The service was completely overwhelmed, even though the restaurant was empty. Ordered a salad plate with tuna and egg, but the egg was missing. It was replaced, but the eggs were horribly peeled and extremely runny. No longer recommended; it's getting worse and worse.

Yesterday, I went to this "restaurant" with my mother (with a walker)... no customers, no employees, no one to be seen. Just two people arguing loudly in the kitchen. We sat down, nothing happened... after about 5-8 minutes, a man came out, completely disregarded us, turned his back on us, and ignored us. He preferred to take out a cigarette and smoke, then took his cell phone and made a call... complete disregard for the ONLY customers. After about 15 minutes, we got up and left. This person didn't even look at us. What disgusting behavior!!! This place keeps making negative headlines all over the neighborhood. I wouldn't even send enemies there if I had any. I'm not really ashamed of this kind of thing. Ugh!!!

Draußen sitzen, Riesenportion für einen schmalen Taler (nach heutigen Maßstäben), sympathische Servicekraft. Geschmeckt hat es auch allen. Das Mobiliar ist in die Jahre gekommen, alles wirkt einigermaßen runtergerockt, aber wer sich daran nicht stört und Hunger und Durst hat: hingehen.

This place is terrible. The food was OK. But the boss sat outside the whole time, bothering people with his TikTok. It was so loud you couldn't hear yourself. I wouldn't recommend it, it's a shame.

Nur so viel .Die fast 80,-€ hätten wir auch gleich in den Gulli schmeißen können. Essen war eine Katstrophe Service so lala. Es ist schwierig in der heutigen Zeit als Gastronom zu überleben und gerade deshalb ist der Service und auch die Qualität des Essens besonders wichtig, Ich glaube die haben keine Lust ihren Laden am Laufen zu halten.

Great food, good price and very friendly staff

The meat was cooked far too long, making it extremely tough and dry. The rice was mushy. The chef was irritable and unfriendly. We weren't even asked if we wanted something to drink. Luckily, there are other very good alternatives.

The food was mediocre, and the waiter was incredibly unfriendly, which turned the whole experience into a complete opposite. 120 euros for nothing.

We ate here 2 years ago and just recently. Unfortunately disappointing. The taste of the food was poor and the usual Croatian hospitality does not exist here.

In fact, all negative reviews are justified. You shouldn't be so unfriendly these days. We're only in Zagreb because Ritter, Marjan Grill and Dalmacija (in Spandau) are closed on Tuesday. The place smells damp and musty, the food is bland, the rice and ketchup are watery, and the male service is unfriendly. My aunt asked for an espresso instead of the house liquor, that was her mistake. She did get one, but the announcement was subpar. No star would be best. Never see you again.

Spontaneously went in there shortly before opening time with about 20 people....the very nice waitress handled this "raid" without any problems, gave each table a number and then processed everything little by little...very great Service... top

Highly recommended for family dining To be honest, I can't understand the bad reviews at all. We've been coming here for birthday dinners, Christmas dinners and whatever other celebrations we have for dinner here for many years. If you have any special requests, our family always fulfills them in a friendly and quick manner God knows many extra wishes!! It's clean here and the staff is friendly. So if you want to eat normally, you've come to the right place. For fine dining, you should go to a 3-star restaurant, but I doubt whether it's that cozy there.

Were there 14 days ago on Sunday and can't confirm the negative reviews here. The food was good, the service good. At the end we were given espresso instead of the usual schnapps. Even though they say “you don't look a horse in the mouth”, that was just thin coffee. My recommendation is not to offer and serve something like this to guests. :)

What can you say? I'm just sad that such places/restaurants are unfortunately becoming fewer and fewer! I came in here and the interior is a bit old but quaint and absolutely clean! It smelled like flowers! The staff and bosses are such heartfelt people❤️‍🩹 The food was really home-style, very seasoned and absolutely delicious! The prices are more than fair, almost way too cheap! I don't understand some of the reviews here! But if you give McDonald's 5 stars, you shouldn't expect them to like it here! I actually don't want to give any stars! When we entered the restaurant we actually wanted to go straight back out. The restaurant made such a dirty and gloomy impression on us, it probably hasn't been renovated there for 50 years, even the curtains were completely gray instead of white! The food went like this, the taste was pretty bland and I think the barrel brew was fermented because it tasted somehow spoiled. The impression was not deceptive, I got stomach pains and diarrhea!! Actually you should report this restaurant!!! I have never experienced anything like this in any restaurant, please just close the store!!!!

Unfortunately, the service seemed completely overwhelmed. We had to wait a long time before we could order. Because I was cold, I went inside to ask for a blanket. We're not a hotel here...the answer was mushy. The food was okay, but nothing exciting. A blackhead ordered a Sprite. She had read in the menu that these were 0.4 in size. Unfortunately she was given a 0.2. When asked about this, the condition reacted irritably. It would be your job to determine whether the sprite should be small or large. But the absolute highlight was that I was brought the wrong food. I constantly oscillated between anger and understanding of the pub's difficult situation All love! L

An experience of the underground kind! Ordered Pola-Pola and got something strange - apart from not being able to change from Djuvec rice to French fries. The Raznjic was almost charred, but the Cevapcici was still half raw. The whole store seems dingy and the staff? Without words ...

I had dinner there with my mother yesterday. The landlord (or the waitress or whatever) was very unfriendly, didn't even say hello. No eye contact whatsoever when ordering, you had the feeling you couldn't go fast enough. When the food came, I didn't immediately know what my food was called, he then replied accusingly that this was “Food XY” and then rudely dismissed it without comment. No “bon appetit” or anything like that. Even when the plates were cleared, there was no comment as to whether it was tasty - he probably knew about the quality of the food. Fries were rather flabby instead of crispy, the curry rice was perhaps as much as two tablespoons with benevolence as a side dish. Very small chops. My mother's liver was so dead and dry that even the undertaker wouldn't have taken it. No crispy fries for her either. The prices were utopian. We then chose dishes from the “specialty menu” as the normal dishes had prices like those in Adlon. At first we even thought about leaving again when we saw these prices, but unfortunately we decided to stay. The innkeeper/waiter or whatever he was then received a visit from a friend, they sat outside like us. Croatian radio was playing on the cell phone (you can imagine the quality) at a volume that was more like a festival. I was recently at Finch's concert - at least it wasn't that loud. The music isn't much better either. I'll tell you honestly, that was an absolute disaster. Never go in there. Unless, of course, you like condescending service, mediocre to bad food and prices like after 12 years of inflation. Amen.

My wife was supposed to get me Cevapcici there, as all of our stores here in Siemensstadt unfortunately had a summer break. I generally always order 3 Cevap. More because the portions are too small for me, especially when I'm really fuming. That was the first time he responded unkindly to my wife because she ordered 3 more. The second time he complained because she wanted to pay with a card instead of cash, something like that is hardly worth it. The food was more than underground, the cevapcici didn't taste good at all, normally cevapcici have a slight, pleasant garlic taste, they didn't taste like anything at all, the rice was a bit watery and the hot onions were perhaps spicy, but not for us. The salad was ok. I can't recommend this place at all, the service is unfriendly and the food is not good. It's a shame that there is no minus star here. The last time I ate there was, aside from the not-so-good food, the service was so unfriendly that it didn't deserve my money.

Normally we wouldn't go to a shop like this, but we were forced to do so due to family pressure. The service woman wasn't exactly friendly, the service man didn't receive an answer when he requested a change. Food was served without vegetables and was nothing special. We met at her favorite restaurant to commemorate my late grandmother. What can I say, luckily she doesn't know how run down the shop is now. I think the owner should really think about whether he has chosen the right profession. At no point did you feel welcome, and that feeling only got worse over time. I made reservations over four weeks in advance and you would think that would be enough time to be prepared for 12-13 guests. Not even close. I don't want to go into detail here, but it was a disaster! The boss, who is also the cook, proved to be a more than questionable host with his aggressive and condescending manner. The mushy Djuvec rice had an unpleasant sourness, probably from the canned peas and carrots or because it was fermented. In any case, it was inedible. Burnt meat and frozen vegetables rounded off the culinary “experience”. And woe betide you if you have forgotten the number of your court - you have bad cards when it comes to paying. Please excuse me, Mr. Chef, that my grandma's sister couldn't immediately tell which dish she ate. Maybe your waitress could have helped my great aunt. Instead, she turned to you and said something in her local language. You took this as an opportunity to completely freak out. THIS IS AN INSURANCE!! But I know you don't have to rely on guests. And everything else that didn't come from you. Excellent! I come from the catering industry myself and have never experienced anything like this!!! Thank YOU for ruining our memorial dinner!!!

The service couldn't be worse. Food average value. All in all a disaster

I ate there today and I know for a thousand percent it was the last time!!!! A very unfriendly and sometimes very aggressive staff. First of all, we were aggressively attacked (for no apparent reason) and asked not to express so many different requests, although some of us only wanted either no fries or no rice. The meat was either burnt and black or still raw, the rice was very overcooked and not tasty. When we paid we were attacked aggressively again: just because we wanted to pay in groups of two or four. I would actually like to give minus stars because this restaurant doesn't deserve one.

Aus gastronomischer Sicht eine totale Katastrophe!!! Der Chef geht unheimlich schlecht mit den Angestellten und Gästen um. Das Fleisch war teilweise verbrannt, der Djuvec-Reis war mit Dosenerbsen und Möhren zubereitet und hatte auch seine beste Zeit hinter sich. War also leider ungenießbar! Bei der Abrechnung wurde erwartet, dass wir zu 100 % wussten, welche Nummer unser Essen in der Speisekarte hat. Die Kellnerin hat es auch nicht für nötig gehalten, uns die Karte nochmal zu geben, um herauszufinden, welche Nummer zu welchem Essen gehört. Stattdessen wandte sie sich genervt an den Chef, der komplett ausgerastet ist, weil wir getrennt bzw. paarweise zahlen wollten. Wir hätten das vorher sagen müssen, und er sei sowieso nicht auf uns angewiesen. Bei einer Rechnung von 300 € finde ich so ein Verhalten äußerst problematisch.

Conditions and service were very unfriendly and the food was raw, the fries were baked and dry. Never again. A bit of empathy and better service/dealing with customers should be guaranteed in terms of prices and in general. But unfortunately this is no longer possible these days. It's a shame. So first of all I would like to advise everyone from the HEART to NEVER eat there...the boss was unfriendly with a shabby demeanor...the place is old and stinks...the food was ok. I would especially like to tell you about my experience and argument with the boss, because I have never experienced anything like that... After the shop owner asked if everything was ok and I politely told him that a piece of meat was burnt, he was offended and said I had no idea...no trace of insight or an apology... As I left the store I told him that if he always treats his customers like that, he shouldn't be surprised that the store is empty. No apperetiv and no thank you. After I told him what I was thinking and now comes the hammer, he literally said to me "SHOULD I LICK YOURS FOR THE 40 EURO NOW OR WHAT"...really unbelievable.

The food was all good but too expensive for a bottle of water €7.50 is not OK. And because we don't drink schnapps we asked if we could get an espresso. We were told we should go where we could get an espresso. Yes The service was nice. So I don't go there anymore because I don't want to be treated like that.

The food is always good in this restaurant. The landlord (also the chef) only makes the mistake of ventilating the kitchen into the guest room. Not everyone wants to go to the cinema in smelly clothes. That costs customers!!!

There were two of us here and we got there around 5 p.m. But we sat there alone. Maybe not the usual meal time. We ordered our food a bit skeptical at first. The food deserved 5 stars, it was first class. The waitress had an unkempt appearance, was wearing some kind of private clothes, and had a very impersonal demeanor that bordered on being unfriendly. I once ordered senior plates for €10.20. Well fried meat, the Djuvec rice had a decent consistency and tasted good! Of course there was a side salad, hot onions and the obligatory ketchup. The service staff had communication problems, was wearing torn trousers and the interior has the charm of the 70s! In front of the toilets it looks like a "junk room" with all sorts of things lying around

Magenbeschwerden, Dreckig, unfreundlich Ein sehr unfreundlicher Chef ! Der Rauchend und Biertrinkend auf der Terasse sitzt und über Gäste lästert . Dass es der Besitzer ist habe ich erfragt. Die Toiletten waren richtig verdreckt. Spinnenweben an den Decken. Muffeliger Geruch. Das essen war nicht lohnenswert sehr fettig und das Fleisch hat gammelig geschmeckt und war teilweise noch Roh. Ich empfehle niemenden dort essen zu gehen. 1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Wenn man den eigenen Chef beim fluchen und Biertrinken am hellichsten Tag sieht und die ecklige Toilette gesehen hat wird einem schlecht... Nach dem Essen hatten wir alle Durchfall und Magenbeschwerden!!!!!

Wir waren vor ca 10 Jahren das letzte Mal dort gewesen und nun hatte es sich ergeben,dass wir mal wieder in der Gegend waren. Einfach mal schauen,ob es ihn noch gibt und ja,er ist noch da. Waren heute das erste Mal hier essen und können wirklich nichts negatives berichten. Das Essen, Potpourri Platte und Pleskavica, waren sehr lecker. Das Fleisch auf den Punkt gebraten und die Portionen zum satt werden. Die Bedienung war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Wir können das Restaurant auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen...!!

Spontan entschieden. War eine falsche Entscheidung. Bedienung hatte keine Ahnung, Chefin keine Lust. Bier hatte viel zu viel Schaum. Das Essen war eher durchschnittlich. Hatten danach auch Bauchschmerzen. Scharfe Zwiebeln waren rohe Zwiebeln mit ein wenig Pulver drauf, Ketchup stark mit Wasser verdünnt und einen Schnaps danach gab es auch nicht. Daher keine Weiterempfehlung und wir gehen auch nicht mehr hin.

Wir waren aufgrund von den vielen schlechten Bewertungen sehr skeptisch das Restaurant zu besuchen, jedoch sahen wir heute mit eigenen Augen, dass jegliche Beschwerden unberechtigt sind! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir waren damit bereits sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war weder zu salzig noch roh, es war genauso wie wir es auch von anderen Restaurants kannten. Die Preise waren angemessen und gerechtfertigt. Alles in allem eine große Empfehlung!

Sorry , aber das war nichts. Waren mit einer großen Truppe da und das Essen war leider nicht gut der Laden war so gut wie leer. Aber Bedienung war leider anderweitig beschäftigt. Der Reis war schlecht ,und als einzige Reaktion kam leider nur ein schulterzucken. Schnaps aufs Hause gab's dann auch nich. Das war dann wohl mein letzter Besuch.

Bedienung hat mich schwer enttäuscht!!! Versalzen die Speisen Im essen fand ich eine Spinne und das wäre kein Problem wäre da nicht der Wille der Bedienung es dir einreden zu wollen dass es dein Fehler war Stadt einen neuen Teller bekam man das gleiche Essen und auch das wäre kein Problem wenn man wenigstens wie gewohnt den kruskovac bekommen hätte wie die nachbar Tische aber auch da nur Ausreden unhöflichkeiten ich bin 20 Jahre Gast und schwer enttäuscht von der aktuellen Art und Weise wie Gäste behandelt werden bin ich nicht gewohnt ein weiteres Mal wird es nicht geben. Fazit gibt eurer hard verdientes Geld woanders aus wo die Bewirtschaftung noch nicht so aus gebrannt ist.

Ich habe gerade das Komentar von Herr Marlin gelesen, und hab mich tod gelacht. Wie kann eine Spinne so lebendig aussehen,wenn sie im Reis gewesen wäre. Ich bin selber Koch und ich möchte euch sagen, dass der Reis wird beim 60 grad im Behelter erwärmt. Dann ist die Spinne tod! Ich kenne der Laden und habe da paar mal gegesen, es schmeckt immer sehr gut. Leute seien sie nicht so negativ, diese Beruf ist nicht einfach, und seien sie froh , dass es uns Gastronomie Noch gibt. Es ist sehr schwer für uns alle!

Ich denke, es ist langsam an der Zeit, dass der Inhaber dieses Restaurants wirklich mal nachdenken sollte und mal überlegt, ob er in der Gastronomie richtig ist. Dieses Lokal wurde mehrere Jahrzehnte von zwei Männern geführt von denen einer sehr tennisbegeistert war, beide immer sehr freundlich und die Qualität und Mengen waren hervorragend. Danach kam eine neue Bewirtschaftung, die nicht mehr so freundlich war aber die Qualität war noch ok. Wenn es jemandem aus Faulheit zuviel ist, statt immer nur Pommes in die Fritte zu schmeissen, dem Gast auf Wunsch auch vernünftigen Djuvec-Reis zu bringen, was ja nun wahrlich keine kulinarische Höchstleistung ist und immer vorrätig ist, dann sollte dieser Wirt kein Restaurant leiten. Auch wir bemerkten beim letzten Besuch vor einigen Monaten eine starke Fahne des "Kellners" und die Frage nach der Zubereitungsart eines besonderen Schnitzels auf der Karte konnte er mangels Sprachkenntnissen oder auch nur Gastronomiewissen gar nicht beantworten. Nachdem wir ihm es auf der Speisekarte mit dem Finger zeigen mussten, ging er dann nach draußen, wahrscheinlich zu seinem Vorgesetzten, der ebenfalls mit anderen Männern rauchend und trinkend auf der Terrasse saß. Als einzige Antwort bekamen wir nur ein Wort...."Schwein", aber das war ja nicht gefragt, sondern wir wollten wissen, was es für eine Art von Schnitzel ist in der Zubereitung... Das Essen selbst war akzeptabel aber längst nicht in der Qualität wie früher. Dafür waren die Preise einfach unangemessen überhöht. Wenn man sich die vielen Kritiken hier durch liest, insbesondere zur Unhöflichkeit und zum Betrunkensein, sollte der Inhaber wirklich hier mal eine öffentlich Entschuldigung rüberbringen und darüber nachdenken, ob er nicht besser einen guten Nachfolger sucht, der Spaß und Passion hat, ein wieder gutes Lokal zu führen !!!

Bevor ich saß, wollten wir eigentlich schon wieder gehen. Der Kellner, in privaten Shorts und Hawaiihemd, nörgelte herum, weil ich ihn wegen eines vorbeifahrenden Busses nicht verstand. Zudem wirkte er leicht angeheitert. Ergebnis: er brachte das falsche Getränk! Das Essen war ok und preiswert. Bei der Rechnung verwechselte er dann die Tische und beschwerte sich dann über das niedrige Trinkgeld. Na ja, wenn der Service besser wird, lohnt sich auch wieder ein Besuch.

Selbst ein Stern noch zuviel. Sollte man Montags nicht essen gehen? So eine freche Bedingung habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Warf das bestellte Wasser um, neue Flasche gab es nicht, erst auf Nachfrage Glas Leitungswasser. chiwapchichi waren innen Roh. Bitte nochmal auf den Grill, gab es freche und beleidigende Antwort. Während wir warten rauchte und spielte der Herr im Eingangsbereich auf dem Handy. Der Salat war angetrocket...Sehr geschockt gegessen und bezahlt. Wir waren noch lange entsetzt. Erst jetzt ist es möglich dieses kurz mit zuteilen...

Niveauloser Service von fragwürdigem Personal mit unterirdischen Manieren! Wir wurden von einem älteren Herrn bedient, welcher laut Rezensionen bereits bei diversen Gästen einen negativen Eindruck hinterlassen hatte. Das Personal gammelte rauchend im Empfangsbereich des nahezu leeren Restaurants und zeigte uns auf Nachfrage für unserem Zwergpinscher lediglich einen keimigen Napf ohne Wasser. Auf unsere Bitte, ob der ältere Kellner diesen befüllen könne, hallte ein aggressives „mach selbst, wir bewirten keine Tiere“ durch den Raum. Wir sahen diesen Zeitpunkt als angemessen, um dieses Loch an serviceloser Inkompetenz und geschmackloser 80er Jahre-Einrichtung zu verlassen .

Kenne das Restaurant seit "Urzeiten" hatte hier noch nie Probleme, immer mit essen und Service sehr zufrieden.

War vor 10 Jahren das letzte mal dort und war enttäuscht, nun hat sich meine Meinung geändert. Essen war perfekt: Knoblauchleber auf den Punkt, Zutaten auch lecker und der Sevice höflich - fast familier. Vorne ein Zelt: darf man einsgeschützt rauchen und ein Schnaps trinken.... Alles in allem war es ein schöner Abend

Leckeres Essen und ausreichend große Portionen. Freundliches Personal. Und ein Ambiente der 80er Jahre. An Feiertagen sollte ein Tisch bestellt werden. Bei schönem Wetter kann man draußen sitzen.

Wir waren 9 Personen der Service war supi Wir haben dort Geburstag meiner Mutti gefeiert es wurde ohne zu fragen Vasenfür Blumen gebracht mega gut der Tisch war schön eingedeckt , das Essen sehr gut ,wir haben nichts zu beanstanden, kommen gerne wieder Grüße Familie Ehling / Boltz

Leider hat sich hier alles verschlechtert nach dem er übernommen worden ist. Wir probieren es immer wieder aber es ändert sich nichts, leider.

Lecker Essen ! Nicht so überfüllt !

Am Sonntag gemütlich essen gehen und danach total verärgert, das schafft der Kellner vom Zagreb - Grill, so einen schlechten Kellner habe ich noch nie erlebt. Vieleicht ist ihm noch nicht bewusst das sein Stammpublikum so langsam weg stirbt? Neue Gäste ( wie wir) kommen nicht wieder und erzählen das negative weiter!!!!!

Wir hatten Tel.vorbestellt,als wir dann dort waren,kam der Chef und war sehr unfreundlich.Wir werden Nie wieder dort essen gehen oder was zu essen abholen!!

Heute spontan Mal wieder hier zum Essen.Service sehr freundlich und auch ein Sonderwunsch zum Essen , Beilage wurde super Schmackhaft zubereitet. Sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir hatten uns zu 14uhr mit Freundinnen dort getroffen. Als wir rein kamen wurden wir sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Wir sagten wir warten noch auf unsere freundin weil sie noch nicht da war. Das hat ihn schon mal nicht gefallen. Als wir komplett waren und bestellen wollten, wurden wir angemotzt das wir stunden brauchen um zu bestellen. Da fragten wir ihn warum er so unfreundlich zu uns ist. Da meinte er wir hätten ihn angemacht!!!! Uns kam es vor als wenn angetrunkenwar, und keine lust zum arbeiten hatte. Zumal das lokal leer war, ausser uns war keiner dort. Bis wir bezahlt haben, war er sowas von unfreundlich. Wir können es auf keinen Fall empfehlen, so wie er die gäste behandelt. Auf keinen Fall dort essen gehen. Wir waren so sprachlos, unmöglich dieser Ober.

Essen lecker , aber etwas teurer

Sehr nette Bedienung und sehr netter Koch. Sonderwünsche sind etwas schwierig, wenn viel Betrieb ist. Das essen war ok.

Leckeres Essen seit Jahrzehnten. Netter Service, schnell und gut. Nette Atmosphäre. Immer zu empfehlen.
