Ich war heute hier und habe Pasta mit Lachs gegessen, der Lachs hat komisch geschmeckt, daher habe ich nicht weiter gegessen. Zwei Stunden später Übelkeit, Durchfall und Bauchschmerzen. 🤢

Das Essen und der Service war sehr gut , trotzdem es sehr voll war , lief alles harmonisch ab . Zum Wochenende ist eine Tisch Reservierung empfohlen.

Die Preise haben stark angezogen, wobei das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht ist. Das Essen war lieblos und schlecht, was die Bedienung als "Geschmackssache" abgetan hat. Fazit: nie wieder.

Essen war lecker, hatte aber ein Haar in meinen Spagetti Carbonara..

Pizzen waren leider eine Enttäuschung. Zu dick belegt, und Qualität der Käse, Fleisch, etc war auch auf einen Tiefpunkt. Lieblos, schade

Habe ne Pizza Scampi bestellt. Pizzateig war teilweise nicht durchgebacken, Belag waren auch keine echten Scampi, sondern nur billige Garnelen was im Prinzip Betrug am Gast ist. Es war auch keine italienische Pizza, Käse war oben drauf und nicht unter den "Scampi". Solche Grundlegenden Dinge sollte man wissen.

Die Pizzen, welche wir bestellt haben waren einfach nur lecker. So muss eine Pizza schmecken. Ein Traum. Gerne wieder😋

Ich habe von Lieferando bestellt ich habe 1 Stunde gewartet und mein Essen was ich für fast 16 € gekauft habe, ist ohne Geschmack schade bin enttäuscht

Haben da sehr gut gegessen und das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm.

Ich habe selten eine so schlechte Pizza Diavolo gegessen. Keine frischen Zutaten, sondern saure Paprika und Champignons aus der Konserve. Geschmacklos und nicht im Geringsten scharf. Der zusätzlich bezahlte Knoblauch fehlte. Die Pizza war so wenig gebacken, dass der Käse keine Chance zum Zerlaufen hatte, der Teig völlig labberig war und die Pizza insgesamt kalt. Aber die Krönung war das Dessert. Ich bat darum, die Vanillesauce zum Apfelstrudel separat zu verpacken, um den Kuchen nach dem Essen nochmal aufbacken zu können. Das Ergebnis der Bestellung habe ich als Foto beigefügt. Ungenießbar! Für dieses schlechte Essen 20 € zu verlangen, ist unverschämt. Nie wieder Bella Italia!

Absolut schrecklicher Laden. Für 16 Euro bekommt man eine so winzige Pizza, dass man es kaum glauben kann. Ich kann ihn nicht empfehlen.

Alt und Uhrig. Essen war mega lecker. Wenn man es auf mediterran und modern trimmen würde, dann wäre es eine Top Adresse. Preis Leistung war voll im Ordnung.

Eine Verspätung von einer Stunde und 15 Minuten ohne Erklärung ist nicht akzeptabel. Auch der Umgangston am Telefon war unprofessionell. Ich hätte eine Entschuldigung oder zumindest eine Erklärung erwartet – stattdessen wurde in einem gereizten Ton mit mir gesprochen. Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung.“

Ich hatte am 17. Jan. 2026 eine Pizza Hawaii zum Mitnehmen. Leider konnte ich die Pizza nicht essen, da die Ananas vergoren waren. Beim Zurückbringen gab es keine Entschuldigung und keine Entschädigung.

Sehr schade das wir als Krankenhaus keinen Rabatt mehr an Feiertagen bekommen. Die Art wie es am Telefon mitgeteilt wurde war ebenfalls sehr unfreundlich.

Sehr freundlich Bedienung und das Essen hat super Geschmeckt. Preis/Leistung war Top,kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen.

Habe heute Spagetti Bolognese bestellt bei bella Italia, das essen Schwarm in Öl, aber so viel Öl das es schon Gesundheitsschädigend ist, Mein Magen hat sich auf jeden Fall sich nicht gefreut

Ordered food through Lieferando. The food description was incorrect. The cordon bleu was swimming in an unidentified sauce. I've never eaten such a soggy cordon bleu. The breaded mushrooms were also swimming in an unidentified sauce. Again, there was no mention of this in the description. The garlic baguettes were okay, but the herb sauce was bad. One was brown, the other normal. The tuna pizza was also soggy. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

The pizza I ordered was wonderful! It reminded me of Argentina, and I haven't been there in two years. The place is super quiet, and the people are very friendly, even though I don't speak German. I'll be here for a month. It will definitely become my favorite place. Delicious!

The cabonara is disgusting to the max!! I woke up three times in the night and was sick all over myself!! Not only does it taste awful, it's bad for my health!!! I don't usually do this kind of thing and usually don't say anything, but it's something that needs to be warned about urgently!!! I woke up at 6 a.m. on a Saturday with stomach pain, and I paid 32 euros for such torture! My wife is the same; she ate the same thing!!! I can only strongly advise against it!!!

I ordered there and can't understand the reviews for the life of me. It has nothing to do with Italian pizza. And I didn't finish the insalata di mare just to be on the safe side. Something told me: put it in the fridge, you might need it later. 🤢

The pizza was swimming in fat, it was a salmon pizza but there was almost no salmon and the cheese was so tough that I was worried about my stomach

We went there a little later in the evening for a drink. The service was very quick, very friendly, and pleasantly relaxed. We sat outside, so you have to expect passing vehicles. I can't give any specific information about the food, as, as I said, we were only there for a drink. Other guests who ordered food, as far as I could see, received quite decent portions and also visually appealing dishes.

Whenever we're at a cat show in Dessau-Roßlau, we get something delivered. Once, we even went there because we loved the food there so much. The Bolognese and pizza are absolutely delicious. I can wholeheartedly recommend Bella Italia and give it a 5. 🌟

This is the third time we've had to wait almost two hours for our order. That's really bad. They can't offer delivery then. The taste is really good! But the delivery time ruins a lot of things!

In addition to typical pasta and pizza, you can also order fish or meat dishes, casseroles, or even cocktails with a clear conscience. You can also sit outside in the fresh air, but be aware that the street can be more or less busy depending on the time of day. However, the noise level is usually low in the evenings.

I have fond memories of the food, but the service was poor. We wanted to go out to eat and stood in the restaurant for five minutes without seeing a member of staff. After calling several times, there was no answer. Then we left. You'd expect the staff to wait at the counter for customers. Very disappointing.

I waited over 1.5 hours for delivery. The pizza looked like it was intended but not done properly. The pizza rolls and garlic paninis were left standing in the oven, and the carbonara tasted of nothing and was swimming in oil. I've ordered from Italian restaurants several times, but I've never seen or tasted anything like this. Not again. I'd rather order from somewhere else. Thanks for nothing.

Quality has deteriorated a lot. Box too small when ordered, pizza was wrinkled.

We were guests again today and were very disappointed. Waited 40 minutes for the drinks and even more than 90 minutes for our food. Then the food wasn't according to our order. The colleague from service tried hard, but today it was simply a disaster. Management should decide what is more important; the guests in the restaurant or the take-out orders.

The pizza tasted good, but I imagine an Italian pizza differently. Italian cuisine is prepared here by non-Italians. The service, however, was very polite and quick.

Nice restaurant with delicious food at great prices. Tuesday pasta day was perfect. All in all a successful evening.

Bella Italia is a lovely Italian-style restaurant. The ambience in the interior in particular creates a rustic atmosphere. What is particularly worth highlighting is the really good price-performance ratio. You can't expect star cuisine and some of the delicacies on offer would certainly not be found on the menu at an upper-middle class Italian restaurant, but these are also extremely creative and taste good. The restaurant also offers its own delivery service. However, it is advisable to pre-order at a fixed time. The drivers were always on time and the food was warm like it was fresh out of the oven. I can only recommend Bella Italia.

It's a shame that the rating is different this time. We only ordered three dishes via Lieferando: a Pizza Diavolo, a Pizza Salami with broccoli and garlic paninis. After an hour the app showed that the food was on the way. After another half hour I called back to see if anything had come up. The answer was that the food was on the way. After another half hour the vehicle arrived and the driver had to place the vehicle first. He did this as if the day was over. He then handed over the food with a “breathtaking speed”. You could have soleed his shoes while he walked. Given the prices, I also expect service because we also have to earn our money. The two pizzas were no longer even lukewarm and the pizza bases as well as the paninis were just like rubber. Gastronomy or delivery services should not work this way. We ordered 3 pasta dishes at 6:45 p.m. At 8 p.m. we asked by phone: the order is on the way (travel time 10 minutes) 8:15 p.m.. the order is there. 1 dish wrong. Called again. It will be brought again. Everything is there at 8:40 p.m. The food is hot, rather mediocre, worth 3 stars for me. Yes, something can always go wrong. But we are not in a big city. The driver left the incorrectly delivered food to us - that's a plus point. I will order again or come over and hope you do much better.

When we eat in a restaurant, the pizza is usually good. Now we have pizza delivered. Once and never again. The driver was over 20 minutes late. Not a word of apology. And the pizza was inedible. Zero taste, totally dry and the dough is rock hard and can hardly be cut.

Mega lange Lieferung ..obwohl das Restaurant gleich um die Ecke ist ,über eine Stunde Wartezeit das geht nicht .! Und dann ist das Essen auch noch kalt . Gibt kein Cent Trinkgeld.

Das Ambiente des Restaurants ist ganz nett, es ist nicht zu voll gestellt, man fühlt sich wohl. Auch das Essen war sehr lecker, zumindest die Hauptgänge. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir Bruscetta, an der Knoblauch und Gewürze fehlte, gebackene Champignons, die viel zu lange in der Fritte waren und dadurch sehr trocken und hast wurden, und als drittes Scampis auf einem Salatbett. Eindeutig ein Tk produkt von kaufland, was zwar gut gegart wurde, allerdings im Anschluss in einem einfachen French dressing vollkommen ertränkt wurde. Die Pizzen waren super, sowohl gut belegt als auch der Boden. Auch die Schweinemedaillions waren gut. Einzig die Rigatoni Cubana waren zwar auch lecker, aber von der angegebenen Schärfe in der Speisekarte war nichts zu spüren. Und nun zum Service...wir haben den ganzen Abend weder von der Dame noch von dem Herren mal ein lächeln bekommen. Es wird einfach stupide abgearbeitet ohne Freude an dem job zu haben, das kommt bei beiden leider sehr deutlich rüber. Wartezeit für die Vorspeise betrug 45 Minuten, Hauptspeise hatten wir nach 1:10 Stunde. Teller der Vorspeise wurden nicht abgeräumt, so das wir als die Hauptspeise kam etwas in Platznot kamen. Während der ganzen Zeit wurde nicht einmal gefragt ob es noch was trinken sein dürfte. Unsere Gläser waren schon zur Vorspeise leer. Bestellt haben wir dann nach dem Hauptgang. Liebes Team vom bella italia, so tut ihr euch kein Gefallen, man hat nicht wirklich den Eindruck gern gesehen zu sein, man hat auch nicht den Eindruck als ob ihr Spaß an der Arbeit habt. Leidenschaft und liebe zum Detail auch im Umgang mit euren Gästen fehlt euch komplett. So kann es leider nichts werden, wir werden nicht wieder kommen.
