This is honestly the worst burger I've eaten. The meat is simply of very poor quality.

Today I experienced the most incompetent delivery driver ever. Despite the precise location, I waited at the apartment door for ten minutes after the doorbell rang. He then mixed up the invoice amount with my payment details and refused to give me €12 in change. Only a phone call clarified the situation. This is how you lose a regular customer.

Pizza is always super greasy. Somehow they put extra oil on it, even though I specifically wrote “without oil”. I also wrote to please call in advance and not ring the bell (for reasons) but that was not followed either. Anything can happen, but it always happens. Therefore not good service and the pizza is just soggy from the oil. It doesn't work at all.

You serve completely UNCOOKED pizza and your courier has audacity to PUSH people to tip him? Excuse me, i know it's Christmas but y'all don't have to play Grinch. DECLINE the order if you don't want to cook anymore and close, yea? Give my money back, i don't want diarrhea from raw dough.

If there is a "no advertising" notice in someone's mailbox, you should respect it. That's why I will never come to your pizzeria or order anything...

Ordered 2 hours ago, waited, waited, Lieferando said “almost with you” the whole time and after 2 hours they simply canceled. Absolutely crazy! Disorganized pile of trash

Total loss! Waiting more than 1 1/2 hours for delivery is tough! Called twice and the second time they said the driver had been in an accident. Seriously!?

Unfortunately, I was completely disappointed for the first time yesterday. Pizza rolls were made the wrong way, okay - it can happen. But pizza was literally drowned in crème fraîche. It's clear to me that "too much" is a luxury problem. But if there is so much that you actually have to scrape off centimeters of the sauce, it ruins the taste and the whole pizza.

Disaster. Food wasn't delivered!

Ordered 2 pizzas on Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and delivered at 6:40 p.m. The pizzas were still warm enough. One pizza was OK, the other had no cheese in the crust (it was a promotion, on Saturday cheese in the crust was free, it was also on the bill), and it was bone dry and only hunger drove it down. Paid €37 with pizza rolls and the pizzas weren't worth it.

The grill plate did not contain bifteki, instead it contained chicken breast. At least it was grilled juicy. The gyro was chopped so small... it definitely wasn't from the rotisserie!! The pork skewers were juicy and well fried. Unfortunately the chicken wings were black and dry. The chili con carne was without carne... except for a few crumbs of minced meat. Rather, it was a spicy vegetable sauce with peppers and onions. Kidney beans were occasionally included. So there’s a lot of room for improvement!!! My first and last order.🤷‍♂️

January 2025 Flyer in the mailbox, even though there is a 'No advertising' sticker attached. Unprofessional and unlawful behavior. February 2024 After the owner of Pizza Max Tempelhof did not respond to my messages, I filed an application for an injunction at the Kreuzberg district court. This then decided that the owner would be prohibited from putting advertising in my mailbox again. Violators face a fine of up to €250,000 or up to 6 months in prison.

Sent me the wrong size in boots and never got back to me despite me reaching out to them on EVERY PLAYFORM. Worst customer service I’ve ever had by far. I wouldn’t bother with them
