The food was excellent, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. As always, very well attended, which I can understand. If you want good quality food and at normal prices, this is the perfect place for you. Thank you for the great ambience and the lovely evening. I'd love to come back. Keep it up

Pasta portions really small, taste was good- but nothing more, staff unfriendly part wise. Would recommend it for a small launch but not for a great dinner.

Nous sommes un couple français venu passer un week-end à Stuttgart. Nous avons vraiment appréciés le restaurant. L'entrée a partager étaient très bonnes et les portions adaptées. Nous avons ensuite prix une pizza et des pâtes à la truffe. Concernant la pizza, elle était bonne, le seul bémol était que le jambon cru était trop salé. Les pâtes à la truffe étaient très bonnes. Le cadre était très joli, et le rapport qualité prix était bon.

Es kommt durchaus vor, dass man nachmittags Hunger hat. Dann ist man in Stuttgart ziemlich verloren. Das Valle ist da eine sehr angenehme Ausnahme. Es ist durchgehend geöffnet. Und trotz der nicht optimalen Lage war es zwischen 1500 und 1700 h gut besucht. Das Essen ist lecker und macht einem gehobenen Italiener alle Ehre. Auch zu den üblichen Zeiten eine deutliche Empfehlung.

Eigentlich schreibe ich keine Bewertungen für Italiener (mehr). Das kommt zum einen durch meine italienische Nachbarschaft, die mich stark in guter Küche beeinflusst haben. Aber auch durch die Normalität, die ein gutes italienisches Restaurant für mich mittlerweile erreicht hat. Ich weiß, es ist unfair. Aber von Zeit zu Zeit stolpere ich über echte Spitzenleistungen. Und das begeistert mich. So war ich kürzlich in Stuttgart und wusste nicht wohin zum Dinner. Der erste Laden war leer (ich bringe das bis heute noch nicht über mein Herz, einen leeren Laden zu betreten), beim zweite sah den Teller, der vor meiner Nase hergeführt wurde, und der sah einfach sch... aus. Also bin ich weiter und fand das Valle in der Geschwister-Scholl-Straße. Ich hatte keine Reservierung und kam spontan. Als mir der Capo die Tür aufhielt, ich einen Tisch nicht direkt neben der Toilette, sondern mitten im Gastraum bekam, obwohl ich ein einzelner Gast war. All das hat mich noch nicht misstrauisch gemacht. Auch als ich den Kellner nach den Spezialitäten des Hauses fragte, und ich nicht die üblichen Verdächtigen genannt bekam. All das machte mich nicht misstrauisch, sondern ich dachte immer noch: Ein weiterer guter Italiener in Deutschland. Aber dann kam die Vorspeise; Vitello Tonnato – und das ist ein Gericht bei dem ich mit meinen "Freundlichen" vor Ort (hallo Dominico) einen permanenten Kochwettbewerb habe – mit einer göttlichen Sauce. Was für ein Start! Und beim Hauptgang bin ich der Empfehlung Pasta Frutti di Mare gefolgt. Mir ist klar, dass Stuttgart nicht an der See liegt und ich hier nur gefrohrene Meeresfrüchte bekommen kann. Aber trotzdem. Es war einfach genial. Und wer sich meine anderen Bewertungen durchliest weiß, dass ich mit dieser Superlative sehr sparsam bin. Um dieses Review nicht ausufern zu lassen, kann ich nur eine dringende Empfehlung aussprechen. Der Service hat sich nicht nur optimal um mich gekümmert. Es war eine Freude zu sehen, wie er alle Gäste nicht nur freundlich, sondern hilfreich und mit viel Charm und Esprit bedient hat. Ich liebe Italien. Ganz besonders, wenn es so wie diesen Abend läuft. Faktencheck: Ich habe für meine Vorspeise, den Hauptgang, eine große Flasche Wasser, drei Glas Primitivo und den doppelten Espresso ink. Tip 75 Euro bezahlt. Wer darüber meckert, sollte selber kochen. Ach ja, und der Grappa als Geschenk war nicht kein billiger Abklatsch. Wenn ich wieder in Stuttgart bin, komme ich sehr gerne zurück. Grazie Mille.

Make a reservation! Superior food! They are so busy that their staff is a bit overwhelmed. When you wait in line to get in, a glass of wine will be brought to you. Delicious carpaccio, seafood pasta and cannelloni. We didn't have any, but the pizza looked wonderful. The waiters were very friendly even though it was busy. Ask for the spicy red sauce. It gives your food a strong but delicious taste.

The Valle is actually recommended, even if everything doesn't go so smoothly. Reservation worked almost well. Had to increase from ten people to thirteen people 1 week before the appointment and that was forgotten. The team got it sorted out well after a bit of waiting, so great! I personally liked the truffle menu best. My food was really good too. Unfortunately, 7 out of 8 portions of spaghetti with parmesan and truffles were very dry. They have long faces. But it's not easy to serve a table of 13 people at the same time, so we'll try again.

Lunch in the Valley Fast, good and inexpensive. The day ticket is completely sufficient. The atmosphere is pleasant. The best thing is that there is a fast charging station from ENBW right around the corner. Have lunch and 🚗 recharge.

We came as a group and had a cool, humorous waiter. Everything worked out great, including our time requirements between courses. The starters are very good. For the main course we almost all had pasta, which was good, but not great. For example, the porcini mushrooms could hardly be tasted. But it could be my fault. I'll definitely go there again. The wine was excellent.

Der Service war sehr freundlich, der Beilagensalat frisch. Die Pizza, wir hatten beide eine Pizza Gorgonzola bestellt, unterirdisch schlecht. Der Teig eine eher feste Masse, hatte nichts mit knusprig zu tun, der Rand hauptsächlich tief schwarz angebrannt, kann man ja abschneiden und der Belag für Gorgonzola mit wenig Aroma. Das geht in Stuttgart aber besser! Der Ristretto war dagegen wirklich sehr gut. Zum Wiederkommen war das aber zu wenig.

I was there yesterday and ordered tagliatelle with tomato cream sauce and salmon. It was a very very small portion. I woke up not satisfied and hungry. I understand if they save on the salmon but please not on the pasta. The portions are getting smaller and smaller. The amount remains the same. Never again!!!!!!!!!

The food is fine, but the service is just bad, the shop is relatively empty, but you still have to wait forever for the drinks. The second drink order had to be brewed first, and in the end the waiter was annoyed because he had to split the bill. I won't eat there again!

We came in for a quick lunch as this place was nearby. I really appreciate the fact that Everyone gets a fresh salad to start. My seafood pasta was delicious! I love the sauce. My husband’s pizza was really good as well. So this restaurant was definitely good find.

We received a warm welcome after midnight and were really pampered. The friendly waiters served perfect, authentic pizzas, tiramisu and fine drinks. After the meal, the waiters also turned out to be excellent DJs and we had a party! If you are looking for an Italian restaurant in Stuttgart, then you should go to Valle.

Once and never again, pizza with a three centimeter edge and then three centimeters of only tomato sauce, then a little garnish in the middle, the cheese was completely left out and the oregano that was on the menu was also missing. This is called cost-optimized pizza. In addition, the tables outside are much too narrow, guests walk right past my plate all the time, totally unhygienic. Since the place was full, it's probably the case that everyone else won't notice.

The food wasn't really tasty, very bland and nothing extraordinary. The service wasn't particularly nice either. I can't recommend it. The ambience wasn't that inviting either, sitting in a tent.

It's been there for years but unfortunately it's getting worse rather than better. It is clear to anyone who knows their way around Stuttgart that we are talking about a cult restaurant. The food is always super tasty, really good! Unfortunately, when it comes to service, things are getting worse rather than better week after week... now it's no secret that even if you make a reservation by phone, the reservation is NEVER noted and you're often faced with questioning faces. Except for the managers and the older staff, I have to say that the staff is unfortunately becoming increasingly unfriendly and sometimes very rude. The ambience could be made much nicer, given the prices and the location. Used to be my favorite Italian, it's probably time for a new one, what a shame.

The food was generally okay. Unfortunately the salmon was very dry. Priced in the upper segment. Even the small 0.2 bottles are very expensive in my opinion! Otherwise the price-performance ratio is okay.

I was in Valle for the first time today and I'm thrilled! The service was extremely friendly and attentive. The gastronomic experience began with a sophisticated and perfectly balanced appetizer that prepared the palate for what was to come. The first course was a real explosion of flavors, authentic and superbly balanced, followed by a main course that paid homage to tradition with a creative twist. The third course, a real surprise, demonstrated the chef's mastery, while the dessert, chosen from a variety of options, was the perfect end to an exceptional dinner. The whole thing was accompanied by a special selection of wines, selected with great care and perfectly matched to each course. The atmosphere is inviting, the service impeccable, and the attention to detail really makes the difference. I recommend Valle Restaurant to anyone looking for a unique and premium dining experience. Italian restaurant with pre-cooked pasta, boooo.

Pleasant discovery, quick service, very courtesy, seemingly obvious but well-made dishes. Good value for money.

The food tasted much better back then. I always enjoyed eating the tagliatelle with shrimps here and ordered this dish again yesterday. I was very disappointed. Everything tasted bland and unseasoned, and the shrimp weren't completely cooked through. It's a shame we won't be coming anymore. The service has also decreased, some of the service staff were in a really bad mood.

We've been to Valle several times and are always thrilled and satisfied, delicious food, typical Italian atmosphere, mostly friendly waiters, we'll be back.

Everything tastes very tasty here. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Price vs performance is okay. Good parking options in the area. We have been coming here at least twice a month for about a year and every time it is a nice experience.

Food is extremely good (pizza and pasta consumed). Service was a bit mixed (I had to get more menus for 5 people myself - it was 5 p.m. and there was nothing going on in the restaurant). There was still a large leftover white bread under the table (terrace). With a little more attention to detail and some basic work, a clear recommendation.

Very popular old-established Italian restaurant! In fact, you should reserve a table in advance from Thursday to Sunday. For Stuttgart standards, what you get and what you pay is a very good ratio. The outside area is heated in winter and sealed with walls. Unfortunately the sound is a bit louder here. We really enjoyed the food. I particularly liked the simple appetizer of bruschetta with cheese. A clear recommendation to come back.

The food was delicious. However, the condition bothered me a bit. I was literally pressured to order quickly and so I simply ordered “something” so that I would be left alone. It was also pretty stuffy in the room. It's quite a shame considering how much the food costs and that they are actually delicious dishes. Otherwise, I also have to criticize the reliability, as we stood at the door for 15 minutes despite having a reservation. Shouldn't happen with a reservation.

Whenever I'm in Stuttgart again I come to the Valle. Truffle pasta made from a parmesan wheel is always at the top of the list. And today I really had the best service from Claudio. Always asked about the next course at the perfect time, it couldn't be better ✊❤️

A very good Italian restaurant. We were there with a whole team and everyone enjoyed it very much, the atmosphere was very nice and appropriate. Pedido en italiano ya que no hablamos buen alemán, pero sí hablamos italiano y es un restaurante italiano. Sin embargo, nuestros operativos no llegaron y el pedido de vino no era correcto. Debería haberme quejado y enviado el vino de vuelta, pero temía que nos quedaríamos sin bebidas. Pedí ver el menú de postres, pero después de esperar 20 minutos, me di por vencido y recibí la cuenta en su lugar.

First, we were left standing at the entrance for several minutes while the receptionist talked to another employee in Italian. After we registered, he leafed through his book for a long time with his back to us and then disappeared into the restaurant without a word, probably expecting us to follow him. Our waitress asked us several times within a few minutes whether we had decided, even though we had asked for a little time to look at the menu. We felt very crowded. When we took our order, she told us that she was pretty tired because she had been out for a long time yesterday (do I need to know that as a guest?) When we ordered, we asked for a break between the starter and the main course. Unfortunately, the main course was served when we had just finished the starter plates and they were still on the table. After dinner, no waiter came to us for a while, so we had to wait a long time to order our espresso. We also didn't receive any grappa or something similar like you get when paying in many restaurants. I find all of this very disappointing for a bill of €130 for two people, especially since the restaurant was anything but full that day. Luckily the food was very good as usual.

This pizzeria is absolutely recommended! The pizzas are fantastic – crispy bases and generously topped with fresh ingredients. You can tell that the work here is done with love and quality. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is extremely friendly and attentive.

Super friendly service in a pleasant atmosphere. We have. We had a great time and everyone was very happy with the food and service. Despite the location in the city, it was relatively quiet outside. Gladly again.

You can only feel uncomfortable... The waiter wants to take the order. He interrupts the conversation with a snap of his fingers in front of his face. First we were urged to order then no one came for a long time and we were left high and dry. Then the food came. One of us ordered pasta made from a parmesan wheel. Unfortunately the noodles were just swimming in butter. For dessert there was a tiramisu, which was not cooled enough and was therefore already liquid. Then we asked for the invoice. A lady came with the bill. When we said that we would all like to pay separately, she rolled her eyes and said that someone else would do that. Then we were allowed to wait again. Until another employee happened to walk by with a card reader. We took advantage of the chance. We definitely won't be coming back. It's not worth it for the money.

Siamo stati a cena in 4 con un cagnolino, ambiente super accogliente e camerieri educati. Per gli italiani si parla tranquillamente italiano e il cibo è ottimo, sembra proprio di mangiare in Italia. Consiglio soprattutto la selezione dei tartufi.

Haben uns spontan, ohne Reservierung zu einem Besuch entschieden und hatten Glück noch einen Platz zu bekommen. Service war sehr freundlich und hat immer wieder mal nachgefragt. Bei den Speisen haben wir uns für Tagliata di manzo alla toscana und Pizza prosciutto e funghi entschieden, sowie als Nachtisch Tartufo Bianco und Semifreddi. Beide Hauptspeisen sowie die Nachspeisen einfach nur top.

Overall quite ok. Food was OK. Service was quite good. Very crowded and loud. But you don't necessarily have to go there again now.

Sit on the spacious terrace in the middle of the city and enjoy good Italian food - in Valle you have come to the right place. When it's packed, the service reaches its limits - but in good company you're happy to wait a while 😀
