Little Italy in Wiesbaden

Wir haben einen lauschigen Abend auf der Terrasse/Fußgängerweg des Restaurants verbracht. Das Essen ist exzellent, wenn auch hochpreisig, und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Super delicious food & nice service staff. The ambience is also very pleasant, but just a little loud.

Very chic restaurant with stunning food

We were strangers in Wiesbaden and hungry after attending a concert at the Kurhaus. So we entered the first restaurant that caught our eye. A pizzeria? Unfortunately all seats are occupied! A friendly gentleman clearly regretted this and asked us to take a table in the covered outdoor area, where it was pleasantly warm due to the numerous heating options. We accepted the offer and we don't regret it at all! What followed was very nice and friendly service, an extremely interesting menu that we were not used to from other “pizzerias”. Simply great treats! The food was excellent and the prices were also reasonable. It's a shame that the restaurant's name has become Americanized, it should appropriately call itself "Piccola Italia", with these Italian delicacies that would be quite appropriate! I was in this restaurant for the second time today. After the truffle pasta was extremely tasty on the first visit, the opposite was true today. For almost 30 euros I expect top-class pasta, today the tagliatelle was in the parmesan basket with no sauce or oil. Four small truffle strips were placed on top. Everything was extremely tasteless. Now I asked for parmesan, which I didn't get at first. The waiter was probably distracted because an entire table wanted to get up and leave in the middle of their meal. On the second attempt I got the parmesan. I should have complained right at the beginning, so payment was a given for me. My husband's sea bass was good, just had almost zero accompaniments. It's a shame, the truffle pasta was great on the first visit.

Wenn jemand SEHR gut in tollem Ambiente einen Abend verbringen möchte, ist er hier an der richtigen Adresse.

Insgesamt ein schöner Abend. Das Ambiente ist gut und der Service nett. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist übersichtlich - aber völlig ausreichend. geschmacklich war es aber nicht wirklich überzeugend - da gibt es bessere Italiener in Wiesbaden und Umgebung. Nach dem Essen wurde dann leider auch kein Dessert oder Kaffee angeboten - was in einem Restaurant dieser Kategorie dazu gehören sollte.

Very good cuisine, friendly staff. We were in the wine shop, very nice atmosphere. Also suitable for wheelchairs, with restrictions regarding the toilet.

We are visiting Wiesbaden and the restaurant has already encouraged us to go in from outside. Small, very fine restaurant. Tastefully furnished. Clean !!! The toilets were very clean and very tastefully decorated. Selected authentic fine Italian cuisine. Price performance is right. Many thanks to the entire team. Weihnachten...ES ist schön wenn nicht nur ein Restaurant offen ist, sondern auch der Service und das Essen sehr gut sind. Natürlich sind die Preise nochmals höher ....aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut 😀

Wir haben den Abend vor Heilig Abend bei Little Italy verbracht und es war genau die richtige Einstimmung. Essen zum niederknien und ein toller Service haben den Abend perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We were there in a larger group and had different main courses. It was all “ookkkayy”. Unfortunately for me the price-performance ratio is not right. I can eat better for the price I end up paying. The dry salmon...plus pieces of vegetables prepared in tomato sauce (with capers? & olives). Unfortunately, there was no information on the menu about the ingredients of the side dishes - that could have been difficult for people who don't like olives... I like them and thought it was just so-so. Unfortunately the staff was very distracted. But the men are rather quick and funny. Unfortunately the waitress was annoyed and unmotivated. We probably won't go there again, but we can still recommend the location because of the location. Nicely and comfortably furnished. Nice atmosphere. Good zabaglione. As I said… if the invoice amount is different, no problem, but with high class prices I just expect high class service.

The food was good, as was the service (friendly and relaxed) Cold drafts came through the entrance, that could be changed. Starter was very good (burrata).

We ate here this evening as an early walk in. The food and service were amazing. It was our first time to the restaurant. The waiter explained the menu and specials board after asking if it was a first visit there. Thanks us for coming and offered recommendations. The food was so delicious. Great portions, great price and a very comfortable and welcoming environment. We did sit inside, in the center of the restaurant. Without a reservation on a Sunday night during the Christmas market, we did have a time limit to sit at the table bc there were later reservations. It was no problem to eat during the time and we did not feel rushed. We enjoyed the Ossobuco little Italy style, the pasta with truffles and shrimp inside it's own edible cheese wheel and some mozzarella and tomato salad. The complimentary bread wth salt oil and tapanade (of sorts) was equally as delicious and a welcome starter addition. Highly recommend dining here while on a visit to the area.

Zu viele Tische auf engen Raum.Man hat das Gefühl man sitzt beim Nachbar mit am Tisch..Servicekräfte drücken sich zwischen Stühle durch.Hoher Geräuschpegel. Wenn man es gemütlich und ruhig mag ist dieses Restaurant keine gute Wahl. Essen war ok aber Preisleistung stimmt nicht.

Absolutamente increíble comida - cada plato que tuvimos fue fantástico con ingredientes frescos de calidad. Hermoso tartar de atún, salmón perfectamente cocido, calamares tiernos y nunca había visto tantas trufas afeitadas en pasta. Todos estábamos bebiendo cosas diferentes. Los vinos por copa eran de muy buena calidad y no caros. Servicio genial también, incluyendo la clasificación de algunos requisitos dietéticos. First-class Italian restaurant that offers everything you would expect from Mediterranean cuisine in excellent quality.

Went there for lunch yesterday. Very good, friendly and unobtrusive service. The food was excellent, vitello tonnato and strozzapreti with tomato sauce and balls of salsiccia with fennel. The other dishes on our table (veal liver, fish soup, spaghetti with lobster sauce and Gamberoni) were also delicious. The portions were very generous. The price level is high but reasonable.

Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and in the winter garden/on the terrace. The pasta was very tasty and authentically Italian. Service was a bit unfriendly at first when choosing a table, but then good.

I have often eaten at Little Italy. Very tasty Italian cuisine, friendly, professional service and a central, good location in Wiesbaden, near the Kurhaus and Wilhelmstrasse. In the summer you can sit outside very well, but then the posers who like to rev their engines on Burgstrasse are a bit annoying. Be sure to reserve in advance.

Absolutely tasty - we really liked it.

We made a reservation for 7 people, got to the restaurant and there was a paper sign on the door stating it was closed-so, we were stranded without a place to eat in an unfamiliar city.

Small, fine restaurant in the middle of Wiesbaden. Priced higher. There was little food on the plate. Ambience right on the street, well. In the restaurant there more. Service was okay. But I have to admit there are better ones.

Had made reservations for my birthday… and found the door closed. Unfortunately I didn't get any information about it.

Definitely a sensible Italian with great service. The food was good but ultimately just too expensive for what you get. Just under €10 for a tartufo dessert that was purchased is simply too much of a good thing. The truffle pasta was good but could use a pinch of salt.

April 13, 2022 for lunch, delicious starter plate with vitello tonnato and bruschetta. Main course spaghetti with prawns. Highly recommended. Friendly staff. If paying with cash, it would be more pleasant for the guest not to put the money on the table, but in a bowl. New 8/16/24 it is a wine market in Wbn. and there is also all kinds of food there. But the rooms here are air-conditioned and certainly more hygienic. My tagliatelle with chanterelles and bacon was like cafeteria food. The pasta wasn't like a good Italian restaurant. The chanterelles from the jar or can, fluttered. Although it is chanterelle season. The other dish with pasta and salsiccia sausage and tomato sauce was also not tasty. So no reason for us to go again.

Very good but also expensive Italian. All the waiters were very friendly and the food came really quickly. The pasta in particular was excellent and tasty. The zabaglione was one of the best we've ever had. The outdoor chairs could be a bit more comfortable.

Rip-off to the power of two! Paid 38.90 euros for 5 tiny lamb chops with 2 smallest potatoes and some sauce! Plus 5.50 euros for a 0.4 liter cola! So 44.40 euros in total! Came hungry! Went hungry! This was my first and last time as a guest here! Even if the food was tasty, the price-performance ratio doesn't fit here at all!!!

We spontaneously went to Little Italy in mid-May and got a seat right outside (which we also requested). A really small but very nice, clean and tastefully designed restaurant. We had the best pizza here in a long time. So incredibly delicious. The pictures speak for themselves. For us the price-performance ratio is absolutely justified. A very clear recommendation from us. A big thank you to the entire Little Italy team. From the kitchen to the service: we were really able to enjoy a little piece of Italy here. We would like to come again.

Meine Freundin und ich haben uns bei dem netten Service sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lunchempfehlung hat uns beiden gut geschmeckt und wir haben uns auch über den nach der Rechnung servierten Limoncello sehr gefreut und sind fröhlich von dannen gezogen.

It is very noisy in the restaurant when all the tables are occupied. There are no divisions. Service was very friendly and helpful. Food very tasty, some upscale gastronomy. Nevertheless, everyone was fed.

Leider dieses Mal maximal schlecht, nicht genießbar waren die super dicken Mezzalune mit schwerer dicker Sauce, die reine Mehlpampe. Zur Krönung wurde dann das zurück gegebene Gericht berechnet! Trotz Reklamieren keine Einsicht, nie mehr wieder.

Best Italian food in Wiesbaden and the staff did speak Italian. The restaurant did not have Montnegro apperativo and the pasta was not al dente.

The food on site is really good, it tastes excellent and is of high quality, but it is comparatively expensive The service, on the other hand, doesn't work at all, just when we wanted to pay, we redeemed our voucher and then the waiter said that we should add the tip to the previous price Sorry, but begging for tips is not possible at all, the tip price was then reduced

The best Italian restaurant in town!

More appearance than reality! The restaurant was recommended to me! I cannot pass on this recommendation. The price-performance ratio doesn't match the kitchen at all. It didn't taste bad, but I wasn't impressed with it. There are much better restaurants there! The liver wasn't cooked through! Operation slightly overwhelmed. Out of 5 people, one of them forgot their drink order. Conclusion: poor performance, for a luxurious price!
