Neapolitan pizza at Enzo's Pizzabar. Tucked away near the tennis court and climbing center. Free parking on site. Pizza very tasty and digestible thanks to the long maturation time of the dough. High quality ingredients, food and service top. Always my pleasure.

ATTENTION: Only applies to ordering service and not to eating on site - Order pizzas for a good 25 people - to take with you to the neighboring building, DAV climbing center - Order one day before (! 03.08.24) announced for the evening of the following day (04.08.) - Menu borrowed at 4 p.m. on the day of ordering to create order lists - Enzo said he can only make a maximum of 10 pizzas at a time and not all at once - no problem, so pizzas divided into groups of a maximum of 10; Children first, then adults - the first pizzas should be ready from 6:30 p.m./7 p.m. at the latest - Mobile phone number stored for contact; As I said, we were in the direct building next door (20 m) - Went over for the first time at 6:15 p.m.; Pizzas still take a good 30 minutes 7 p.m. It was still a while - around 7:30 p.m. the information from Enzo, pizzas had been handed out to a table in the restaurant, now pizzas are missing and only a maximum of 16 pizzas can be made - what???!!! - Cancellation was rejected; The fact that we had been waiting for pizzas for hours and that the children were hungry was ignored with the statement "then I have 16 pizzas left"; "But they haven't baked yet?!" “You still have to lose weight” - so a good 10 people gave up their pizzas and then ordered from the pizzaria in the Spinnerei (highly recommended!) - we insisted that the first 16 pizzas from our order list should now be processed; yes ok, it starts now (!); why only now, just before eight???! - from 8:15 p.m. (!!!) the first pizzas were ready for pickup; all uncut, ok, whatever, we're hungry - There was no apology - it got even nicer when the last pizzas were either burnt or the dough wasn't cooked through (the bottom was brown but the dough was raw/soft on top and not at all crispy) --> so back over to Enzo with the pizza claimed; Answer: “It has to be that way” - another pizza should be without mushrooms -> it was made only with mushrooms We paid a whopping €53 for four pizzas (burnt Marinera, 2x Funghi, Tricolore with raw dough) and have been waiting for three hours since 5:15 p.m. We cannot rate the service in the restaurant. Rating only refers to the pick-up service, which was absolutely underground

(Before these are offered, there is always a pizza tasting for a limited number of people, where you can try a piece of each newly created variety and then rate it. It's a good idea to let the customers have a say here!) I think so It's just a shame that you get one card per table and it's handwritten. I personally tried a pizza with spinach, pistachios and soft cheese, but I was surprised that there was no tomato sauce on the pizza. But she was still good. The pizzas are very large and fill you up well. The owner is very warm. You can reserve by phone or via Instagram.

Unfortunately, the dough does not meet the criteria for an original Neapolitan pizza because, for example, the maturation time of 48 hours or more (according to Fedor, the pizza maker) is far too long. The toppings are of good quality. Which doesn't work at all and really knocks the whole thing out. is the service and the ambience. Fedor's parents work in the service here. These people have no training in gastronomy and it shows. But even without it, you should pay attention to how you appear towards the guest. Unfortunately, kindness is something different. Since the pizzeria is located in an old sports center, the atmosphere is correspondingly bad. The furnishings are old-fashioned and not at all attractive. This doesn't really make a visit any fun.

I can only recommend the pizzas. The only thing that's really crazy about it is that the restaurant is in a tennis clubhouse. So the ambience is so-so and the service is mercilessly overwhelmed. Too many guests for one waiter.

The pizza tasted good. However, we waited 1.5 hours for our pizza, which is definitely too long. All the other guests around us also had to wait so long and were annoyed. The waiter was nice, but he was only there to take the order and bring the drinks. After that, no one came and it was extremely difficult to even catch the waiter to order drinks again. Starters and desserts, salads, etc. cannot be found on the map. There is only pizza, you should be aware of that. The ambience is not very nice. The pizzeria is located in a sports hall and the interior design is in the same style. There were a whole bunch of glasses in the dining room and some plastic bags. We found prices of up to €20 per pizza to be too much for this atmosphere. Certainly good for a pizza after exercise or to pick up a pizza, otherwise we wouldn't go there again unless something changes.

I am very enthusiastic about this pizzeria, I have never tasted a better Neapolitan pizza. Not even in Italy around Naples! Unfortunately, this is a restaurant with a sporty flair. But that is due to the location. So I can't complain about anything! Keep it up!!! PS: Getting there with navigation is a bit difficult. Signposts would be useful.

We were a little skeptical because of the hype surrounding this store, but the good reviews are definitely justified. The pizzas taste really good, even if the prices are rather high for Bayreuth. Taking it with you went smoothly. Not easy to reach by car. Some parking spaces in front of the house. The ambience inside is quite sober, a club home atmosphere, but still bright and friendly. We'll definitely get something here again often. Definitely an enrichment for the local food offering!

This evening I went to Enzo's pizza bar on the recommendation of a friend. I already knew about the place and the food and the bar was so high that the excitement of eating Enzo's original pizza was within my grasp. We were able to make a reservation for two people easily and at very short notice via Instagram DM. At the beginning, after a nice welcome, I unfortunately had to accept a little disappointment when we had to share a table with two other nice gentlemen. When the pizza arrived there was great joy, the Funghi pizza looked stately and juicy - unfortunately too juicy for my taste. The dough was very soft in the middle, so eating it with my hands was a bit of a challenge, but I was able to overcome it. The dough is definitely in the top league. Same with the rest, although it was the first time I had to add a little salt to a pizza; but I prefer that to it being too salty. Hot oil for seasoning was also reliably available. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the taste, very tasty! Only the consistency causes the star deduction. The restaurant is simple and the name pizza bar is very fitting. The service was extremely attentive and there was even a “bedtime treat” on the house. I'll be happy to come back when I get the chance in the hope that my dough gets less juice. I wish this young restaurant much success in the future!

Leider kann ich mich den durchweg positiven Bewertungen nicht anschließen. Meine Pizza hat leider nicht geschmeckt. Meinen Begleitern zwar schon, dennoch waren alle der Meinung, dass viel zu Pfeffer im Teig und auf dem Belag war. (Geschmackssache) Aber das nur als kleines Übel. Was absolut nicht geht: der Service. Wir wurden von einer blonden Dame “bedient“. Wenn man das überhaupt so nennen kann. Für mich, mit langjähriger Gastroerfahrung, der Supergau! Keine vernünftige Begrüßung und Platzzuteilung. Kein freundliches auftreten im Allgemeinen. Kinder sind wohl auch nicht sooo gern gesehen (so machte es den Anschein). Keine Nachfrage, ob man noch etwas trinken möchte. Keine Nachfrage, ob das Essen passt. Die Dame hat sich außerdem kaum im Gastraum blicken lassen - Sie war wohl immer in der Küche und hat so auch erst spät gemerkt, dass neue Gäste kamen. Und: dann gibt man trotz des miserablen Service Trinkgeld und sie macht keine Anstalten, sich zu bedanken und zu verabschieden?!?!? Fazit: ihr braucht bitte eine Servicekraft, der/die Lust und Freunde an diesem Beruf hat. Das macht bei der jetzigen Dame leider überhaupt nicht den Eindruck.

Absolut fantastische neapolitanische Pizza... Familienbetrieb, alle sind mit dem Herzen dabei und es macht richtig Spaß, dort zu essen und zu trinken. Am besten vorher reservieren. Es gibt nur Pizza. Die Auswahl an verschiedenen Pizzen ist nicht riesig, aber dafür ist jede Pizza ein Gedicht. Es gibt Klassiker, wie Margarita, Mista oder Marinara, aber auch spezielle Pizzen, z.B. mit Trüffel. Kann man absolut empfehlen, nach meinem Geschmack die beste Pizza in Bayreuth.

Wir konnten gestern an einem Samstagabend spontan mit 12 Leuten vorbeikommen. Dabei wurden sehr nett bedient und die Pizzen waren super lecker (vor allem der weiche Rand)! La pizza migliore che abbiamo mangiato in Germania da quando ci siamo trasferiti. Ne abbiamo provate diverse, gestite da e non italiani. Ma questa è stata davvero un'esperienza mistica. Devo ammettere che è meglio di molte pizze italiane. Impasto napoletano con bordo alto e soffice. Ingredienti gustosi e dall'autentico sapore italiano... keine Pizzasauce hier! Ma a' pummarola come Dio comanda! E la cosa più bella che è a soli 20 minuti da casa! Prezzi nella norma per una pizza di alta qualità!

Die Pizzen sind meiner Meinung nach die besten in Bayreuth - mit großem Abstand. Besonders gefällt mir, dass es hier auch endlich mal richtig ausgefallene Beläge gibt. Service ist auch super, die Bedienung war super freundlich. Das Ambiente (innen) ist nicht so meins (eher Sportheim-Atmosphäre) - der Außenbereich ist aber ausreichend. Hier steht eindeutig die Pizza im Vordergrund und das ist sehr, sehr lecker.
