Very delicious pizza! I have struggled to find one that I like here in Germany, but this one is close to meeting my expectations. Crust is very thin and crispy and the cheese is very flavorful. My only complaint is the small amount of sauce that is used. For me to make this a 5 star rating, add more sauce. But as far as German standards for pizza, this is a very good place to visit. I will definitely try other things next time and update my review.

It took 30 minutes to arrive. Ridiculous, and it didn't even taste good. The staff were busy chatting.

That lady ruined everything! I order my Asian rice dish at Pizza Boy, and the lady at the counter absolutely refuses to get the sauce! I sit there, hungry, and have to get up, trudge through the store, and grab the sauce myself like an idiot. The lady just gives me a stupid look, no help, totally unfriendly! Never again! Tastes delicious, but expensive

I'm normally a very satisfied customer, but today was the last time I'll order or eat from Pizzaboy. Firstly, our delivery was two hours late, so it wasn't even entered into the system. We then called them and were told it would arrive in 20 minutes, but it turned out to be 40 minutes. Secondly, I would have liked some compensation, like a small drink or dessert, but that didn't happen either, or they wouldn't have accepted the money at all, but unfortunately that didn't happen. Thirdly, the delivery person was on the phone to someone else while he was handing over the food and didn't engage with me at all or apologize. Fourthly and finally, what happened after all that, a hair came out of one of the burgers.

Very good place. You can't go wrong eating there. In my opinion, it's a bit overpriced for fast food, but what can you do?

I've been a satisfied regular customer up until now – the food is usually delicious and delivery is usually quick. Unfortunately, it happens more often that orders aren't processed as they were originally placed. Until now, I've tolerated this as a gesture of goodwill, as the quality of the food was impressive. Today, however, a very disappointing incident occurred: The website clearly advertises a 15% discount for pickup – and this has always been granted to me without any problems. Today, however, the employee refused to give me the full discount and instead only gave me 10%, with a reason that was neither understandable nor consistent with the website information. In my opinion, this is dubious, especially because the discount is clearly communicated and it's a well-known practice. As a loyal customer, I would have preferred a different approach. Unfortunately, this is how you lose trust.

I've ordered there 100 times, and it's always great! We pre-ordered family pizzas and fries for our birthday today for 6:30 p.m., and they arrived exactly two minutes early! Really amazing! 👍👍

Since it wasn't clear whether they offered table service or whether I had to order at the counter, I sat down at a table where I could see the people. Unfortunately, the waitress walked past several times without serving me. Therefore, I deducted one star, because recognizing customers is part of good service. Also, it wasn't very busy at the time. The pizza was prepared quickly and tasted excellent.

Had a delicious pizza in this restaurant. If you want a glass of wine with it, that is not possible, no alcohol is served. Furthermore, it unfortunately does not radiate much atmosphere. But the service is great and very fast

Waited an hour and then called to ask where the order was. "We have a system error, it will be delivered immediately," was the reply. Pizzaboy doesn't see giving something like a free drink or something like that as an apology or compensation to loyal customers. I order quite often and have even ordered a sauce for one euro that never arrived and accepted it. I'm not sure if I'll order again. What really drives you crazy is ordering the sweet and sour dish with breaded chicken. You pay almost €20.90 or more for the dish. They come with chicken and breaded chicken; nobody wants to eat that much chicken. So I said, yes, on the website you can only order both together, but I only want breaded chicken and not the regular chicken, but you still pay for the chicken. If you want to leave it out, you still pay, which I don't think is right. Try it and select it; you can't cancel the regular chicken. It should definitely be changed.

The food is okay. But that's about it. There's far too much choice. Therefore, the food can never taste very good. Most of it probably comes from the freezer. The delivery is also unpleasant. The prices aren't reasonable. I wouldn't go there again voluntarily.

I ordered it for delivery. Delivery was very fast, which I really appreciated. The driver was also really nice, so there's nothing to complain about. But the pizza is truly awful. Very dry and way too salty. The dough was as if they had heated it in a microwave.

The selection certainly goes well beyond pizza. However, you don't get ham on your pizza, only a substitute. Once you get used to turkey as a substitute, it's fine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I tend to order takeout, though.

A culinary nightmare to go Where should I start? Perhaps with the so-called "Greek Burger," whose garlicky aftertaste left the only trace of "Greece" in my stomach—in the form of brutal heartburn that kept me awake all night. If that's supposed to be "Greek," then my refrigerator is an imitation of the Acropolis. The "Pizza Creme Fraiche"? A disgrace. The salmon tasted like it had been fished straight from the Seine—not from the part where the water is clear, but from where Paris sinks its sins. And the crème fraîche would have long since passed its expiration date in any good restaurant. Visually and taste-wise, it was more reminiscent of an anatomical glitch than a food item. I'll almost leave the chicken salad unmentioned, because even that was buried in a yogurt sauce that sounded more like "farewell" than dressing. "Sylter style"? I suspect the people of Sylt have long since reclaimed their naming rights. Conclusion: If you want to permanently traumatize your taste buds, this is the place for you. For everyone else: Go fasting.

The food is very good, so I can't complain. However, I wouldn't recommend delivery, or even having the food delivered to your home. It feels like it takes half an hour longer.

Very tasty pizza. Thin dough, baked crispy! Definitely 5 stars for this!!! Points are deducted because the prices on the card are no longer correct. Pizzas are more expensive than advertised. Regarding the ambience, the restaurant is very nicely decorated, but all the windows are open, so you can hear the cigarette smoke from the other guests outside and the music is very loud.

Although you are not served at the table here, service is still very important here! After entering the store, I was greeted very friendly by one of the employees and asked about the order. However, in a way that stands out from the crowd and is therefore worth mentioning. The food tastes good. Anyone who expects an original Italian-style pinsa is of course their own fault if these expectations are not met. But price-performance is more than reasonable. And with such friendly service, I don't think twice about eating here again. Clear recommendation and a big compliment for the empathically friendly service!

Unfortunately, I have to adjust my opinion. Were there very often. The staff is always friendly except for the one lady who thinks she is the sheriff there. Dishes are tasty but are usually brought to the table with a delay. Always stupid when a person has to wait for their food. If you make something to take with you, some will be forgotten or what is left will not be given. Only as much as it fits in the bowl. Also very bad. At the beginning I was really excited. But now a bit disappointed.

Pizzas were great. We picked them up ourselves and it was quick. I wouldn't eat here though, it's far too loud for that

I ordered 5 pizzas for pickup at 11:30 for 12:20. I arrived at 12:18. The pizzas were ready at 12:37. My colleagues were anything but impressed with the pizzas, including "the tomato sauce was way too light," "the vegetables weren't cooked through," and "there was almost no hollandaise sauce at all." The ingredients were slightly off-the-shelf in some places. The prices are already more expensive than some other pizza shops nearby, and after paying, I was told that I would only have received the 15% pickup discount if I had ordered completely digitally (which I couldn't see on the website and wasn't told when I called). The parking situation in front of the branch is tight. Well, not again. Another positive: The portions are relatively large. The "small" size is called "Classic" here and has a diameter of 26 cm. The "medium" size is 30 cm, which is a large elsewhere and is called "medium." This is taken into account in my price evaluation, but it's still a positive thing that this is an understatement.

I'll report back in detail. Something happened that now needs to be addressed legally.

Guys, I've been ordering food from Pizzaboy for about 2 years now. At first it was very tasty, but the last two months i.e. 09 2024 the food has decreased so much that it makes me sick. Even after eating the lasagna I vomited.

Pizza is awesome! Not traditional Italian but IMO it’s way better this way! They also have different pastas, international food choices as well. 10/10

Can you eat? Ordered multiple times online. Out of 10 orders, 6 orders arrived incorrectly. I also redeemed my bonus points online and was charged a different bill. I also called the branch and asked why the bill wasn't correct and his answer was that he had nothing to do with it and why I was making a fuss about 2 to 3 euros. I told him if you do that with every customer, something will come together. I was really disappointed last time at Pizza Boy. Wiesbaden Biebrich very unqualified staff.

The food came 2 hours late. It was cold. There was hair on both the pizza and the pasta. Unsavory and impossible. That's just how you lose customers.

Completely unfriendly. We received our delivery after almost two hours, ice cold of course. After we complained and wanted the money back, we were told that it wasn't possible and the lady on the phone became increasingly unfriendly. Since the delivery was made via Paypal, we had no choice but to send a replacement. Not customer friendly at all and not recommended!

Last time I order from Pizza Boy!! I waited over two hours for my food, and what am I finally served? Cold, tasteless food, like it was from the day before! Is this the standard one can expect at such prices? The insolence reached a new dimension when I tried to ask questions. The answer? “We’re only human.” Oh, really? I could have guessed that, but I also have the right to hot and fresh service, especially after waiting so long! And as if that wasn't enough, they cheekily refused to refund my money! This arrogant ignorance pisses me off so much! The fault is clearly on their part, and yet you are treated like an annoying troublemaker! If these people can't handle the capacity of orders, then they should stop taking orders instead of ripping off loyal customers! I vow to never set foot in this store again! Pizza Boy not only gambled away my money, but also my trust—and that's priceless in this day and age!

If you are in any proximity to a Pizza Boy in Germany and you have not discovered this place...RUN as fast as you can and try their Pizza Mexico or any of the items on their vast menu. They offer Italian, Asian, and American Food items. I personally can vouch for the Pizza, curries, and Asian noodles. Great prices and even greater tasting food!

Leider hat die Qualität nachgelassen, eine Rahmsoße, die wie Wasser ist, das passt nicht. Leider auch alles geschmacklich sehr neutral, da fehlt es an Salz und Pfeffer, gerade bei einem Steak. Das die Preise gestiegen sind, ist klar, aber zusätzlich ein kleines Stück Fisch für fast 26 Euro. Nein wirklich nicht. Und das jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal. Wir werden leider nicht mehr hingehen, Schade.

We were a group of 12 people looking for a restaurant and luckily we found it there. In terms of equipment, ambience and sanitary facilities, it's really great! Then our food was brought to us at the same time, which was really delicious. We ordered various dishes, all of which deserved 5 stars, very important to note is the fact that everything is HALAL, according to the staff. The best thing for last, all the employees there have a smile on their face and those we interacted with were extremely friendly and also understood how to have fun and were also able to share (positively). All in all we were very satisfied there. Thank you very much for that!

The worst duck I've ever had on the table! Ordered two dishes today at 8:20 p.m. (for pickup)! We waited 15 minutes even though everything was already ready in front of the employee!!! Fail No.1!!! The duck was like rubber and smelled awful! Were there for the first and last time! 16.90 euros end up in the trash!

The pizzas are often cold and the toppings are carelessly slapped on. The service is slow and VERY RUDE.

Pizza Calzone not in the house, neither nor lasagne, that would be my advice for an improvement, otherwise great. The pizzaria got 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ stars from me in every respect.......All dishes are very tasty 😋

I was lured by the reviews. The food arrived after almost two hours. The pasta arrived in packaging that only half of other pizzerias have. And yet they were twice as expensive! impudence. Paid almost €40 for three noodles. No taste. You learn from mistakes. No recommendation!

Der Ratskeller ist sehr gemütlich, mit Ausstattung aus viel Holz, sehr gut besucht und mit freundlichem, gutem Service. Ich habe die Schweinebäckchen gewählt, sie waren sehr zart, allerdings nur lauwarm und somit war der Genuß weg. Die rohe Zwiebel Deko braucht es auch nicht, vor allem wenn sie dick geschnitten ist. Das Cordon Bleu meines Mannes war sehr lecker, wie auch die Pommes und der Rotkrautsalat.

Sind Sie fremd und ohne Reservierung? => dann platziert man Sie, obwohl im Lokal nix los ist (auch keine späteren Zugänge), direkt am Eingang an offenstehender Tür. Mit geöffnetem Fenster zueht‘s wie Hechtsuppe… Apropos Essen: Mittelmäßig und einer meinte: „geschmacksneutral“ Auftreten des Wirtes / Bediener: Wortkarg - eher unmotiviert und das Hemd mit unappetitlichen Fettflecken übersäht; und das am Sonntag zum Tagesstart… Naja, wahrscheinlich geht’s halt nicht besser

Wir hatten nicht reserviert. Bekamen trotzdem einen Tisch. Die Bedienung sehr freundlich. Getränke kamen sofort. Das Essen super lecker und frisch zubereitet kam heiß auf den Tisch. Wir waren mit dem Schlemmerblock gekommen, werden auf jedenfall wieder vorbei schauen.

We ordered 3 x pasta and 1 x pizza. The taste of the food was okay. The pizza was a little over-seasoned and slightly burnt, but it was still tasty. Even though we said no pine nuts, there were still some in there. Price-wise, everything was okay too.

Wir sind durch den Schlemmerblock zu der Gaststädte gekommen und waren mit 8 Personen da. Ich hatte im Vorfeld die letzten negativen Kritiken gelesen, kann die aber überhaupt nicht nachvolliehen. Alle waren sehr zufrieden. Sowohl mit dem Essen als auch vor allen Dingen mit der Freundlichkeit vor Ort.

Just a note about your delivery service. Today's driver has a very aggressive driving style. Really provokes an accident unnecessarily. I wasn't even involved, just an eyewitness, but that's a no-go to put others in unnecessary danger

No matter when and no matter what, the boys and girls do a great job. Whether it's a pizza in the afternoon or a burger at 10:45 p.m., the food always tastes great. Great American style pizzas, the cheese crust is way better than at Pizza Hut. A waitress is not really friendly, takes the plate away even though you still have pizza in your hand, never makes a friendly face. Another one chews her chewing gum with pleasure.

An dem Abend als es um die verbrannten Serviettenknödel ging war ich dabei. Die Dame, die hierzu ihre Bewertung abgegeben hat, hat sich ja noch milde ausgedrückt. Ich empfand das Verhalten der Bedienung und der Geschäftsführerin als eine Unverschämtheit. Eine Entschuldigung wegen des verkohlten Essens wäre angebracht gewesen. Meinen nächsten Termin mit 6 Personen die Woche drauf, habe ich sofort storniert und auch Freunde und Bekannte davon informiert.
