Very nice staff and large selection of pizza. However, there is no parking space available for collection, so it's best to park further away on side streets or have it delivered.

Mundfein offers a reliable delivery service with a large selection of pizzas, pasta and salads. The ordering process is straightforward, delivery is on time and the food arrives hot. The ingredients are fresh, the taste is convincing, especially in the pizzas and pasta dishes. Price-performance ratio is right, and the friendly service rounds off the positive experience. Recommended for delicious food straight home :D

Pizza rolls are very tasty but there is little or no cheese in the pizza rolls. The mouth enemy is better with a lot of cheese in them

We placed the second order today because the first delivery and the overall impression were good! We are all the more horrified by the process of today's delivery, August 19th, 2024 1. The email said about 35 minutes - it took more than 1 hour 2. I wanted to pay with an EC card. The driver had forgotten his reader. 3. He couldn't spend on €50- Oh my god. 4. We ordered a pizza separately with leeks - which pizza is that? Can you see that? What do I pay €1.65 for if the ingredient is not visible 5. The pizza was almost cold. This performance is, I have to say, subterranean. Cold food, 30 minutes beyond delivery confirmation, payment method not possible and one ingredient simply omitted.

Best vegan cheese of all delivery services I know. Cheese rolls, calzones and dumplings are A1. Ironically, everything is great except the pizza. It's just ok for the price. However, at least 3 of my non-vegan friends and relatives said that they couldn't get the regular cheese.

Today I picked up a modular pizza to pick up myself. The service was super friendly and patient. On top of that, there was also a discount if you picked it up yourself. I didn't have to wait long and the pizza smelled wonderful. At home I was finally able to enjoy the pizza and it was delicious and exactly how I imagined it. Thank you! I will gladly come again! :-)

It's really strange how many positive reviews have appeared here recently. I ordered here despite the very bad reviews (at the time) at Mundfein because I knew it from another city and liked the pizzas. The food here was always ok, nothing exceptional. The savings started a few months ago. As others have already reported here, the Sucuk pizzas are now only topped with 1/4 slices of Sucuk (before it was whole slices and overall it was more neatly topped). But I accepted that too, and also the higher prices. Finally, it seems that savings are now being made on hygiene or the quality of the ingredients. After the last Mundfein pizza I had extreme stomach cramps and had to vomit several times during the night and the next day. I got food poisoning here! I haven't felt this bad in a really long time. I also asked the employees about it, the branch manager wanted to get in touch with me, but unfortunately that didn't happen. It's a shame that no emphasis is placed on customer satisfaction. I really expected more. There was no response, no interest in clarifying the whole thing or an apology! And that despite the fact that I always accepted all the negative changes here and still continued to spend my money here. That was probably a mistake. That was a big lesson for me, I really won't be eating here anymore. I can only advise everyone to take a closer look here and, if necessary, switch to another Mundfein branch. The employees themselves were actually quite friendly.

Unfortunately, incredibly poor service and save money at every turn! It is understandable that these are difficult times at the moment, but we customers also pay more and expect what is promised to us! Doing something like that is simply unfair and really bad, so Mundfein loses customers. 1. Downloaded the app and followed everything so that I get the 25%, when I get there it says we only have 20%. And each branch makes its own percentage. Why do you advertise with 25% on the normal homepage and also until the last order process??? 2. Opened the pizza on the way and lo and behold, the sucuk that used to be whole are halved and instead of a full sucuk pizza like before, you get half slices and the rest endless peppers and analogue cheese! Why do they call something like this Sucuk Pizza??? Just an incredible disappointment! Can't recommend Mundfein to anyone if that should be the standard in all branches! For me it was the last time at Mundfein! No matter which branch! I would even give it zero stars because it's something you're looking forward to and you see something like that again and again these days. Everyone earns their money hard and wants to get something for it and not be ripped off!!!

Ordered pasta with pesto. Additionally baked with cheese and extra spinach. You had to look for the pesto. The noodles floated in oil. Salt is a foreign word here. The cheese originally tasted like nothing. Ordered Caesar salad. The entire thing weighs 120 grams WITH packaging (!!). Almost just lettuce and 2 small, mushy tomatoes. Croutons galore to cover the shame. I have rarely eaten SO incredibly badly.
