I pick up the pizzas I ordered here because I don't have far to go. The owners use original Italian ingredients and prepare everything fresh. You can taste that too. The prices are very moderate for the quality of the ingredients and I think you should pay for quality. The owners are always friendly. I like coming here.

My original review was deleted despite the true experience. But whatever. I cannot recommend this pizzeria's delivery service. Don't have the payment service under control. I paid via Papal and the delivery service then claimed that I hadn't paid. It was only after the escalation that the pizzaria noticed that payment had already been made.

Unfortunately I wasn't at all happy with my pizza, the base was burnt and the toppings (salami, ham, mushrooms) tasted very poor?! By the way, my friend also said that you can get a good Dr. Put Oetker in your own oven.

Very friendly telephone contact. Open communication regarding the delivery time to Ehingen, which I find praiseworthy. Fast, internal communication with the boss on site and we were able to pick up our pizzas ourselves within a short time. The pizzas were freshly prepared, hot and very tasty. We had a Speziale, a Tirolese, a Caprese and a Pescatore, each large. Please note that only cash payment is possible. Very happy again.

Pizza tastes good, but I have never experienced such an unfriendly employee (boss?). Luckily there are good alternatives in Karlsruhe.

Disappointing. Mistakes happen, but dealing with customers is Phone miserable. We order take away very often. The first time we ordered delivery and waited over 40 minutes. This is what happens. I FRIENDLY called and asked when we could expect the order. I was insulted directly by the boss, in a raised voice, so much so that we had apparently already been called 10 times and the driver drove back. His driver wasn't a liar - which I didn't even claim - but politely explained that there was no call. At some point I asked for a normal, customer-friendly tone and was told the driver was coming. He tried to explain to us again - kindly not in a shouting manner - that he called countless times. End of story: Correct number on the bill, but the pizzeria mistyped the last number when calling. Mistakes happen - but to be hit on like that is extremely unprofessional. Especially when you make your own mistake. You can't blame this on work pressure. Hope this just inspires you to be MORE FRIENDLY.

The applause should be on loop for you 👏👏👏👏👏👏 I called today and wanted to order delivery. I was told very politely that there was a lot going on and it would take about two hours. Since I live in the same area, I suggested picking it up myself. The lady was very accommodating and agreed to pick it up in 10 minutes. I was speechless. The chili cheese burger with sweet potatoes... Smashed Burger Style 🤩 were already waiting for me at the counter after 9 minutes. I can't describe to you what a taste explosion I had... you'll just have to try it for yourself. Many thanks to the entire team 🙏keep it up…

Very good pizzas, at a reasonable price. Ideal when you don't want to cook. ;)
