Den meisten Punktabzug gibt es für den Service. Manch einer ist nett und freundlich, dann gibt es noch die anderen! Ich bestellte einen Ramazzotti und bekam 3 Servietten🙈Als ich neu bestellt habe, kam die Antwort ich schicke den Kollegen. Frage : Was ist daran so schwer??? Ausserdem sind wir sehr lange auf dem trockenen gesessen ohne dass mal jemand gefragt hätte ob es denn noch was zu trinken sein dürfte. Das Essen hingegen war durchaus in Ordnung , die Minipulpos waren sehr hart, aber der Rest gut. Nach dem Essen hätte man gerne fragen können ob es noch ein Nachtisch sein darf. So haben wir darauf verzichtet! Unser "Stammkellner" im großen und ganzen ok. Auch hier: Luft nach oben.

I wanted to go eat something alone. Given the good reviews, I wanted to see for myself. There was a sign at the obvious entrance stating that the entrance was further to the left. When you opened the door there was the first table with guests looking at you with wide eyes and a haze caused by cigarettes. After about a minute the waitress came and asked for a free table. He replied only in the smoking area. I then left the restaurant with my clothes already smelly. Everyone can say what they want: a restaurant entrance that leads through a fog-filled smoking area spoils your appetite. Therefore only one star.

Inconspicuous from the outside, very cozy inside. Super friendly employees. Food and drinks are absolutely reasonably priced. Went there in a group and everyone was happy.

We chose this restaurant based on the good reviews and were not disappointed. We were visiting the region and would definitely come back next time! Pizza was so delicious… simply amazing. This was the tastiest pizza we have ever eaten. The owners are really nice people and the location is super cozy!

We visited the Bella Napoli restaurant looking forward to Italian specialties, but were unfortunately surprised by a mixed experience. As soon as we arrived we noticed that the table was not properly prepared. A used napkin was still on the table, which didn't seem inviting. After we put the napkin aside, the waiter saw it and quickly wiped the table, but the first impression was already spoiled. When ordering drinks we noticed that the service was a bit disorganized. Instead of bringing all the drinks at once, the waiter came to the table four times one at a time, each time without a serving tray. Unfortunately, that seemed a bit unprofessional and brought unnecessary hecticness into the group. There were both ups and downs when it came to eating. We ordered pizza and vegetarian tortellini - but the latter initially came with ham. The mistake was quickly corrected and the vegetarian version was freshly prepared, but such misunderstandings spoil the experience. The price for the tortellini, €15.50 for five pieces, seemed a bit high to us. The pizza, on the other hand, was really delicious and impressed with its taste and quality. A small downside was the slightly smaller portion of burrata, which we would have liked to have been more generous. Overall, the service was friendly, but you could tell that there was some experience missing. A little more attention to detail and professional handling would have made the experience much more pleasant. Conclusion: Bella Napoli offers good food, especially the pizza was a highlight. However, the service could be more structured and experienced in order to fully exploit the restaurant's potential.
