Best croque in all of Hamburg!!!

We ordered 20 pizzas for an event. After ordering, we requested a change by phone. This wasn't possible, so it was suggested to us that the first order from Pizza Max be canceled and we order again. We did that, but we had to pay online twice and pizza was only delivered once. We were cheated out of €227. Calls and emails are not responded to.

We were there today and thought it was delicious :). We immediately ordered some more to take home.

An order of 2 salads was canceled because no dressing was available and a refund of EUR 26.86 was promised within a week. 17 days later there is still no money, there is a phone call and the customer service contacted by email has declared that they are not responsible. You can keep the money and have lost a regular customer. Congratulations.

After waiting 1.5 hours the order was delivered. One of the two pizzas was wrong, but it was then delivered correctly again The next day everyone had stomach problems and diarrhea. Not recommended!

We order pizza once a week with several colleagues. We are quite satisfied with the quality of the pizzas (with a few exceptions). It is rather annoying that two portions are often made from one portion of Kaiserschmarn. It is precisely such negative little things that usually remain in the memory.

Order regularly. Delivery quickly with always friendly messengers. Pizza hot and delicious! Fries always arrive crispy too.

I received an incorrect order. It can happen, it was delivered later. But the driver then aggressively begs for a tip, something like that is completely unacceptable.

Food is always great but why have you been closed for weeks?:(((

Great pizza that is nice and thin and crispy and topped with very good ingredients. Other dishes also perfect. The view and service are also great! Unfortunately no children's meals.

Well, people, it may be that some things taste good to you, but the pasta cream with champions was the most disgusting pasta I've ever eaten, it just doesn't taste like anything, people. At least that should taste like something, neither cheese nor cream, sadly the pizza cakes were burnt and simply not to be enjoyed and for the price and this waiting time it should be reasonable. Really the only thing that was reasonable was the pasta salad. So the competition is much faster and it tastes much better. I thought I'd try it with you, that was probably not the case, never again, sorry people, but you're less likely to keep your customers that way and since I also work in the catering and service sector, I would just be really ashamed to serve it like that.

So sorry, I'll never order from this store again! The kebab meat was raw and the meatball was warmed up in the microwave and we don't even need to talk about the potato - it wasn't cooked properly at all. I will definitely contact the health department
