I ordered from Lieferando food was just in front of the door without anything no call nothing at all

I ordered a pizza, it arrived after 1:15 hours, with no cheese in the crust, no garlic, and it was cold, even though I live 3 minutes away (I couldn't go out and pick it up myself). I was offered a refund, but they would pick up the pizza again 😂😂😂 I said that wouldn't do them or me any good. Please just bring me a fresh pizza like I ordered, and he hung up and didn't answer the phone. I felt like I was in a toxic relationship haha, I've never been ghosted by a pizzeria before. But reading the comments here, I should have known better. Stupid and rude!

Sorry but waiting 2 hours for food is not acceptable

Review for Big Boss Unfortunately, we had a very negative experience when ordering a party pizza (60x40). There were several long hairs in our pizza, which is absolutely unhygienic and unappetizing. Cleanliness and care are paramount, especially when it comes to food, and our expectations were not met in any way. This kind of experience is very disappointing—especially for a larger order intended for a party. We hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and urgently reviews the hygiene standards in the kitchen to prevent such incidents in the future. Furthermore, we expect a proper complaint from the restaurant for such a serious hygiene deficiencies. It should be a matter of course to accommodate customers in such a case—be it through a refund, replacement, or other form of redress.

I've been waiting for almost three hours for my already paid food – and it still hasn't arrived. Several calls to the restaurant have been completely ignored – no one answers the phone, no response, no service. That's not how you treat customers. If a restaurant can't or won't deliver, it shouldn't be on a platform like Lieferando. I'm not just disappointed, I'm really angry – this was definitely the last time I order from them. The last time I was there, I was pressured to order through their own website. My delivery was completely wrong, and again, they didn't respond to my calls or emails. I wouldn't recommend it.

Almost a month ago, I placed an order with Big Boss. My order arrived. I paid for it in cash, but the money was debited from my account again online. I then tried to contact the manager. Unfortunately, without success, and after a few days, someone contacted me and told me I was banned from the premises simply because I asked what was going on. After that, I had to personally try to reach someone. The food in general. The pasta wasn't cooked at all, and unfortunately, the mushroom sauce was probably rotten, as it tasted very sour. The delivery person was very nice and at least wished me a nice evening, but the employees are completely unacceptable and cheeky, banning me from the premises just because I called and asked what was going on. Be careful how and what you order. Otherwise, I wish you continued luck. And I also waited a very long time for the food. It was lukewarm.

I really would like to give zero stars, because the food was delivered cold and rotten, and the delivery time was exceeded. I had to wait almost 40 minutes longer, if not longer. Which is truly disgraceful for this store. Everyone should form their own opinion. I don't want to speak ill of it, but my review will and will remain as it is. I think the store is terrible. Thank you very much, and enjoy your meal. The delivery person was very nice, but unfortunately, the man on the phone was very rude and aggressive. Oh well, now I'm banned from the store.

Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. I'd rather give it zero stars. Unfortunately, we had ordered our Lieferando order out of habit using cash instead of Apple Pay. We had already called them before the automated email from Lieferando arrived to point out our mistake. My husband tried with hand gestures to explain our mistake to the gentlemen on the phone and offered that we could transfer the money immediately or that they could cancel the order and we could order again correctly. The gentleman just said that he couldn't cancel the order and that the restaurant doesn't have a bank account (which I don't think is possible in any properly and legally run restaurant, well, that's a different matter). He just said that he could send his Paypal account so that we could transfer the money there (whether it would have actually gone to the boss from his private account is another matter). After 10 minutes, there was still no WhatsApp message stating where the money should go, so my husband called again (because we were starving after a night shift) to ask how we could solve the situation. The nice gentleman on the phone just said that there was no money, he would cancel and he would block us. My husband told him again that we had not been given any opportunity where we could transfer it to, the man said again I'm blocking you and hung up and blocked my husband how can you work in service with such a kind of customer-oriented work is different

We ordered there for the second time yesterday. The first time, everything was great. The food arrived quickly and was hot, and it tasted great. The second time, it came quite quickly again, but this time two things were missing. When I called, I was told they would deliver later, but nothing came. I'll try again today. I doubt it will work.

Biggest price scam! The flyer says a different price, Lieferando says a different price, and the app says a different price! You order a 1.0L drink and get a 0.33L drink, but you're supposed to pay the price of 1.0L, and they complain that I have to pay that, even though I had proof of order for 1.0L. Not recommended at all!!! They're just ripping you off!

Ordered late at night via Uber Eats. The pizza tonno was edible, but had way too many onions. It arrived later than promised. The delivery man initially didn't want to come up and told me to come down. After a long wait, he finally came up, but there was no hello or goodbye. When I left a €2 tip, he just looked annoyed. The food was okay for late at night, but the delivery man was downright rude.

I ordered from there and my delivery simply didn't arrive, but they pretended that the delivery had arrived.

I ordered from their website Pizza and pasta... The pasta was supposed to be baked, but unfortunately, it came without cheese. When I called them immediately, they told me not to be upset and just try my luck next time. Then they just hung up on me. I was shocked! I definitely won't order from there again.

I wouldn't even give this rude service a star. Putting the phone in a pregnant woman's face because she's complaining about your food being wrong. Are you serious? Is that how you do it over there? You don't deserve the money you don't want to give back to my wife. Haram olsun

Worst pizzeria in the world. The first time my pizza came 2 hours late and I ordered it with a cheese crust and there was never any feedback. The second time, the edge of the pizza was charcoal black, but nothing changed. I can't recommend the pizzeria.

Be careful not to order here! Been waiting for my order for 3 hours 10 minutes. When asked, it says the driver has been on the road for 1.5 hours. When I say I want my money back she says it's not possible and hangs up. When I call again they hang up as soon as I give my address. Conclusion: absolutely dubious restaurant. Update: Food never arrived. Now I have to get my money back via Lieferando.

The owner is very friendly and the food tastes great too! Definitely worth a visit!!

I placed an order last night and was charged immediately. During the ordering process, the estimated delivery time was 20-30 minutes. However, after payment, I was informed that the delivery would take over two hours. Despite this, I still waited, but my order never arrived. I even called the restaurant to check on my order, yet no resolution was provided. Furthermore, I have not received a refund for the undelivered order

Just got our food. Unfortunately it was the first and last time we ordered there. We had to throw away the pizza and pizza bread because it tasted old and rancid, as if the oil was very old. Fries were very flimsy not crispy at all. Unfortunately, Chinese food was cold, very watery and hardly any meat in it.

BIG BOSS probably more like BIG LOSS - My stomach is bubbling like the Yellow Stone Park will at some point, and we all know that if it erupts it will be the beginning of the apocalypse, so: your food is worth the end of the world in terms of taste and health. 1 star

Today I ordered a Margeritha with pepperoni and of course the pepperoni was missing. Something similar happened to us a few months ago when we ordered pizza and something was missing. Today we called and complained, my husband said that the guy on the last order was exactly the same The phone was so unfriendly that he said we should never order from them again :)...we never plan to do that again.

WARNING: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Ordered 50€ worth of food, first it said it will deliver in 50minutes, waited 1 hour and on Leifarndo it said it was nearby. Called the restaurant and the arrogant employee said it will be another hour. We said that’s okay, called them after an hour, and suddenly the employee started to rant to us and just ended the call. 2 hours 30 mins later, on the app it said the food has been delivered, which was not the case. We tried to call again but not picking up. IT IS A SCAM!!!!

So something is always missing from the articles... like again today 1.Mozarella sticks (missing bbq sauce) 2nd pizza rolls, BBQ sauce was included but it was 1 piece for pizza rolls aöso where is the 2nd sauce? DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! 45 min from ordering to delivery is fine but the food arrived ice cold, the burger buns were soggy and the bacon was raw, so are parts of the beef. Extremely unpleasent and absolutely disgusting, literally impossible to eat this without getting sick... ruined my evening.

I don't understand the bad reviews. The food there is so great for a delivery service. I've ordered 3 so far.. top quality, top taste.. really tasty. The delivery time was extremely fast, usually within 20 minutes. Always happy to be with you

Unfortunately, the pizza was inedible the last time I ordered it, due to a foreign part that was baked into the pizza dough. I then immediately contacted Lieferando to get at least the amount of the pizza refunded. However, this was rejected by the restaurant!!! What else can I say about that... Very disappointing!

this restaurant is not trustworthy. I tried to order their services twice: the first time, the pizza was delivered and half of it was burnt, and I threw it in the trash. the second time, I ordered and had to wait for over an hour, with the order not being delivered. when I called to ask about the pizza, they told me to call the police.

I'll never order there again. I had to pay extra money. I gave the driver money of €50. I couldn't get it back because he wanted to take my food with him for €4, even though I paid online. I had to pay an extra €4 and I have the rest of my money not get it back Hands off !!! It's disgraceful to ask people to take their food with them for €4 even though I paid for it online. If I could, I would give 0 stars. I ordered food at 11:48 p.m. It's now 2:07 and the food still hasn't arrived. I doubt it will still be delivered. Unfortunately I paid via PayPal. Complaint has been sent to Lieferando. Will definitely not order here again. A call to the restaurant to inquire about my order was unsuccessful as no one answered the phone. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it, neither to our hotel guests nor to our colleagues.

Ho acquistato una pizza da BIG BOSS. La pizza era veramente buona e lo dico da Italiano. Personale muto, ma molto gentile e folkloristico. Inoltre sono rimasto sorpreso dalla ricevuta fatta addirittura su carta intestata di grande qualità . Pizza leggermente sovrapprezzo, ma bevande regalate. Ottimo Pinot Grigio Veneto DOCCC.

È piaciuta molto la sua pizza, la birra ottima, cavatappi funzionante, staff affetto da sindrome di mutismo ma efficace. Unico difetto prezzo per la pizza un po alto

Pizza über website bestellt, nach 1.5h immer noch nichts erhalten. Als ich angerufen habe wurde mir recht unhöflich erklärt dass die Bestellung dort angeblich nicht angekommen ist (obwohl ich eine Rechnung erhalten habe) Pizza kam dann mit 2h Verspätung an, leider ohne Chili und Knoblauch wie eigentlich angegeben.
