It's fine for what it does. It's a small place in the middle of an industrial complex, with a few tables, and an employee who does double duty as waiter/phone orders. I assume their focus is more on deliveries rather than dining-in. + Large range of pizza choices; + Normal prices; + Delicious pizza (my Napoli was one of the best I've had in Freiburg); The atmosphere was rather bland, because there were no other customers inside, only the occasional client who came to pick up a take-away order. As long as you don't go there expecting a proper, crowded restaurant, it's fine.

The party pizza was good, with plenty of toppings, lots of cheese and arrived warm.

Beware of rip-offs!!! The store doesn't exist and the pizza was never delivered!!!! We ordered the pizza and the money was debited. The pizza still didn't arrive after 1.5 hours so we tried calling and no one answered. We then drove to the address given and all we found was an empty apartment. Now we have to request the money back on Paypal. Under no circumstances order anything there!!!

Absolutely worst pizza we have ever had. A layer of fat on it, too salty and unfortunately 3 out of 4 people had diarrhea afterwards! We will never order here again!

Disappointing. Mistakes happen, but dealing with customers is Phone miserable. We order take away very often. The first time we ordered delivery and waited over 40 minutes. This is what happens. I FRIENDLY called and asked when we could expect the order. I was insulted directly by the boss, in a raised voice, so much so that we had apparently already been called 10 times and the driver drove back. His driver wasn't a liar - which I didn't even claim - but politely explained that there was no call. At some point I asked for a normal, customer-friendly tone and was told the driver was coming. He tried to explain to us again - kindly not in a shouting manner - that he called countless times. End of story: Correct number on the bill, but the pizzeria mistyped the last number when calling. Mistakes happen - but to be hit on like that is extremely unprofessional. Especially when you make your own mistake. You can't blame this on work pressure. Hope this just inspires you to be MORE FRIENDLY.

Pizza is one of the better places in the area, but unfortunately the delivery times are catastrophic. So far every order has been at least half an hour late. Why can I order for a specific time if it is not adhered to???

We ordered today, it took a very long time, pizza was half cold and burnt on the edge. Salad dressing tastes terrible, I have no idea how you can sell something like that. It was the last time we ordered there.

Ladies and Gentlemen We would like to politely but firmly complain about our last order. Unfortunately, there were again discrepancies that significantly spoiled our enjoyment. For the second time we did not receive the correct delivery. Instead of the chicken nuggets we ordered, we were delivered chicken wings. In addition, the schnitzel with cream sauce, which we were particularly looking forward to, was not as ordered - instead we received a kind of “schnitzel soup.” We were really looking forward to the meal and it was disappointing that we weren't able to enjoy our order as desired. We would like to ask you to pay particular attention to the correct compilation of your orders in the future. We expect that this will not happen again in the future, otherwise we would be forced to look for alternatives.
