Mehr als eine Stunde auf den Lieferanten gewartet. Als ich bei PB angerufen habe, sagte er noch bevor ich überhaupt etwas sagen konnte: „Er ist in 10 Minuten da.“ Trotzdem musste ich weiterhin warten.

Essen schmeckt gut, Preise sind angemessen. Die Jungs machen einen guten Job.

Obwohl es eine Kette ist, hat sie eine der besten Pizzen. Und nicht nur das, sie haben mega viele Variationen, die auch saisonal wechseln. Generell hat man sehr viel Auswahl, ist gut bestückt und der Laden ist mega angenehm zum Bestellen. Auch zum Vor-Ort-Essen ist er gut geeignet, weil die Lage stimmt. Es ist genau wie in den anderen Filialen, kann ich nur empfehlen. Ich empfehle eigentlich alles, weil ich schon alles ausprobiert habe.

Tolles Erlebnis! Die Verdure-Pizza ist köstlich, perfekt für Vegetarier, und das Personal ist super freundlich.

Seit Monaten kann man die Toilettenkabine auf dem Männer-WC nicht abschließen. Es gibt nur ein Pissoir und eine Kabine, daher ist das besonders scheiße. Nach über sechs Monaten sollte es doch möglich sein, die Tür zu reparieren. Leider passiert hier offensichtlich nichts.

Essen war lecker, Service freundlich und alles ging schnell. Schöne Atmosphäre und faire Preise. Gerne wieder.

Ich war bei pizzaboy Wiesbaden City essen und war echt positiv überrascht. Obwohl das Restaurant eher klein ist und nicht viele Sitzplätze hat, hat es mir dort gut gefallen. Man sollte hier kein großes Ambiente oder klassisches Restaurant-Feeling erwarten – eher ein unkompliziertes Schnellrestaurant für den schnellen Hunger. Die Pizza hat richtig gut geschmeckt und auch die Spaghetti Bolognese waren sehr lecker. Das Essen kam schnell und die Portionen waren absolut in Ordnung. Für alle, die einfach gutes und schnelles Essen wollen, kann ich den Laden auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Für mich der beste Laden in Wiesbaden! Jeder Besuch war bisher absolut Gold wert. Egal was man bestellt – hier schmeckt einfach jedes Gericht. Pizza top, Pasta top, Schnitzel top und die Pommes gehören wirklich zu den besten, die ich je gegessen habe. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super korrekt, freundlich und kompetent. Auch die Sitzplätze draußen sind richtig angenehm und machen den Aufenthalt noch besser. Außerdem sind die Toiletten immer sauber, was heutzutage leider nicht selbstverständlich ist. Der einzige kleine Nachteil: Drinnen hat man kaum Empfang und es gibt leider kein Kunden-WLAN. Trotzdem insgesamt eine klare 5/5 und absolute Empfehlung! 🍟🍕🍝

Ich habe eine Bestellung gemacht. Ich habe sie eine Stunde vorher für eine spätere Lieferzeit bestellt. Die Bestellung hat sich um mehr als eine halbe Stunde verspätet. Das war eine schlechte Erfahrung mit diesem Restaurant.

Tolles Lokal, sauber, schneller Service. Nettes Personal. Die Küche war etwas unordentlich, hoffentlich wird das noch behoben. Die Ananaspizza war absolut köstlich. Und es ist nicht teuer, was man unbedingt erwähnen sollte.

War ein schönes Treffen. Zum ersten mal vor Ort. Reichhaltige Essensauswahl und das Essen war auch mehr als ok, hatte einen Griechischen Salat, der sehr üppig daherkam. Der Raum ist ein bisschen eng, war auch grade viel Betrieb. Trotzdem war der Service äußerst zuvorkommend obwohl da grade einiges los war. Durchaus empfehlenswert, vermute, dass es vor allem auf jüngere Gäste abzielt.

Die Pizzen sind wirklich top, aber leider war ich diesmal von meinen Nudeln enttäuscht. Ich hatte Penne mit Tomaten-Sahnesoße, Kirschtomaten und Mozzarella bestellt. Geschmeckt hat es jedoch hauptsächlich nach Salz und Tomatenmark, und die Kirschtomaten haben komplett gefehlt. Sehr schade, bisher fand ich Pizza Boy eigentlich immer lecker. Nudeln würde ich dort allerdings nicht noch einmal bestellen. :/

Lesen kann man hier leider nicht bei der Zubereitung von Speisen. Fast 40 Euro ausgegeben für NICHTS. Obwohl vermerkt wurde das die Pizza nicht SCHARF sein soll und auch Keine Peperoni draufsoll hat man CHILLISAUCE draufgeklatscht. Werde NIE wieder hier bestellen.

Wer Hunger hat, sollte hier besser nicht bestellen. Nach 150 Minuten Wartezeit kam die Lieferung an. Das Schlimmste daran: Das Essen war nicht mal besonders gut, sondern gerade so okay. Werden wir in Zukunft meiden, da gibt es bessere Alternativen mit schnellerem Service.

Ich war am 29. Januar 2026 um 19:15 Uhr dort. Ich musste nicht warten, bis ich einen Platz bekam. Die Bedienung war ausgezeichnet, freundlich und sprach perfekt Englisch. Falls Sie keine Pizza möchten, ist der Kartoffelgratin fantastisch und riesig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir bestellen hier öfters, wenn es passt 1x die Woche. Wir haben schon fast alles auf der Speisekarte probiert und wurden nie enttäuscht. Auch die Aufläufe, Salate und asiatischen Gerichte sind sehr zu empfehlen. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Der Service von dem Laden ist ebenfalls top und die Fahrer freundlich! Lieferzeiten in 99% der Fälle sehr fix und Essen kommt warm und frisch an.

Die Pizzeria lebt wirklich nach dem Grundsatz: Kundenzufriedenheit hat höchste Priorität! Wir haben Pizza bestellt und sie war absolut vorzüglich ,frisch, geschmackvoll und einfach nur lecker. Es gab ein kleines Missverständnis mit dem Lieferanten, aber die Art und Weise, wie damit umgegangen wurde, war vorbildlich: Der Lieferant brachte meinen Kindern ein Dessert als Zeichen der Wiedergutmachung und entschuldigte sich bei mir persönlich. Das zeigt, dass hier der Servicegedanke wirklich gelebt wird der Kunde ist König! Ich kann jedem, der Wert auf gutes Essen und tollen Service legt, nur empfehlen, seine Pizza in Wiesbaden genau hier zu bestellen oder zu genießen.

So, we went here with my daughter for hamburgers. The hamburgers were very well-filled. Delicious. A decent size, with the right flavor, everything was perfect. The service was very friendly, helpful, and attentive. The value for money is very good, so I highly recommend it; we'll be back.

The young lady with the blond curly hair is a complete misfit as a server. She only clears the table half-heartedly, leaves the dishes and glasses lying around, and leaves the entire job to her blonde colleague – who practically had to rush things. I have been a regular customer of your restaurant for over 8 years and have always recommended it to my friends and colleagues. I usually eat there twice a month. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing. I recommended your restaurant to my colleagues, but the quality of the food was so poor that I was extremely uncomfortable. The following negative points stood out to us: • The peanut sauce tasted like cream and was not at all up to the usual standard. • The chicken appeared to have been fried in old oil and had an unpleasant odor. • The only vegetables served were peppers – no variety or freshness at all. I tried to report this by phone, but was simply told that renovations were currently underway and apologized. I would have appreciated a more serious and specific response. After this experience, I unfortunately can no longer recommend your restaurant. However, I hope that my feedback will help improve your quality. I gave this restaurant five stars 7 years ago, but today I am unfortunately forced to change my mind.

You can throw a dart at their multi-cuisine menu and everything you hit is good. I tried their Chinese beef noodles - Good. Italian Alfredo Chicken with mushroom penne pasta - Good. Lasagna- Good. Yet if you try anything on the menu, it has to be Pizza Mexico. I have never had a pizza like this and my absolute favorite on their menu.

We first discovered the restaurant through the Schlemmerblock magazine. The diligent and super-friendly staff made our evening even more enjoyable with delicious pizza, an Asian noodle dish with plenty of beef, chilled drinks, and very reasonable value for money. All the best.

A simple restaurant with a wide range of dishes. Culinary styles from Italy, the USA, and China are represented. The absence of pork and alcohol is noticeable—but this does not detract from the quality of the restaurant experience.

Unfortunately, things have deteriorated considerably. The last two times I've ordered from there (the same menu) it was inedible, and the driver wasn't particularly friendly. Before, everything was great. Over the past year, things have been less so. I don't know if it's the chef's fault, but we don't have these problems with the food at Pizza Boy in Biebrich.

When I read the menu, with what felt like 250 different dishes from all over the world, I had very low expectations. These are usually the restaurants that don't do much right. But that's not the case here. The pizza, pizza rolls, and croquettes were delicious, as was the Asian noodle dish. So, I definitely recommend it. We picked up our order, and it was very quick. 20 minutes for a large order.

The best pizzeria in Wiesbaden. I've ordered various pizzas and have never been disappointed. Whether it's Mexican, BBQ Chicken, Döner, or even Denver, they all taste really good. The sauces are delicious, the seasoning is top-notch, and I especially like the meat (chicken or ground beef). Unfortunately, at other restaurants, the meat always tastes very artificial, similar to a to-go salad from the refrigerated section of a supermarket. Be that as it may, for me personally, Pizzaboy is really the only option.

Unfortunately, delivery times have been extremely long lately, sometimes over an hour on normal weekdays. I ordered there regularly, on average once a week, so I was a regular customer. Apparently no one is interested. When it comes to delivery times, no more.

I visited on a Saturday around 7pm, and the restaurant was already full of customers, so I ate outside. The pizza was huge, but I could eat it till the end without getting bored. Since you can choose the size, I think you can share the L with several people. The service was also friendly.

I had a taste orgasm to the power of 10 today with my pasta bake! My husband's pizza also tasted really good and I've rarely seen/eaten such a great pizza base. I really didn't expect it to be this good. Will definitely come more often now :)

I ordered from Pizza Boy for the first time, pizza, schnitzel, burgers, rice and fried noodles special as well as panna cotta. At first we were skeptical about the wide range of dishes, but we were totally impressed, everything was very good... except for the panna cotta, where the milk was probably burnt, but no problem after a short call and we immediately received a credit. Conclusion: food and service for us 1 a ✓

Today we celebrated a children's birthday in the skate hall in the Schlachthof. The day before I called PizzaBoy in the evening and ordered three large pizzas for the next day at 12:30 p.m. The next day I called again about 3/4 hour in advance, around 11:45, and had it confirmed again and reminded me that the pizza would be delivered soon. I spoke to the same person I spoke to the day before, she also remembered me. Then at exactly 12:30 p.m. my cell phone rings and the same person from Pizzaboy is on the phone and asks me whether the pizza should be delivered today or not until Tuesday in two weeks!!! Is that a joke? Okay, it could be that there was a mistake when taking the order, but I called a second time and it was very clear which day was meant (today). The pizza arrived almost half an hour late. That wouldn't be a problem in itself, but we had only booked the skate hall for a certain time and that was almost up. The driver also didn't apologize or make any other moves. There was no tip for that. Service was subpar. Pizza tasted good. Nevertheless, I wouldn't order here again

They've now increased the price to €16 for a 30cm pizza. Where's that going? The food doesn't even taste good. Never again will pizzaboy cheekily charge €20 for a medium pizza with delivery, and the food will never arrive cold again.

We ate there spontaneously and at short notice today and were positively impressed the whole time. Super nice and friendly service, no matter which employee, pizzas and pizza rolls arrived promptly, tasted absolutely great, a lot of hospitality and an unbelievably large amount of pizza rolls. One portion would have been enough for the two of us, but all the leftovers were packed away without any discussion, wow! With two pizzas, two rolls and two drinks, the price was just under €32.

Today, December 23rd, 2024, I ordered schnitzel with cream sauce, pesto noodles, Pizza Margeritha and a kiddy chicken box for delivery. The delivery initially took 2 hours. The food arrived ice cold, the schnitzels were wrapped in aluminum foil and were therefore still lukewarm. The pizza was inedible. When asked, the response was outrageous. I paid 40.20 euros for the meal. Therefore I can expect a certain level of service. What happened to me here today is unbelievable. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this store. Ordered a pizza at 8:30 a.m. and received a cold pizza at 10:06 p.m.

Ordered at 3:47 p.m. Called at 4:55 p.m. and was told the food had already been sent out and should arrive any minute. It seems as if they now have a driver who can neither deliver within two hours nor find the address - despite repeated tips and concessions. Absolutely only one star from us (but it deserved zero stars). We waited an hour and 10 minutes even though the pizzaria was close to us. After calling several times and asking where our order was, a chocolate flake was removed from our bill. When the driver finally showed up, he came without a friendly greeting. He cashed in, gave us a lot of copper money and then just turned around without saying a goodbye. We have never seen such an unfriendly and unsympathetic driver in our lives. (Tip to Pizzaboy: driver fired). When we finally unpacked our pizza, the food was lukewarm. We will definitely not be ordering from Moritzstrasse again. We'd rather go to other branches or order from Pizzaboy because we've never experienced anything like that there.

Wir sind eigentlich immer sehr zufrieden gewesen, geschmacklich ist es immer noch die Beste Pizza in ganz Wiesbaden. Der Service jedoch ist extrem schlecht geworden. Gerade eben, ich habe über das Telefon eine 30er Pizza OHNE Jalapenos bestellt und dort angekommen musste ich leider feststellen, dass die Jalapenos doch drauf waren. Also durfte ich nochmal knapp 10 is 15 Minuten um 23 Uhr mit meinen 2 kleinen Kindern warten bis die Pizza ohne Jalapenos nochmal gebacken wurde. Als ich diese abholen wollte musste ich erneut feststellen, dass ich statt eine 30er Pizza, wie bestellt, eine 26er bekommen habe. Naja, wenigstens habe ich noch ein "Entschuldigung - ich gebe es weiter" erhalten.

After almost a decade of ordering here, I am sad to say that the quality reduced drastically. I ordered 2 pizzas today only to receive them an hour and thrity minutes later, but that is not the worst part, the worst part is that one pizza tastes like soap and is so sauer, it is impossible to eat and it made me puke from one bite I took. I am so sad because I loved PizzaBoy so much, it was one of the best fast food restaurants Wiesbaden had to offer. I think they need to do quality control more often, since they made sure their prices went up with the new wave of pricing. Also, I called to see what happened with my pizza and I was straight gaslit that it is impossible for my pizza to taste bad since they did over 100 pizzas today.
