My chicken nuggets were probably in the deep fryer a little too long. (You can see how round they became). The chicken nuggets were then placed nice and hot 🔥 in the plastic packaging without putting in at least one layer of aluminum foil first. I took the food with me. Clueless of course!! Then I ate the same thing as I did on the phone, so I didn't really see it at first glance. And suddenly, after eating a few plastic nuggets, I noticed that the things were branded with plastic. I'm back with the packaging. Showed it to the employee/boss. Said in a normal tone you put it in too hot. -there was no apology. I was then told it was normal and wouldn't make a difference and it comes from STEAM 😀👍 so I'm not stupid enough to inspect where the spots come from. Well, microplastics are not uncommon, but in combinations with very hot fat and food. It's a disgrace. To blame the guest/customer. . I wasn't looking for arguments or terror. No, on the contrary, I was just forbearance. Small children often choose nuggets. So watch your food. I disposed of the nuggets on site along with the packaging. And actually I don't write reviews but the situation in everything was just unsympathetic and wrong from this "kebab house". Thanks for the stomachache. The pizza was ok

Everything was more expensive and the kebab was really small and the meat was made of rubber

Very dear owner and nice staff. Doner kebab and falafeldürüm taste particularly good with the yoghurt-herb sauce and the hot sauce (be careful, very hot). Simply delicious

For me the best kebab in all of Aachen. But the Peterstr. branch. (at the bus station) is permanently closed! There is another branch on Str Pontdriesch, but I don't think it's that good.

Awesome plcae. Don't knwo why peeps are complaining. All home made Turkish food in what it seems to be a family run place. One of the best and biggest kebabs I had honestly in a long time for a very fair price :)

Food was ok but we can't come in with a dog! Outside is completely dirty and dogs are also forbidden outside! . Each kebab costs different prices.

Not very friendly on the phone. Mayonnaise is missing. Didn't get twice the meat as ordered. Stem from the herb in the food. All in all it just didn't taste good.

Nice owner, tastes good if you like something from the wood grill, I can recommend the Turkish pizza with salad and sauce, delicious. In general, the pizzas there are delicious.

Unfortunately you can't see the meat as it is freshly cut. Unfortunately it's very gray and strange... But nice friendly people. But I want to see the meat and it doesn't look that good, it's not for me

I ordered a Dürüm. Inside was: just 1 slice of cheese, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, 1 chili. That was €7. No hot sauce. You have to pay an extra 50 cents for sauce. Cash only. The shopkeeper? Good kebab and fair prices. This snack has been around for many years and the quality is really good and everything is delicious!

The best kebab I've ever eaten. Homemade bread, great sauces, lots of meat. Perfect! Edit: Once the best kebab in the area, now the worst. No more homemade bread, prices have risen enormously, portions smaller.... Sry but I won't be coming back

I ordered food but it never arrived

We used the delivery service. Delivery was good and on time. The quality of the food was not convincing. A meal arrived cold. We ordered chicken for dinner. This did not correspond to the quality of chicken meat in terms of taste or appearance. Overall, the food delivered did not meet our expectations.
