10/17/24 This is the second time in a few months that the pizza is lukewarm! No understanding and flimsy justifications... why should you still order smileys from this one for considerably more money and not from Dominos which delivers something cheaper and warm as it should. Smileys aren't what they used to be either, apparently! Too bad

It was just awful The worst institution I have ever seen You have to wait an hour and a half for delivery, and the food is just a nightmare, the pasta is stuck together and not tasty at all I do not recommend it to anyone, this is the worst establishment I have ever seen.

I had the pleasure of trying the "Pasta Pastorella" from "Pizza Express" this evening. The experience was... shall we say, unforgettable. As soon as I took my first bite, I knew I had embarked on a journey through the seven seas. It was as if the chef had decided that the pasta would be the ultimate test of my taste buds. Each spoonful was a new wave of salt washing over my palate. If I hadn't known I was ordering a pasta, I would have thought I was nibbling on a block of salt. Even the fish in the ocean would have been green with envy. The saltiness level was so high that I feared my body would develop the saltwater ecosystem of a small sea. My lips felt like the remnants of a pretzel stick experiment, and my thirst became so insatiable that I felt like the Sahara had erupted in my mouth. Luckily there was enough water at home. And as I downed the third glass I just thought, "It's a good thing I'm not on a diet, otherwise I'd be completely dehydrated by now!" I somehow managed to finish the dish, more out of spite than enjoyment. And to be honest, I'll probably look like a dried fish today. Conclusion: If you are looking for an adventure and want to challenge your kidneys, the "Pasta Pastorella" is for you. Otherwise, you may want to bring a few cans of water. You will need it!

Firstly, delivery time is far too long, no feedback as to whether food is even delivered. then food partially burnt lasagna looked like someone had pooped in the bowl and then baked it with cheese. Not far off in terms of taste either. The consistency of the sauces was reminiscent of a clogged rest stop toilet. My recommendation is never to order your food there. starving is healthier. My recommendation to the delivery service is to clean the toilets visually since you are already doing well.

Worst pizza ever, my buddy and I had to throw up several times afterwards. And we had ordered a pizza special and a fish pizza came, actually 0 points and the health department would have to stop by.

I ordered a pizza with chicken curry sauce (which was chicken nuggets) and pineapple. It was just sickening. I ordered a large pizza because I was very hungry, and they delivered a small one with a double base.

The worst salad in a long time, peppers are completely missing, I found 6 kernels of corn, freshness so-so, turkey dead, dressing from the bag. For €7.90 it's a disgrace. Picked up my food, the place looks shabby, like a back yard in the Bronx, don't want to see what the kitchen looks like. Absolutely NOT recommended!

The delivery was fast and the drives was friendly. The pizza was burnt on the outside, almost soggy in the middle, very bland with almost no taste. I would not order again.

Have ordered there several times. The taste is great, but there is always less topping on the pizza 🍕

Ordered food at 9:30 p.m.... received food at 11:40 p.m.... One star is one star too many. Never again.

This pizza Is suppost to be a kebab pizza but in reality they took scrap pieces of meat they didnt need meat is burned and its very bad tasting i had to remove some to be able to eat as you can tell from the picture never would buy from here again neither should you. UPDATE: i ordered from here again because every other location was closed I ordered their Butter chicken and it took them way longer then 1 and half hours to arrive i was truly dissapointed when i tasted the chicken i almost puked. I could not bring myself to even swallow the food the rice is mediocre at best. it came with a salad i hoped i could atleast enjoy the salad but the salad was horrible the lettuce tasted very bitter the sauce tasted funny and also the delivery driver was very rude.

Not recommended. We had a pizza that was partially burnt and a casserole that was made without sauce. The potatoes were definitely not fresh. It didn't taste good at all.

Ordered for the first time today Took 40 minutes, totally ok even though he said it would take an hour. My wife and I both had a pizza that was super tasty, exactly how I wanted it, everything was great (it's not a pizza from an Italian restaurant) But I didn't want that either! Gladly again

I ordered over 2 hours ago and it just hasn't arrived. I've also called you several times and no one answers. Simply bad
