Jedes mal wenn man über Lieferando bestellt, passt etwas nicht, wird falsch geliefert und nichts ersetzt oder erstattet. Davon rate ich also mehr als dringend ab.

Der Besuch war leider durchwachsen. Was den Service angeht, ist das Personal lobend hervorzuheben: Die Mitarbeiter waren stets bemüht und sehr freundlich. ​Leider konnte die Küche da nicht ganz mithalten. Die Pasta war geschmacklich zwar in Ordnung, aber sehr spärlich mit Tomatensauce portioniert. Die Pizza wurde kalt serviert und war unnötig groß, was den Genuss erschwerte. Zudem wurden die Gerichte nicht zeitgleich an den Tisch gebracht, sodass wir nicht zusammen essen konnten. Als Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten gab es zwar einen Espresso (allerdings ohne das übliche Glas Wasser) sowie ein kleines Piccolo-Tiramisu, was jedoch den Gesamteindruck nicht wettmachen konnte. ​Trotz des netten Services besteht hier bei der Qualität und dem Timing der Speisen noch deutlich Luft nach oben.

Die Pizzen waren riesig und superlecker. Das würzige Olivenöl macht sie noch leckerer. Ein Besuch lohnt sich. Auch für Kinder geeignet.

Die bestellten Pizzen und das Knoblauchbrot wurde pünktlich geliefert, allerdings wurde ein bestellter und vorab durch PayPal bezahlter Dip nicht mitgeliefert. Die Pizzen schmeckten gut, waren allerdings schon ziemlich kalt!

Wenn ihr mal ne geile italienische Pizza möchtet geht dorthin!!!!

Hatte heute meinen 20. Geburtstag und habe ein Tiramisu auf‘s Haus bekommen ! Hat alles wieder wunderbar geschmeckt wie immer :)

Immer wieder gut. Leckere Pizzen sind eine absolute Empfehlung. Der Service ist aufmerksam - auch wenn das Lokal vollbesetzt ist, bekommt man ohne Reservierung mit etwas Wartezeit einen Sitzplatz.

Lecker Pizza, schnelle Bedienung! Was will man mehr?

Ich bin begeistert. Lecker Pizza, super freundliches Personal und der Espresso ist ein Gedicht. Schade das ich nicht in Bayreuth wohne.

Leider war unsere Erfahrung heute nicht so toll. Wir haben um 11:30 angerufen und wollten unsere Pizza um 12 Uhr haben, uns wurde dann 12:10 genannte völlig OK. Das aber die Pizza dann erst um 12:27 fertig ist und auf nachfragen nur ein sorry kommt. Finde ich nicht sehr kundenfreundlich, es gab nicht mal ein Getränk als nette Geste. Daheim haben wir dann festgestellt, das im Salat Tomaten waren obwohl wir ohne bestellt hatten, stand sogar richtig auf der Rechnung Der Salat wurde am Telefon aber generell falsch aufgenommen. An sich war das Essen was richtig kam, auch gut, aber bei den Preisen erwarte ich Pünktlichkeit und man hätte von sich aus auf uns zukommen können und sagen können das es länger dauert. Letztendlich kann sowas ja immer mal passieren

Waren an einem Abend da, wo nicht soviel los war.. Dennoch über 30 Minuten auf die Getränke gewartet und nochmal weitere 30 Minuten auf die Pizza. Dies ist dann doch eher nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Preis vom ganzen absolut ok, aber die Wartezeit war einfach grenzwertig. Es wurde sich zwar entschuldigt für die lange Wartezeit, kenne es aber von anderen Filialen deutlich anders. Ggf nur einen schlechten Tag erwischt? Noch kleine Ergänzung: Pizza war absolut ok, nicht zu vergleichen mit einer traditionellen neapolitanischen, aber lecker.

Wow, was soll ich sagen. Nirgendwo sonst habe ich lieber meine ~20 € für eine Halb/Halb-Pizza bezahlt als bei der Osteria. Beim Liefern war die Qualität immer dezent – eher leicht warm und der Rand oft eher weich als fest. Aber das ist alles im Rahmen und geht im Großen und Ganzen unter, da Geschmack, Größe und Zutaten hier deutlich das Niveau anheben. Gerne habe ich immer wieder bestellt, weil man auch immer das Gefühl hat, hier wird sich Mühe gegeben. Eine Pizza mit zwei Extras zu bestellen und beim Erhalt nur eines davon vorzufinden – und dazu noch in so geringem Ausmaß – hinterlässt schon einen bitteren Beigeschmack. Vor allem, wenn man 9 € extra für die beiden Extras zusammen bezahlt (Büffelmozzarella & halbgetrocknete Kirschtomaten). Man kann immer etwas vergessen, bei einer 26€ Pizza tut das aber weh. Ich habe mit einer wirklich netten Dame telefoniert. Man hat gehört, es war viel los, und sie war äußerst professionell, zuvorkommend, nett und lösungsorientiert. Sie wollte es dem Management mitteilen, welches sich erst am nächsten Tag hätte melden können, oder mir eine neue Pizza zukommen lassen. Ich habe gemeint, es wäre wirklich toll, wenn ich die Pizza korrekt noch einmal geliefert bekäme. Das hat die Dame auch veranlasst. Als die zweite Pizza kam, habe ich dann nur noch gelacht. Wirklich. Ich bin nicht mal böse. Entweder seid ihr alle geil in dem Laden und das ist fetter Ragebait, oder keine Ahnung – ihr hattet einfach die Zutaten nicht mehr. Aber wenn dem so ist, dann bitte teilt mir das doch einfach mit? Ich verstehe das doch, niemand ist euch deswegen böse. Man kann nicht immer alles auf Vorrat haben. Jedenfalls waren auf der zweiten Pizza dann normale Kirschtomaten (keine halbgetrockneten, ich bin nicht dumm). Dem Wasserbüffel ging es wahrscheinlich auch einfach nicht mehr so gut, und das Einzige, was er noch geschafft hat, war normaler Mozzarella – keine Ahnung. Ich will nicht mehr bei euch bestellen, auch wenn’s schwer ist. Eure Pizza mit Ei und die Rucola-Kombi waren einfach zu gut. Aber die gibt’s ja jetzt bestimmt auch nicht mehr, weil man das in Uber Eats nicht bestellen kann und ihr bestimmt die eigenen Lieferanten wegspart. Schaaaade. Nachtrag 4 Monate später: Niemand hat sich dazu geäußert, kein Kommentar zu dieser Rezension aber allen anderen schon sagt alles :)

Beste L’Osteria in der ganzen Umgebung. Top Service, super leckeres Essen. Musik und Licht sind perfekt aneinander zur Stimmung im Restaurant angepasst. Herausragend vom jungen Mann am Empfang gemanagt. Hut ab. Liebe Grüße

Erster Eindruck drinnen: unbequeme Stühle, sehr laut und warm. Getränke überteuert. Pizza riesen Groß, dafür mager belegt. Geschmacklich und preislich gut.

Ich liebe Pizza 🍕💕 Hier bekommt man eine wirklich GROSSE Pizza... für 1 Person fast nicht zu schaffen, habe mich dennoch angestrengt 😎 Geschmack 1+ !!! Meine Frau hatte Pasta mit Rinderfilet - unglaublich lecker! Super freundlicher Service, moderate Preise und sehr nettes und einladendes Ambiente. Kommen gerne wieder 👍

Super Service, schnell und sehr freundlich. Die Pizza war in Ordnung, riesig aber etwas weich. Das Lokal ist ansprechend eingerichtet, aber es war so laut, dass wir uns an unserem Tisch zu 5. kaum unterhalten konnten. Sehr schade.

Ambiente ist sehr schön. Personal ist leicht überfordert bei halb gefülltem Restaurant. Geschmacklich war die Pizza sehr gut, aber nicht warm sondern kalt. Sehr schade. Das haben wir bemängelt. Leider wurde uns kein Rabatt oder ein Kaffee aufs Haus angeboten. Einfach schade.

Im großen ganz war alles gut. Wir waren zur viert. Leider gab es ein wenig Platz Mangel an dem Tisch. Ich hatte nachgefragt ob es nicht möglich wäre an einen größeren Tisch zu wechseln. Die Bedienung hatte nachgefragt es wurde verneint da der Tisch für 4 Personen gerechtfertigt wäre! Obwohl mehrere Tische noch frei waren bis wir gegangen sind. Also bei 4 Pizzen und 4 Getränke war der Tisch mehr als voll bewegen konnte man sich auch nicht wirklich. Meine Jugendlichen Kinder waren genervt von der enge. Hätten wir noch ein Salat gehabt, wäre der dann am Boden gestanden weil kein Platz mehr da war. Schade, sollte ein schöner Abend werden mit der Familie. Bin noch einfach 60km gefahren!!!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend im L’Osteria Bayreuth. Das Ambiente war sehr gemütlich und die Atmosphäre wirklich angenehm. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Essen und die Getränke waren sehr lecker und kamen zudem auch schnell an den Tisch. Insgesamt waren wir rundum zufrieden. Ich kann das Restaurant definitiv weiterempfehlen und werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Ich war schon sehr oft in der L’Osteria Bayreuth. Leider waren wir heute (17.05) mehr als enttäuscht. Unfreundliches Personal und wir hatten sehr lange auf unser Essen warten müssen - obwohl nicht super viel los war. Wir waren zu viert da und hatten kaum Platz an den kleinen Tisch. Das Essen war wie immer sehr lecker! Hoffentlich wird es nächstes Mal wieder besser.

Schon mehrfach besucht und werde dies weiterhin tun wenn ich das verlangen nach Pizza habe.

Da gewesen mit Kindern zur Reservierung. Es wurde wohl ein zeitfenster geblockt. Sind was später angekommen. Unser Tisch wurde bereits vergeben, man sagte uns, es würde in der Mail stehen. Der Kellner suchte also die Mail raus und stellte selbst fest, dass dort nichts von einer weiteren Vergabe nach 15min stand. Wir sollten uns dann mit zwei Kleinkindern an eine Alkohol Bar setzen. Da fragt man sich doch, wie solche Mitarbeiter nur eingestellt werden können. Das man mit Kindern aufgrund eigener Inkompetenz nicht an eine Bar setzt, sollte selbsterklärend sein. Habe also zusätzlich noch Behörden informiert online, da dort einiges nicht zu stimmen scheint.

Typisch bayerisches Gasthaus mit typisch bayerischer Speisekarte wie z.B. Schäufle oder Schweinsbraten. Köstlich zubereitet. Und alles zu moderaten Preisen. Kein pikfeines Restaurant, sondern zwar altes, aber gemütliches Mobilar. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man nicht nur essen möchte findet man am Tisch oder gleich daneben einen Gesprächspartner. Es schmeckt, man wird satt und hat dazu noch etwas Kulturprogramm. Sehr zu empfehlen und direkt in der Fussgängermeile.

Riesige, braun gebrannte knusprige Pizza, wie ich es liebe. Der große Teller reicht bei weitem nicht für die riesige Pizza. Deshalb ein noch größeres Papier unterm Teller. Das gehört wahrscheinlich zum Marketing 😄 Freundliches Personal! Gerne wieder

I've never had any complaints about the food. The service is super nice and friendly, but unfortunately, they're sometimes very busy, and you have to wait a long time to reorder. Unfortunately, the restaurant is also very noisy, so you can't really call it a quiet conversation or a peaceful atmosphere. All in all, though, it's still worth it.

Delicious food, friendly service, would go back anytime!

First of all: the pizza is super delicious and huge... hanging over the edge of the plate by 5 cm all around... The place was packed, but the entire service team was incredibly relaxed and friendly. Watching the pizza makers was great; you can tell they're a great team. Despite the stress and hectic pace, they were so experienced and worked together in the confined space (sometimes with five people). You could tell they were a really well-coordinated team. I have to give them a small minus point for the blunt knives, which made cutting the pizza really difficult. They also gave the people at the next table round paper napkins so their oversized pizza wouldn't hang directly from the plate onto the table. It was also very cramped and crowded, and therefore quite noisy. But the good food, the entertaining pizza makers, and the great service team made up for it all. :-)

Today, after a long wait, we got crispy pizzas again, even though we specifically requested that our pizzas not be crispy when ordering. I couldn't eat my pizza and returned it. But it was still added to the bill. Of course, I didn't pay for it.

I would even give the service 10/10 stars😋

We were surprised by the huge "placemat" made of some kind of baking paper! The pizza protruded 5 cm over the edge of the plate all around 🤣. The crust was thin and crispy, the toppings were delicious, and the pizza was superb 👌

Lovely evening. The staff was very friendly... despite the hustle and bustle. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes for our table even though we had a reservation. But it wasn't a problem. Unfortunately, it was very loud and crowded inside.

Pizzas the size of car wheels. While they don't taste as good as my own Neapolitan pizza, I still give it 5 out of 5! The service is friendly, and the wait times are short. There are art supplies for children at the table. However, more than two pizzas won't fit at a standard four-person table 😉 With the Schlwmmerpaas (swimming pair), we only had to pay for one pizza instead of two! I would come here again.

My new hometown, my new favorite pizzeria

We made a reservation for four people, and at first we looked around to see if there was room. We waited 80 minutes for a pizza, one of the four was forgotten and brought eight minutes later. Then we waited another 30 minutes for the second batch of drinks, which only arrived after a reminder. The food, however, was excellent, as always.

I definitely recommend it. The pizza is really delicious and huge! It was very busy, but the food still came really quickly!

If I could give zero stars, I would give it 0. The waiter preferred flirting with the other table rather than serving the guests waiting in line. We then looked for a table ourselves and were rudely told that this was absolutely not possible, and they would find another solution. I can't say anything about the food; unfortunately, it didn't happen.

The pizzas were delicious and exceptionally large. The service was super friendly; all in all, it was a fantastic evening.

Despite the restaurant being very busy (it was the first day of school!), the service was very friendly, attentive, and courteous; the food was very good; and the value for money was good. We'd be happy to come back!

The pizza was delicious, just like in any other pizza place. However, there were only 9 tiny slices of salami for the half-sized salcicia picante, which was pretty meager. They skimped on the toppings, and the same goes for the barbecue chicken; there was far too little chicken on it. The word "chicken" doesn't really fit. The rice in the risotto was far too hard. Despite everything, it tasted good. The service was very nice and friendly.

Incredible spot. We went during the Festa Itálica, which had to have been one of their busiest days of the year. Still sat within ten minutes. Had a wonderful Montepulciano priced well. They have a spicy olive oil in the table that was great on the pizza bread appetizer. Lasagna and tiramisu were delicious! Looking forward to go back.

Food & ambiance - amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ But the service was so disappointing this time... Very long waits (even the surrounding tables had disappointed faces), the food didn't arrive at the same time, so we couldn't eat together. Drinks weren't refilled, questions weren't asked, and overall, the service was very uncaring and inattentive. For a restaurant of this quality, you expect much more... We'll be back, hoping it's better next time.

Best L'Osteria I've visited in years! I travel a lot, and despite the high pressure (the crowds are huge), the team does an incredible job! I spontaneously popped in during prime time and can only recommend the place. They cater to customer requests, are very friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious too—what more could you want? ;) Big compliments!

Great location, we sat outside and the interior was also beautifully decorated. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The food was excellent; the pizza was huge and you can even share a pizza. It was our first visit, but not our last.

Nine of us spontaneously showed up and received a very friendly welcome. The food was ready very quickly and was absolutely delicious! Coloring pages and crayons were provided for the children. We would definitely come back!

The best and biggest pizza I've had in a very, very long time, and I go to Italy often. This one was absolutely fantastic. The waitresses and waitresses were super nice. I'd definitely come back.

We waited about 10 minutes for a table without a reservation. The waiters were all extremely quick and bustled around the place. The food was once again very tasty and almost too much for me. Unfortunately, the noise level was quite high.

The pizzas are truly very large, a hallmark of L'Osteria everywhere. However, compared to the past (10 years ago), the quality has declined and the price of the pizzas has increased. What used to be offered as toppings at an already high price now requires an extra charge for optional ingredients. This conceals the doubling of prices.

As always, it was the crowning conclusion to a wonderful day in Bayreuth. Thank you

The pizza felt like just salad, what's that all about and for 15€ I can't recommend it

The restaurant serves Coca-Cola, but it's not carbonated—the drink is flat, as if syrup was mixed with tap water. Sometimes it doesn't even taste like Coke, but just like brown water. This has been going on for years. Whenever you complain about the quality, there are always excuses. Yet, even after all this time, the problem remains unresolved. Why even offer a globally recognized beverage brand if you can't live up to its quality and brand reputation?

I went for dinner with my girlfriend yesterday. The pizza from the daily special with chanterelles and porcini mushrooms was a dream. Service was friendly and attentive. I'd gladly go back. Tables could be bigger, considering the large pizzas 🍕...lol

We were here for the first time, and everything was great except for a few minor things. The tables are a bit small if you order several things, and it was quite loud at times, but that's acceptable because the food was very, very tasty! :)

I can't really fault anything. Super friendly, even with special requests. The prices are reasonable, too. However, I think the tables are too small, especially for the size of the pizza. When it's full, it feels cramped. That's the only thing I didn't like.
