has been obviously perfected, the air content of the dough and the way it is prepared speaks a lot about the experience of the owner. The ingredients are very generous as well. I cannot imagine myself wanting to eat at a different pizzeria in a 40km radius, and I shall this review at that!

What a fantastic pizza!! We stayed in the apartment above for a few days. I don't think we often have a better pizza than the one they make here. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Even in the morning when we only come for a cappuccino👌🏻 Great tent, I would even make a detour for this.

We ordered a bunch of their jumbo pizzas for a party and it was great. The pizzas were huge, but maintained the high quality. It was the perfect party pizza with each one feeding three teenagers. The owner was also incredibly nice and his staff took all the pizzas to our car. Also just because one of the pizzas didn’t look perfect. He gave us an extra pizza to make up for it. Outstanding service and experience all around from a great neighborhood establishment.

Honestly, I just noticed the restaurant by chance as I was walking past and didn't think it was a place I could go in and eat. As we entered the restaurant with my wife and child, we were surprised by the countless Pizza Champion awards on the wall. The owner of the restaurant gave us a warm welcome and even gave our child a small chocolate. I ordered my favorite pizza, Tonno, and I can honestly say that it was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. My wife and child had spaghetti. I can say they were delicious too, but the pizza was absolutely amazing. Don't be fooled by the outside and be sure to try the pizza. I think it is a candidate for the best pizzeria in Wiesbaden and even in Germany. Hurry up and enjoy the taste while it's not that popular yet.

The creamy topping - like pizza heaven! By far the best pizza I've eaten in years! I was allowed to take a quick look into the kitchen - fresh, original Italian ingredients - a visual pleasure! And you can taste the passion with which pizza is baked here. (I no longer dare to offer my weekly Thermomix pizza dough to my children...) There were five of us - and we were all thrilled! A cheerful pizza maker greeted us in front of the restaurant with a joke on his lips. With a relaxed tone, we were served very well and had a lot of fun. Aufgrund der Rezessionen hatte ich sehr hohe Erwartungen. Wir haben eine Pizza und eine Lasagne bestellt. 😱 OMG beides war sooo lecker !!! Die Lasagne hatte schöne große Fleischstücken und war überhaupt nicht fettig, so wie man das leider häufig bekommt. Richtig schön Tomatig und nicht mit Käse überladen. Ein Träumchen. Und die Pizza war der Hammer. Richtig fluffig, saftig obwohl keine Tomatensauce drauf war. Teig perfekt dünn aber standhaft. Ich freue mich jetzt schon auf die nächsten Bestellungen 😋😋😋 Das ist seit langem ein seltener Fund, mal eine gute Pizza in Wiesbaden noch zu bekommen ! Ambiente carino ed accogliente, il proprietario è gentile e simpatico, una persona alla mano. Già dal principio ci si sente a casa. La pizza morbida e dall‘orlo spesso e gonfio, funge da perfetta base per ingredienti freschi e genuini. I vini sono di ottima qualità e anche il caffè aveva un buon sapore. Sicuramente da raccomandare!
