Pinseria Bufala in Ettlingen

Absolute impudence!!! I placed an order via the homepage, which was confirmed to me via email. After 1.5 hours and three calls to the pizzeria, I was told that you couldn't order anything via the homepage and that nothing had been entered. It used to be fantastic there - now absolutely NOT recommended. What a shame!

Called 1 hour after arrival time. Called again 20 minutes later. 15 minutes later I called again until I was told the order had been forgotten. Apparently something is going wrong.

Delivery time twice as long as stated. Waited almost 2 hours for delivery. Food not good, the pins were pretty burnt. One star is still too many. Not recommended.

The delivery came 30 minutes late, when the person contacted didn't know which order was meant. They wanted to call back but there was no call. The cold food arrived 5 minutes after the call.

We ordered 11 pins for our team building event, all of them were delivered with the right toppings and arrived warm and crispy. The man from the delivery service was also very nice. Gladly again!

The tuna pizza was very good. The dough was a bit hard and the pizza was only lukewarm. However, the food tasted good and was delivered quickly. The price is also fair. However, the onions were cut very large.

I would like to complain about the quality of the food delivered by Pinseria Bufala. The delivery I received was unacceptable and not edible. First of all the pizza was cold and hard when it arrived. In addition, tomato paste was used instead of tomato sauce, and the mozzarella bufala was old and indefinable. The salami on the pizza was also of poor quality. I had also ordered parmesan fries, but instead I received regular fries with a little parmesan sprinkled on top. This did not correspond to my order in any way. The breaded chicken breast burger was also disappointing. It was a small frozen paddy stuffed into a burger bread that was way too big and covered in an excessive amount of mayonnaise. Due to the poor quality of the food, I couldn't finish the meal. In fact, I got a stomach ache and vomited.

We ordered via Lieferando. I am absolutely anything but in a good mood. I was looking forward to a Burrata Pinsa only to find out that Burrata doesn't exist on my Pinsa. After calling several times, no one answered the phone to clarify this. I would like a solution for this because I paid for something that I didn't get. Definitely disappointed. And the rest of the Pinsa hasn't cut it out in such a way that you can overlook it.

I had two pins as a main course and a dessert pinsa with you and I was really impressed! Both were huge, super tasty and really fed two people. I thought it was great and am already looking forward to the next time. Recommended!

Under no circumstances order the veggie burger! It completely fell apart, was soggy and the bun smelled burnt. There are two stars only because the cucumber salad was good and the fries were okay.

Very tasty food. Very fresh ingredients used and the quality is really great. We are very excited and can only recommend the Pinseria. Will definitely order there again.

Food didn't taste good and took twice as long as stated

I had the Pinsa Napoli with anchovies, capers and stuff. Delicious! And four weeks ago a mixed salad, very good.

Quality & taste very good. Service a nightmare. Completely crazy drivers without instructions are guaranteed to deliver incorrect pins, food that was not ordered or one of the salads that is missing. If you ask, you get cheeky answers. It's a shame that management doesn't see any need for action here.

We ordered three pins here. The communication was very friendly and the pinse were very tasty. I would especially like to point out the fresh ingredients and the absolutely delicious tomato sauce! Side note to the owners: Unfortunately, my vegetarian pinsa had pitted olives on it, which made the meal a little less relaxing. But since I am of the opinion that it was different when I ordered before and the taste of the food was more than convincing, I still give it 5/5 stars :D (maybe you can do something with that note)

The pinsa was good, the tiramisu is definitely not recommended… it's certainly not original Italian, it's mascarpone with biscuit without coffee, amaretto or something else. Far too solid and far too expensive.

The food tastes extremely delicious, great staff and service. Delivery was super quick. Highly enthusiastic. 😍

Ordered several times, always best quality, best prices and super nice drivers. Very, very nice and friendly staff, highly recommended!!

When ordering it was stated that it would take 75 minutes, the food arrived after 150 minutes - you could also call in between to see if it would take longer... The fries were correspondingly soggy, the pinsa was cold and one of the pinsa had the wrong topping or had it Ingredients missing. Demanding 50 cents for the three flakes of parmesan on the fries is also very proud. When it came to the cold food, the driver cheekily said that they should warm it up again... if I want to warm up a pinsa or pizza, I can also buy a frozen pizza for a fraction of the price. Gladly never again! Instead of spending energy trying to have negative reviews deleted, you should put your energy into the quality of your service and food...

Hatten heute bestellt. Pasta war lecker und das Essen war sogar richtig heiß (ist fast bei keinem Lieferservice so) Beilagensalat war auch gut und Lieferung dauerte wie angegeben.

Una pizza vegana con aguacate y tomate deshidratado y rucola. Pedí dos ingredientes extras más como la piña y los champiñones. En calidad precio la pizza estaba rica. El aguacate estaba fresco, y el resto de los ingredientes también.

Toller Chef, der abends für Rettungsdienstler den geputzten Ofen nach Geschäftsschluss nochmal anmacht und dann auch noch die Pinsa mit einem Dankeschön für den Dienst spendiert und eine ruhige Nacht wünscht… wirklich nicht selbstverständlich, vielen vielen Dank!

Eben das erste mal bestellt ... kam sehr schnell an war alles noch warm,essen esr super lecker vorallem der bbq burger war top und riesen Lob für das Tiramisu das erste mal super gutes Tiramisu bekommen war perfekt

War das letzte mal heute, dass wir dort etwas zu essen kaufen. Der Salat war sehr sandig und zum Teil braun und ekelhaft. Auf den Pizzen waren teils die falschen Zutaten. Schade, früher haben wir gerne hier bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden…

Wir hatten am Wochenende Gäste und haben für mehrere Personen bestellt. Alles kam pünktlich und heiß an, die Pinsa war reichlich belegt und es hat allen sehr gut geschmeckt.

Geschmacklich gut, Pinsa reichlich belegt und heiß geliefert. Preis Leistung ok. Die Salatbowl allerdings war nix - der Salat ungewaschen und knirscht noch, so was kann man nicht gebrauchen!

Deutlich besser als gedacht. Super knuspriger Teig. Viel Käse gut belegt, Zutaten sehr lecker. Wir kommen wieder insofern wir erneut in der Nähe sind. Insofern es möglich wäre würde ein Tisch und ein paar Stühle draußen in der Sonne sicher auch gut ankommen

Sory aber Büffel Pisa besser nicht bestellen, enttäuscht. Teig ist lecker andere Pisas waren besser

Got two pinsas on Saturday evening, guys very friendly, service fast (10 min from order). Quality is really mediocre, suboptimal when compared to places like Pinsa Sì in Karlsruhe. I'm Italian, this doesn't look or feel authentic to me, more like using "buon appetito" as a slogan ;-) main problem is the quality of the ingredients, you get good stuff when there's an investment in quality ingredients. If you order burrata, you're expecting burrata, there was a bit of mozzarella. Photo taken after 10 min from order, doesn't look very inviting, does it? Young children screaming, we eat anyway, whatever. Well, that's my sincere review.

More like 3.5 stars but I’ll round it up because I’m feeling generous 😋 Tasty Pinsas delivered to your door at reasonable prices 🍕 Not as big as some of the other Pinsa in town, and with less toppings but still tasty. In particular, I really enjoyed their tomato sauce. Somehow it tested fresh and home made. The Nutella pizza was a bit overcooked, and came without cutting so we had to pretty much shatter the thing into crispy pieces we could eat, but a lot of crumbs everywhere. Delivery came on time, but pinsas were all a bit cold so we had to reheat. Available for dine in, but we ordered on a Sunday on Lieferando. Did not get to try the appetizers, but they had a lot of tasty options as well. Conclusion: not bad at all, would order again if the other Pinsa option is closed.

Die Pinsas sind absolut lecker, die Auswahl an Extras/Toppings ist riesig. Auch die Salate und Dressings sind sehr lecker und hochwertig. Ganz klare Empfehlung.

Super fix geliefert... hat sowas von lecker geschmeckt die Pinsa. Werden auf jedenfall wieder bestellen und weiter empfehlen.

Sehr sehr lecker, Lieferung pünktlich und kommt heiß an, wie frisch am Tisch serviert. Gleich den Mund verbrannt, so muss das sein 😄

Die Spaghettis waren gut. Hab ich so noch nie gesehen und gegessen. War eine sehr große Portion mit viel Soße. Meine Schwester hat eine Pinsa bestellt und war damit vollkommen zufrieden.

10 mal bestellt immer gut und schnell, bester lieferservice hier im Umkreis.

Mann sollte es einmal aufsuchen und das Urteil felt von allein.

Also lecker war meine Pinsa schon und die Qualität der Zutaten war gut. Aber dennoch, der Preis und die Größe der Pinsas passen leider so gar nicht zusammen. Für 11€ bekommt man quasi eine halbe Pizza. Meine Arbeitskollegen und ich waren alle regelrecht enttäuscht und werden hier wohl nicht mehr bestellen.

Update: Leider hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Wir bestellen zwar ab und zu noch Bowls allerdings nicht mehr so häufig wie am Anfang. Schade! Ich bestelle hauptsächlich Bowls bei der Pinseria Bufala. Da ich in der Nähe wohne rufe ich meistens an und hole es ca. 20 Minuten später ab. Bisher hatte wir hier noch nie Probleme. Das Essen schmeckt immer gut und ist frisch. Ich persönlich empfehle die Pinseria gerne weiter!

Geschmacklich war das Essen gut, allerdings kalt, die Lieferzeit extrem lange. Der kurierfahrer hatte seltsamerweise kein Wechselgeld dabei.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker. Allerdings kam es lauwarm an. Der Kurier hatte nicht einmal Kleingeld zum wechseln dabei.
