First of all: the food was very good. We were a group of just over 40 people. The food was not only excellent but also well organized. Unfortunately, the service from two of the waiters was beyond compare: arrogant, inflexible, patronizing, incompetent, unfriendly, provocative, and aggressive in tone. I don't usually write reviews. This is the first one ever. But it had to be done. I've visited this restaurant twice so far: the first and the last.

We went to the teahouse with a large group – once and never again! A waiter treated us like dirt. I was able to get vegan food after repeatedly requesting it, but there's nothing vegan on the menu. The food is good, but it's spoiled by the gloomy atmosphere created by the pigtailed waiter.

The food was delicious. We even ordered the seniors' plate and were given a generous portion when we asked. The staff were very attentive.

One star is too many for this unfriendly employee! We've never experienced anything like it.

The service seemed annoyed; the menu was carelessly pulled away after I ordered (as if they weren't taking any more). The same thing happened with the drinks menu an hour before closing. Four people were taking care of the service, but there was no discernible structure (people at other tables were also waiting forever for their bills, etc.). However, a younger waiter made a lot of effort, spoke to the guests, and was very friendly and accommodating – high praise for that. The rest of the staff could definitely take a bite out of it. I haven't been there for a while and was very enthusiastic at first, but on my last visit I was really disappointed. And it wasn't even that busy, so you could have blamed the mood and behavior on that. Very unfortunate.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair and the presentation of the food is star-worthy. All in all, an absolute winner in the catering offer and highly recommended.

At 3 p.m., after a long wait, “We don’t have any cake.” After everyone stocked up on a rather mediocre tiramisu, suddenly there was cake. Ice cream for children carelessly prepared without a waffle or anything similar. Several of our guests were not even asked if they wanted something to drink. It seemed very inhospitable. The entire staff was unfriendly and uncaring. The birthday party was over. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Nach dem Ablehnen kam selbes Essen 15-20 min später wieder mit getauschtem Keller Ich finde der Laden sollte mal eine Benimm-Schulung besuchen .

I ordered prosciutto pizza and gorgonzola gnocchi. The pizza was crispy and delicious, and the gnocchi was plentiful and salty and delicious. The pizza had to be packaged, so they gave it to me right in the box, and I enjoyed the gnocchi with pilsner. The owner speaks English, but the staff doesn't seem to. The atmosphere is nice and I will try the special menu on my next business trip^^

Wir waren mit der gesamten Familie, 4 Generationen hier. Es war eine angenehme Zeit. Leider ist die Geräuschkulisse etwas zu laut. Das Essen ist gut aber nicht perfekt. Für den Preis von über 38€ für ein Filetsteak erwarte ich eine bedeutend bessere Qualität. Die Bedienung war gut, leider ein Essen vergessen was dann später nach kam. Ungefragt kamen Wasserflaschen auf den Tisch, ok hätten wir sowieso bestellt. Diverse Küche auf der Rechnung finde ich nicht ok. Gerne gebe ich entsprechend mindestens 10% Trinkgeld freiwillig. Aber bitte nicht auf diese Tour.
