An absolutely outstanding restaurant in every respect. I was there on November 14, 2025, from 5:00 PM to about 8:00 PM with my former colleagues. Excellent

Great atmosphere with good food. However, the service was quite rushed. We had barely ordered our food when the appetizer arrived, and before we'd even finished eating it, the main course was already here. We felt like they wanted us out as quickly as possible. The waiter who served us was polite. However, there was another waiter with a ponytail at our table who was extremely unfriendly. We then had to wait for our bill! And then the unfriendly waiter came to collect the payment. It seems they don't have a receipt policy, and we were practically pressured to pay quickly. I've never experienced anything like it. In conclusion, even though the food tastes amazing, we won't be returning to this restaurant because of the waiter. He really ruined everything with his stupid comments, like, "I didn't just ask you, I asked everyone at the table," which he made to my 70-year-old father.

It was quite good. The only thing I have to complain about is that we received the main course first and then the appetizer shortly afterwards.

We visited Dessau and ate there twice. The pizzas were delicious, especially the dough. The atmosphere is very appealing. The staff is friendly and attentive. What bothered us was that on both visits, the staff insisted on cash payments and even asked again if we had any cash on us when we wanted to pay by card. That was very strange.

No explicitly vegan dishes; the bruschetta, the vegetariana, and the ratatouille can be ordered without cheese, with the waiter raising his nose at the option, but then it's vegan. The ratatouille, however, is coarsely chopped oven-baked vegetables instead of the signature vegetable slices. The Coke was stale. The meat-eaters at the table were satisfied.

Yesterday, Tuesday, I was lucky enough to get a table for two. Highly recommended! The food was really very good, the staff very, very friendly, and what surprised me most: they even served wine from the Palatinate region (although, even as a Palatinate native, I prefer a good beer). In any case, the Teehäuschen is a wonderful restaurant, and visiting it made our lovely stay in Dessau even more enjoyable.

Absolutely the best recommendation. A wonderful atmosphere for relaxation, a very good and well-organized selection, antipasti can also be served as a main course, and the service is absolutely attentive, personable, and polite. I've rarely experienced such attentive and appropriate service. I'd be happy to return!

Really cozy restaurant i ordered tuna pizza it came quickly, was tasty staff was fanny and helpfully. Rest of the food looked really good and there were big portions. Atmosphere was nice.

Unfortunately, the salad in both orders was spoiled and inedible. The staff was informed, but unfortunately, there was no response from the kitchen, and no replacement was offered. What a shame!

Fourteen of us had dinner at the teahouse. We received a friendly welcome and were shown to our tables. Drinks and food arrived promptly and tasted excellent. The server came frequently to ask for further requests. I would happily recommend this restaurant.

We arrived at lunchtime to have lunch, but the restaurant's kitchen was also closed for lunch. Therefore, they couldn't offer us anything other than pizza. Coming here was a bad idea.

The location is very, very chic, but it's very mass-market. The food arrived very, very quickly, which in itself isn't bad, but when it arrives after three minutes, it's unfortunately always lacking in quality. I had tortellini with porcini mushrooms. The description was unfortunately completely wrong. It said the tortellini were filled with mushrooms. But there were lots of mushrooms on them, which isn't a problem either; it just should have been described differently. The filling was a bland mush, and the sauce was the classic packet mushroom cream sauce. To charge €24 for half a ready meal is very excessive. I won't be back. Service was okay.

Italian cuisine. Very nice ambiance, nice outdoor seating. Service is punctuated – it works. It's often very busy. Food: After the Wittenberg pizza fiasco – the pizza dough is handmade. The pizza chef waves the dough above his head – a good sign. The toppings aren't run-of-the-mill. The tomato sauce on the topping tastes like tomatoes. In short: the pizza was unexpectedly quite good 👌

No waiting time, everything was very spacious, the kitchen area was visible and there was no smell of food.

Be careful when paying! You'll be ripped off, and badly. Drink cards are missing from the tables, and that's a rip-off. I paid €15 more because I didn't have a card. This has happened to other people, too. Bummer...

The food is good, the selection is good. I had the feeling that I wasn't welcome, that I was expected to eat my food quickly, pay, and leave. We hadn't even finished the starter when they served us the main course, arguing that the kitchen wouldn't be able to prepare all the dishes otherwise. I found the service poor. I won't be visiting the restaurant again.

Everything was excellent! Unfortunately, during peak times, the staff were noticeably stressed. Please scale back and only accept groups that don't exceed your capacity. It's no question that such groups are difficult to serve. Uh, who ordered what when the service is served, can I get a beer? etc. No restaurateur can handle that every day, that's for sure. But: As a "regular" at your place, I always feel comfortable, and the quiet tip doesn't push you too far despite the high demand, which speaks volumes.

My husband and I had planned a romantic evening. We made it cozy with pizza on the spot and each of us a delicious soda. The pizza was delicious, but a bit pricey. The sodas were onion-flavored, delicious! We'll definitely be back for our next anniversary!

The ambiance is beautiful—both inside and out. I was particularly impressed by the homemade drinks. The food was okay... I had ratatouille, at least that's what it said on the menu, although the greasy dish, consisting mainly of peppers and carrots (???) without onions or eggplant, hardly deserved that name. The others had better luck with their food, but they didn't eat vegetarian either.

First of all: the food was very good. We were a group of just over 40 people. The food was not only excellent but also well organized. Unfortunately, the service from two of the waiters was beyond compare: arrogant, inflexible, patronizing, incompetent, unfriendly, provocative, and aggressive in tone. I don't usually write reviews. This is the first one ever. But it had to be done. I've visited this restaurant twice so far: the first and the last.

We went to the teahouse with a large group – once and never again! A waiter treated us like dirt. I was able to get vegan food after repeatedly requesting it, but there's nothing vegan on the menu. The food is good, but it's spoiled by the gloomy atmosphere created by the pigtailed waiter.

Not really, the food was very expensive and not really good. The service was absolutely terrible and rude, especially the guy with the braid and tattoos on his arm. There were over 20 of us and then one of the customers was so rude that he thought it was him. We won't be back.

Unfortunately, I wasn't at all impressed with the food this time. The liver was so tough on one side, it looked as if the skin hadn't been cut off, and some of the fries were sticky and over-seasoned. I had my appetizer wrapped up – even the half-eaten leftovers were wrapped up, although the bread wasn't included despite repeated requests. The service seemed annoyed; the menu was carelessly pulled away after I ordered (as if they weren't taking any more). The same thing happened with the drinks menu an hour before closing. Four people were taking care of the service, but there was no discernible structure (people at other tables were also waiting forever for their bills, etc.). However, a younger waiter made a lot of effort, spoke to the guests, and was very friendly and accommodating – high praise for that. The rest of the staff could definitely take a bite out of it. I haven't been there for a while and was very enthusiastic at first, but on my last visit I was really disappointed. And it wasn't even that busy, so you could have blamed the mood and behavior on that. Very unfortunate.

Was there spontaneously on a Friday evening, received a friendly welcome and was able to choose a seat. My waiter was very friendly, courteous and attentive. The food was very well prepared and perfectly seasoned. The ambience was pleasant even though it was crowded. I felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the food. The service was outstanding. As attentive as rarely seen there. No long wait. Always perfect timing, asking every now and then how the food tasted and not waiting long for food or payment. That impressed me very much. It was our first time at the Teehäuschen restaurant. We reserved a table in advance because there were 10 of us. The pizzas, pasta, liver, soups and desserts were delicious. The employees are attentive, quick and very friendly. We are happy to recommend the tea house.

Went there with friends for a birthday party on a Saturday evening. The food was great, but one complaint is that neither the desired starter nor dessert were available (around 6 or 7 p.m.). The vegetarian and vegan variety could also be increased somewhat. Apart from that, great restaurant. I don't know whether I would like to go again myself, but I can recommend it to others with a clear conscience.

After our second visit it is clear that we have without a doubt a new favorite restaurant. The ambience impresses with its well-kept, modern, warm and open furnishings. The ability to take a look into the open kitchen at any time promises fresh and careful preparation of the food. The service is without exception professional, friendly, considerate, courteous and charming; even in stressful situations. The menu ranges from pizza, pasta, burgers, salads, fish and meat dishes, to homemade lemonades and desserts. Due to the different nations that work together in the cuisine (Turkish, Italian and Greek origins), authenticity is guaranteed despite the diversity. The price-performance ratio is absolutely fair and the presentation of the food is star-worthy. All in all, an absolute winner in the catering offer and highly recommended.

Were there twice before. It was okay there. Unfortunately, the last visit was a total failure. Reserved for coffee and cake for 8 people. At 3 p.m., after a long wait, “We don’t have any cake.” After everyone stocked up on a rather mediocre tiramisu, suddenly there was cake. Ice cream for children carelessly prepared without a waffle or anything similar. Several of our guests were not even asked if they wanted something to drink. It seemed very inhospitable. The entire staff was unfriendly and uncaring. The birthday party was over. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.
