Ordered a pizza at 8:30 a.m. and received a cold pizza at 10:06 p.m.

Ordered at 3:47 p.m. Called at 4:55 p.m. and was told the food had already been sent out and should arrive any minute. Then I called at 5:11 p.m. and was told that there was a lot going on at the moment and that the driver had to be there every minute. It's now 5:25 p.m., almost 1 hour 40 minutes after ordering and there is still no food. ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN! Catastrophic..

Super tasty curry, pizza was also great, service was very nice and it was quick. I was very positively surprised and will be back! I was skeptical at first because of the large selection, but was proven wrong.

The service used to be great, but recently the quality has unfortunately deteriorated significantly. It seems as if they now have a driver who can neither deliver within two hours nor find the address - despite repeated tips and concessions. Communication is also extremely difficult because the driver barely speaks understandable German. A simple conversation becomes a challenge because you can neither communicate nor create clarity. Such a shame that the service, which used to be always reliable, is now so disappointing.

The food was delivered to us 1-2 hours late. Also, there was hair on both the pizza and the pasta. Disgusting.

The chicken pizza is highly recommended because the chicken is not only super juicy and delicious, but also halal. Unfortunately, the young service staff are a bit lazy, you often have to repeat yourself when you ask and sometimes it happens that they don't write down the order correctly. Nevertheless, in my opinion it is a recommended place to eat pizza, as long as it is not Neapolitan. The waiting times on site are not long. The range of drinks could be wider.

Absolutely only one star from us (but it deserved zero stars). We waited an hour and 10 minutes even though the pizzaria was close to us. After calling several times and asking where our order was, a chocolate flake was removed from our bill. When the driver finally showed up, he came without a friendly greeting. He cashed in, gave us a lot of copper money and then just turned around without saying a goodbye. We have never seen such an unfriendly and unsympathetic driver in our lives. (Tip to Pizzaboy: driver fired). When we finally unpacked our pizza, the food was lukewarm. We will definitely not be ordering from Moritzstrasse again. We'd rather go to other branches or order from Pizzaboy because we've never experienced anything like that there.

I ordered here for the first time and unfortunately also for the last time. The pizza was too salty and the schnitzel was burnt. You couldn't eat both dishes. I'm really very disappointed.

Wir sind eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden gewesen, geschmacklich ist es immer noch die Beste Pizza in ganz Wiesbaden. Der Service jedoch ist extrem schlecht geworden. Gerade eben, ich habe über das Telefon eine 30er Pizza OHNE Jalapenos bestellt und dort angekommen musste ich leider feststellen, dass die Jalapenos doch drauf waren. Also durfte ich nochmal knapp 10 is 15 Minuten um 23 Uhr mit meinen 2 kleinen Kindern warten bis die Pizza ohne Jalapenos nochmal gebacken wurde. Als ich diese abholen wollte musste ich erneut feststellen, dass ich statt eine 30er Pizza, wie bestellt, eine 26er bekommen habe. Naja, wenigstens habe ich noch ein "Entschuldigung - ich gebe es weiter" erhalten.

Food had been pre-ordered for a specific time when we picked it up. Unfortunately the pizza and chocolate cake were already cold. Employees were rather unfriendly. Pizza topped unevenly. Asian food tasted good.

Ordered 2 pizzas and paid €49 and it was totally cold tasteless, paid for a pizza like a steak 😡 and catastrophic too!

Top organized operation with modern interior, friendly staff, large fusion menu with fair prices and the food tastes excellent. Special requests are also taken into account. I'm very enthusiastic and can definitely recommend it.

After almost a decade of ordering here, I am sad to say that the quality reduced drastically. I ordered 2 pizzas today only to receive them an hour and thrity minutes later, but that is not the worst part, the worst part is that one pizza tastes like soap and is so sauer, it is impossible to eat and it made me puke from one bite I took. I am so sad because I loved PizzaBoy so much, it was one of the best fast food restaurants Wiesbaden had to offer. I think they need to do quality control more often, since they made sure their prices went up with the new wave of pricing. Also, I called to see what happened with my pizza and I was straight gaslit that it is impossible for my pizza to taste bad since they did over 100 pizzas today.

Never have been so dissatisfied. I ordered two of the same pizza. One tasted like soap and the other was normal other than the crust. . I called to ask for them to send in another pizza. (I was nice enough to only ask for 1 even) But they proceeded to tell me I'm wrong... So we tried soldering through but my significant other and I had to half-puke/spit it out I am reporting to the Gesundheitsam. Ein sehr gutes Restaurant mit den unterschiedlichsten Speisen egal ob Pizza, Burger, Pasta, Salat oder Asia. Man findet hier immer was. Ich komme immer wegen dem asiatischen Erdnuss Hähnchen mit Reis. Unglaublich lecker. Personal ist immer nett.

Wir waren kaum fertig mit dem Essen da standen schon die nächsten Schlange um ja den Tisch zu ergattern. Pizza ist definitiv sehr lecker aber definitiv zu wenig Auswahl von allem.

Habe heute online bestellt und die Pizza kam leider anders als erwartet. Eine sehr sehr nette Frau namens Ayşe hatte mir dann in Ruhe erklärt was ich falsch gemacht hatte bei der Bestellung und riet mir beim nächsten mal anzurufen, um solche Missverständnisse vorzubeugen. Manche hätten vielleicht einfach aufgelegt oder mir erklärt, dass das halt so ist… Sie nicht, sie war sehr hilfsbereit und geduldig! Ich habe mich extrem darüber gefreut, das ist heute leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich! Ich werde jetzt öfter hier bestellen!!! Die Lieferung ging sehr schnell und der Service ist wirklich toll! Tolle, leckere Pizza. Wir bestellen hier oft in der Mittagspause. Teilweise ausgefallene Kombinationen, aber sehr gut. Vor allem die Jumbo Pizza ist echt Jumbo! Einziger Wermutstropfen: alle Pizzen sind mit Ei. Deshalb kann ich sie privat nicht holen, da meine Frau eine sehr starke Hühnerei-Allergie hat.

Heute zum 2x bestellt und an sich ist das Essen lecker, aber es werden ständig Teile der Bestellung vergessen. Da muss man teilweise 4x hoch und runter, damit die Bestellung dann mal endlich vollständig ist. Dazu kommen die unglaublich langen Lieferzeiten und das super unfreundliche Personal in der Filiale, wenn man diese auf die fehlenden Sachen anspricht. Natürlich ist das Essen bis wir essen können dann leider schon kalt. Auch der Lieferant an sich freundlich aber ein wenig dubios, denn er wollte für die vergessenen Soßen nochmal Geld. An sich kein angenehmer Service. Das war dann die letzte Bestellung.

Hervorragend, super schnell geliefert (obwohl ich aus Versehen in der weiter entfernten Filiale bestellt hatte), die Pizza kam heiß bei mir an. Geschmacklich eine Wucht, alles sehr frisch, genau wie bestellt! Mein erstes Mal bei Pizzaboy, jedoch nicht das letzte Mal! Weiter so, beste Pizza!

Es dauerte über 2 Stunden, um auf eine Pizza und eine Pasta zu warten. Die Bestellung wurde um 11 Uhr morgens aufgegeben, also gab es zu dieser Zeit keinen Verkehr.Das Essen war kalt.

In einer Seitenstraße nicht weit vom Bahnhof ist das kleine Restaurant. Direkt davor Baustelle. Man kann draußen und drin sitzen. Freumdliche Bedienung und man sucht sich ein Sitzplatz aus. Speisekarte mit Pizza, Pasta sogar Burger. Man bestellt und ca. 20 Minuten später bekommt man serviert. 26cm Pizza ist ausreichend. Frische Zutaten wie Spinat, Pilze oder Paprika. Wenig Soße, Teig zu dick und Gewürze kennt man nicht. Wenn die Pizza warm ist, schmeckt es aber nichts besonderes. Preis ist ok. Bezahlt wird an der Kasse und nicht bei der Bedienung. Man kann bestellen und liefern lassen. Aber wir kommen nicht wieder.

Gute Atmosphäre, freundliche Bedienung und das Essen hat geschmeckt. Gut weiter so 👍.

Ich mag viele Speisen der Karte und habe des öfteren schon dort bestellt. Störend sind mittlerweile die langen Wartezeiten (Angabe ca. halbe Stunde, dauerte dann doch oft eine Stunde und länger) Zuletzt "Spaghetti Olivia" bestellt. Wenn auf der Karte steht, dass das Gericht Kalamata Oliven enthält, sollte man diese nicht durch geschwärzte Oliven und grüne, spanische Oliven ersetzen. Das passt geschmacklich auch nicht zum Gericht.

This is a small pizzeria catering mostly to take out orders. Food was good and service is typical of German fast food restaurants.

We've ate here five times so far (three pick ups and two deliveries) and I'll be back plenty more times. Good prices and the stuffed cheese crust with home made meat sauce is my favorite. I actually was just eating some of the leftover pizza a few minutes ago and it was great.

I haven't had a bad experience yet! I love this place, no matter what we order, It's ready on time and at a great price and it tastes terrific!!!
