A true gem in the heart of Berlin! As soon as you enter, you can feel that the cooking here is done with passion. The open kitchen offers a view of several elderly ladies preparing traditional dishes with incredible calm and dedication; every movement speaks of experience and attention to detail. The food? Simply divine. Homemade, honest, perfectly seasoned, just like grandma's, only better. Everything is just right here. I'll definitely be back!

The owner is professional and reliable, but unfortunately also moody and sometimes rude in his dealings with some guests. So much for the question of whether you can recommend the restaurant.

A dump, nothing more. The innkeeper moody and the premises run down. The menu is dingy and the prices are incredibly expensive. We didn't feel well when we went in, so we went out without eating.
