5/5 The best pizzas in.... .... .... I have no idea where it could be better. Every time I go there I go home satisfied. My absolute favorite pizza is the Nduja 🥰🔥🔥🔥

Good food, big pizza, but to check out the waiter should go to the seat and not the guest to the checkout!

- One of the best restaurants in Upper Franconia - The food was really great: the crostini were varied and delicious (highlight: the crostini with red onions, cheese and pear) and the tagliata with garlic was incredibly tender. All in all, a heartfelt recommendation for a visit to Bayreuth - we'll be back!

If you are looking for a cozy "Italian corner" with delicious food - then you are 100% here. I was lucky enough to enjoy baked lamb fillet - it is simply an incredible delicacy, which was completed by a glass of beautiful red wine. The service is high-quality, fast, courteous. I want more!

We've been there a few times now. The food is delicious and the view of the sunset is amazing!

Presumably nothing has changed here in the last 30 years, neither the concept nor the furnishings or even the menu. You feel like you've been transported back to the 80s or 90s. There are very large portions of pasta, so no one goes hungry here. Almost everything is served in cream sauce, pizzas are missing from the menu. There is a small selection of food for vegetarians, at least. However, it lacks the sophistication and the Italian charm. The restaurant is more reminiscent of a student bar from the 90s. Nevertheless, it has a cult following among the locals and is well attended. There is now also a garden in summer. It was tasty... but it probably won't be enough for a second time.

Friendly service, good food, pleasant atmosphere

Food tastes good, but unfortunately it didn't arrive at the same time. Even for the very high price, the dishes were not breathtaking.

Insbesondere die überschaubare Größe des Restaurants und die offene Küche, in der sich Inhaber und Pizzabäcker Paolo verbirgt, sorgen für den familiären Charme, von dem schon viele andere hier schwärmten. Alle Gerichte werden aus frischen und original italienischen Zutaten gefertigt, was sich eben auch geschmacklich zeigt. Gerade hier merkt man Paolos Anspruch an sich als Gastgeber. Auch preislich kann man sich zu heutigen Zeiten nur freuen. Ein absoluter Geheimtipp im Gassenviertel Bayreuths.

Mussels were great! Everything else was fine but nothing super special. The waitress was really accomodating and quick to empty the table when we were done with our plates, which I always appreciate. Overall a pleasant visit.
