I'm always very satisfied, I call on the way to pick up the pizza. It works very well every time and is always delicious

A Smileys vehicle that has been in an accident and is no longer roadworthy has been parked in Ostewinkel for over three weeks. It's great that they don't need the car, it's just unfortunate that we residents here now have one less parking space! People search here forever anyway... could you finally have your vehicle picked up here?

I have ordered a few times so far and have actually been quite satisfied so far. But today it was all a bit strange. I asked the driver to call ahead because my name wasn't on the bell yet. Unfortunately, this was not taken into account. I had also written down that I would like to pay by card (that was also in the order confirmation), but it was not stated on the invoice. This means that the driver did not have an EC device with him. The pizza was ok, but not that warm either. Unfortunately it wasn't as busy as it should have been. I hope next time it will be better.

After the food arrived it was of course cold and cut down. I wouldn't write about it here if it only happened 1-2 times, it's happened several times now and I think it's a shame even though I was an old employee, which doesn't play a big role now why the boss of Smileys Neugraben ordered the employees to stop delivering my food to me because I apparently have several credits that I received from Smileys headquarters for my birthday

The last 3 orders were very bad pizza really burnt, wrong order brought and bad services, I don't recommend it 00000000

Food very good. Staff is very nice. For a delivery service, this is a good place to sit down and eat. But you can't compare it with a restaurant. Atmosphere more like a snack bar. But very good for that. Hence all the stars.

Smileys Neugraben was very nice on the phone but unfortunately the delivery sucked. I ordered this evening and everything was ok until the delivery arrived home. But the delivery employee was unfriendly and tried to rip us off even though the order came with a receipt . Did she try to fool my daughter first and then me with the amount and the change... then our appetite and our mood for a delicious pizza 🍕 unfortunately was in the basement! It's a shame actually We won't be ordering any more for now!

I've never been in the building myself, which is why I can't rate the ambience 😔 (sorry❤️‍🩹) Of all the pizza services🍕, Smileys is my favorite 😍🤫 The food is delicious and fresh, it comes quickly and is still warm. One star falls because our order got lost about 3 times 😭😭😂

The casserole was only lukewarm, despite the delivery distance of 2.5 km. There were also a lot of coarse onion pieces in there... so a lot! Unfortunately it wasn't tasty.

I just ordered a Seattle pizza, unfortunately the pizza wasn't edible because everything was slapped on it. So it wasn't made with love at all. It's a real shame because you're looking forward to it. Corn was also forgotten and the pizza rolls, the roll wasn't cooked through at all, you could still taste the dough.

Lebensmittelvergiftung von sucuk pizza brötchen oder cheesy burger. Nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr schlecht geführter Laden vom Chef Hüseiyn. Anstatt die Standarts hochzustellen lieber jede 2 Woche in den Urlaub fliegen...... traurig! Antwort auf den Kommentar vom Inhaber. Ich kenne mindestens 1 Person die auch von Smileys eine lebensmittelvergiftung hatte und in den Rezensionen gibt es auch noch min. 1 Person in den letzten 3 Monaten. Ich würde der Sache mal auf den Grund gehen und nicht jede Rezension mit Copy und Paste beantworten!

Hab den veganen Wrap bestellt, war super lecker! Das Vegane Fleisch ist einfach ein Hammer Fleisch Ersatz.

Beste Pizza! Schmeckt sehr und wird heiß geliefert! Bestellen nur beim Smileys unsere Pizza ❤️ Leider Punktabzug für die Hot Spring Pasta. Wurde wohl in der Mikrowelle erhitzt, die Pasta hatte schon Bläschen und war ausgetrocknet. Cocktailtomaten wurden dadurch matschig und weich. Schade.

Nettes Personal, gutes Essen zu normalen Preisen. Pizza mit Vollkornteig ist zu empfehlen.

Haben telefonisch Pizza bestellt. Mussten dennoch kurz warten, Nachfrage war nach Pizzen war gerade groß. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Pizza konnten wir warm nach Hause bringen und die Pizza hat allen gut geschmeckt. Ich kann die Pizzaria empfehlen.

Eigentlich gute Pizzen ABER noch einen Lieferzuschlag zu verlangen ist schon dreist! Ich werde leider nichts mehr bestellen.

Bitte macht die Lieferkosten weg 😢 man wird geizig jetzt dort bei euch zu bestellen…

Geschmacklich top. Jetzt auch vegane Pizzen, macht mich super glücklich und schmeckt super. Allerdings ist bei uns bis jetzt KEINE Bestellung korrekt angekommen, daran sollte definitiv gearbeitet werden!!!
