Unfortunately there weren't enough staff there. It was full - on February 14th. yes, nice. The waiters were overwhelmed - very long waiting times for drinks and food. Dessert didn't come at all, but it was on the bill, as was the case with the drinks - ordered two lattes and only one came. The food, on the other hand, was very, very tasty. Music was great.

Class!! Highly recommended. Nice service, delicious food... Unfortunately I have to completely withdraw the very good review from 8 months ago. What happened here??? Sour wine was served twice. Service was completely overwhelmed, drinks were not brought, food took almost 90 minutes. The food served was a disaster. Carelessly done. Children's food was a ready-made schnitzel with fries, no garnish, no nice presentation. Leg of lamb was not edible (no sauce, instead balsamic cream??? on top), only with 5 croquettes, without any side dish. Salad before was completely forgotten. The food was cold. It wasn't even offered to recook or reheat. We've eaten there several times before, but this time we didn't know anyone from the staff. Communication was also rather difficult due to language problems. The cuisine and service were in no way comparable to what we are used to there. Too bad!!! We were always happy to come. Oh yeah... the bowling alleys are broken.

Even though we have eaten here many times, it was on December 26th. excellent. The ambience is always a highlight, the staff are warm and caring and the food is a delight. No matter what you order here: everything is incredibly delicious. My goose leg was the best... my absolute recommendation is the dumplings in the trio... many thanks to you

I went there for lunch for the first time today with my partner & his family. Everything was perfect, the food was very tasty and the atmosphere was very nice.

For Valentine's Day I reserved a table for 4 adults and 2 children 3 months ago between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. When we arrived the entire restaurant was empty and beautifully decorated. We were looking forward to a great dinner, but the waiter took us across the terrace to a side room that was nowhere near the standard of the castello. We politely asked if it was possible to dine in the rustic main restaurant, as no table was occupied there yet. Despite arguments, the service worker Mr. Gebhardt did not comply with this request. References to the long reservation time and the limited length of stay were also not heard. I was extremely disappointed that such a beautifully planned evening began like this. We turned our backs on the restaurant and would like to thank the tea house from the bottom of our hearts, which warmly welcomed us and gave us delicious food. When we walked by again two hours later there were still tables available. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Very disappointed. I ordered 2 pasta dishes there, both smelled burnt and also tasted totally burnt. One of the two pasta dishes was also the wrong one. If I couldn't give a star I would have. Never again!!!!
