Haben uns spontan, ohne Reservierung zu einem Besuch entschieden und hatten Glück noch einen Platz zu bekommen. Service war sehr freundlich und hat immer wieder mal nachgefragt. Bei den Speisen haben wir uns für Tagliata di manzo alla toscana und Pizza prosciutto e funghi entschieden, sowie als Nachtisch Tartufo Bianco und Semifreddi. Beide Hauptspeisen sowie die Nachspeisen einfach nur top.

Siamo stati a cena in 4 con un cagnolino, ambiente super accogliente e camerieri educati. Per gli italiani si parla tranquillamente italiano e il cibo è ottimo, sembra proprio di mangiare in Italia. Consiglio soprattutto la selezione dei tartufi.

in visita a Stoccarda ci siamo fermati per cena: personale molto gentile, pizza piuttosto buona, ottimo "italian feeling" quindi...non si sbaglia ! Lo consiglio, ci tornerei.

Warten 1.5 Std. auf unsere Pizzen - Begründung: Unsere Vorspeise. Sorry, Bruscetta und Salat. Geht gar nicht. Gerade wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist, echt schwierig.

Decent location for tasty Italian food. It was quite busy when we visited, therefore service was a little on and off throughout the night. The food was tasty and portions were large and fairly priced, although not exceptional. Would recommend for anyone wanting some tasty Italian food in the area.

We were satisfied with the Valle restaurant. The food was good and it was served to us quickly. The quite quiet outdoor area is also nice.

Schön ruhig im Grünen gelegen, mit großer Terrasse. Wir haben nicht reserviert und trotzdem einen Tisch bekommen. Der Service war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und geduldig (wir hatten viele besonderen Wünsche;)). Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt!

I had an awesome experience. We first took multiple bruschetta to share. We found it delicious.We took the spaghetti con tartufo, the tortellini, the insalata verde , the cannelloni and the spaghetti fruit do mare. Everyone was pleased with its choices . I even took some pictures. The spaghetti with tartufo was especially good since the Parmesan sauce was exquisite and light . I would recommended to anyone that want to have a good dinner or lunch. The server was very attentive .

The "Valle" restaurant offers an overall mixed experience. The food was good and met my expectations, the dishes were tasty and attractively presented. The service, on the other hand, was mediocre, sometimes inattentive and not particularly fast. The location is okay, but nothing special - neither particularly comfortable nor particularly stylish. Overall, a solid restaurant with good food, but room for improvement in service and atmosphere.

Pizza base tough but otherwise tasty

A very cozy place with very good service. They have been very fast and attentive. The food has been phenomenal. We ordered pasta, pizza and eggplant roll stuffed with cheese, then two cappuccinos and everything was very good, especially the pizza!!

Maximum average with relatively high prices. The spaghetti with parmesan and truffle was okay. The pizza was also okay but nothing special. Service was rather poor, orders were sometimes forgotten and taken incorrectly.

Great salmon but pizza was very average, not too much flavor. The tiramisu was awesome. 1.5 hour wait for food but made up for it with complimentary dessert and limoncello

Food is really tasty but service is not good. The waiter brought our order completely wrong (this was due to his poor knowledge of German) and then even when we asked about the missing food he couldn't bring it. Maybe it was because he flirted with your woman at the next table the whole time and sometimes stood there for 10 minutes.

We had just arrived at Stuttgart on a wet and miserable afternoon. The hotel reception staff suggested three restaurants with Valle being one of them. I reviewed all three recommendations and Google showed that this restaurant was quiet and also with good reviews. First up, Google was wrong. The restaurant was busy. The maître d asked if we had a reservation which we did not. He asked that we wait ten minutes but five minutes later, he had us sat at a table. The atmosphere was great, service fast, food delicious, wine tasty and overall a very pleasant and enjoyable evening.

To prepare for a day trip, I had previously found out what was recommended in Stuttgart. Then I came across this ristorante. It's located on a side street but is probably a regular pub for those in the know. We were there just before lunchtime. Without reservation. Within about 30 minutes the restaurant was visibly filling up. That probably speaks for the quality. The food (pasta and pizza) was great! Our service was very friendly and there were enough service staff available. A top address that was really worth it. We will be back.

Traditional pizzeria with a good price-performance ratio for Stuttgart. The service is quick and very friendly. Unfortunately the pizza base was a bit too soft for my taste. Otherwise everything Bella!

There were four of us at Valle and we had a table at the counter. I called at lunchtime to make a reservation for the evening. Highly recommended as there was a huge queue in front of the restaurant that evening. The seating was comfortable and the ambience is very nice. We were completely satisfied with the food and drinks. Deductions: The restaurant seems a bit overcrowded and the service is equally overwhelming. The employees are super polite but it often took a long time for them to serve us. Conclusion: We will go back to try more dishes.

The food was delicious, we had pasta dishes: my portion (seafood) was large, but my friend's portion (shrimp) was a bit small. The service is nice but the waiter calculated incorrectly (+8 €). We discovered this after payment and even if the money was returned, I would have expected a different reaction. Let's see next time))

Food and wine were good. There is a lack of staff, waiters are constantly running from one table to the next. It doesn't have any "ambience", it's just as many tables as possible in the available space. Overpriced.

A pretty good Italian place. Though I would say the pizza has some room for improvements. Some parts of the pizza were simply not covered by cheese (quite some chunks, see picture). Unfortunately a bit disappointing due to that. However atmospheric and from service, it's good!

Unfortunately very disappointing. We were very well received and served great with an Italian accent and very friendly. Unfortunately, both the bruschetta and the meat dish were not tasty. The shrimp were limp. Only the homemade spaghetti and crème brûlée were delicious.

We had both a pizza and the pasta with the Parmesan truffle sauce. The pasta was very good. The pizza was average - way too much cheese which overpowered the taste of the pizza. The service was OK, but not particularly good either. I was brought a Coke instead of a Coke Zero and the pizza was missing an ingredient. The restaurant was fully booked and most guests ordered pasta. So I would recommend not ordering the pizza but really sticking with pasta. I think that's where the talent of the kitchen lies.

Went there spontaneously for dinner. Starter, pasta and main course very good. The wine was also very good and suited us well. Seasonal dishes were also on the menu. The service was attentive and unobtrusive. Gladly again!

For lunch there are delicious dishes that change every day, at a great price! Service varies depending on which waiter you catch. As a result, we sometimes only sat there for 25 minutes, another time for 1.5 hours during the lunch break.

Decent Italian restaurant, always very booked, service and kitchen have everything under control at all times. Pasta could be a little more al dente, but that's a matter of taste. Reservations recommended ! It's worth a try even without a reservation, although there will be a wait. A good alternative for lunch, there are various lunch dishes to choose from. Mixed audience, some auditors and also students.

Very nice and really attentive service. Unfortunately, the veal in the Vitello was gray and dry and not a nice, delicate pink. Tiramisu very disappointing, consisted only of cream, ladyfingers and espresso. Pasta was solid and tasty, but nothing more.

Very uncoordinated and hectic and: Unfortunately we won't be coming anymore...! A pity!

Alles in allem überzeugt uns das Valle in Stuttgart immer und immer wieder. Unsere hohen Ansprüche erhalten entsprechende Oberstufenpunkte von 14/15 (glattes sehr gut). Das Valle ist unser meist besuchtes Restaurant vor Ort. Unser Standard Menü ist das Teilen des Rinder-Carpaccios als Vorspeise, das Teilen der Spaghetti aus dem Parmesanleib mit Trüffel (der eigentliche Star!) als Primo piatto und jeder das Rinderfilet mit Parmesan und Trüffel gefüllt als Secondo piatto. Jedes Mal, wenn wir das bei einem anderen Italiener versuchen, sehnen wir uns nach dem Valle. Die Wehen meiner Frau beim ersten Kind traten im Valle auf, wobei meine Frau darauf bestand, die Spaghetti aufzuessen. Das erste Gericht, wonach sie sich nach der Geburt sehnte, war der Rinder-Carpaccio. ● Ersteindruck Ambiente 4/5 (zum Wohlfühlen) ● Personal 4/5 (freundlich und zackig) ● Augenschmaus 4/5 (lecker) ● Geschmackserlebnis 5/5 (einmalig) ● Preis-Leistungsverhältnis 5/5 (jeden Cent wert) ● Möglichkeit eines Wiederkommens 5/5 (erste Wahl) Das ergibt 27 von 30 Punkten Gesamtpunkten und macht das Valle zu unserem Italiener der ersten Wahl.

All in all, the Valle in Stuttgart impresses us time and time again. Our high standards receive corresponding upper level points of 14/15 (smooth very good). Valle is our most visited restaurant on site. Our standard menu is sharing the beef carpaccio as a starter, sharing the parmesan spaghetti with truffle (the real star!) as primo piatto and each sharing the beef fillet stuffed with parmesan and truffle as secondo piatto. Every time we try this at another Italian we end up craving the Valle. My wife's first child contractions occurred in Valle, with my wife insisting on finishing the spaghetti. The first dish she craved after giving birth was beef carpaccio. ● First impression ambience 4/5 (feel good) ● Staff 4/5 (friendly and prompt) ● Eye candy 4/5 (tasty) ● Taste experience 5/5 (unique) ● Price-performance ratio 5/5 (worth every cent) ● Possibility of coming back 5/5 (first choice) This gives us a total of 27 out of 30 points and makes Valle our Italian of choice.

Das Valle ist und bleibt seit Jahren unser Lieblingsitaliener! Noch vor dem (aus unserer Sicht) besten Trüffelrestaurant Roms. Nirgendwo weit und breit werden die Trüffelnudel so zubereitet wie hier. Nicht nur die Nudeln, alles, was auf der Karte steht, wird äußerst hochwertig zubereitet und ist immer ein Genuss! Hier stimmt das Ambiente, der Service und die Qualität. Wir gehen auch gern mal spontan vorbei und irgendwie klappt es immer, dass wir einen Platz bekommen. Auch unsere Kids sind immer willkommen. Lovely food both for the eye and the stomach. Their Vitello Tonnato is exceptionally good. They have a varied menu, price and quality match well.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but the past couple experiences have been unimpressive. The food is good, but the service has been lacking. It takes a long time to place an order, and on one occasion the staff completely forgot about my order. After asking for the check, it routinely takes 10+ minutes to pay. Unfortunately, I am unlikely to return.

Quite ok, but nothing more. It's not a place to have a good time. The background noise is far too loud. Seating is very tight, making it rather uncomfortable. The food is good, the prices are ok, the service was ok.

I've actually always been a fan of the restaurant, but after today I definitely won't be coming back. We reserved a table at 9 p.m., then got the table at 9:40 p.m. That's not really a bad thing and didn't bother us, but the service afterwards was just catastrophic, something we don't know here at all. It took forever to get drinks, so we waited a long time until the drinks came, while other guests came after us but were served before us. We waited over an hour for the food, while other guests who came after us had already finished eating. We also had simple dishes, nothing special, which you could tell would take time. When the food finally came, the noodles weren't cooked through. Just a pure disappointment! Not even an apology for the waiting time or anything, I'm used to completely different things from Valle. Has probably worn off. Likewise, not every customer is treated equally here; with a certain status you are superior to “normal” customers. The food was cleared away faster than it was brought.

Toller Empfang, alle sehr Nett, ich kann ein paar Negative Bewertungen aus Dezember 2023, nicht ganz Nachvollziehen, diese Leute sollte besser in der Dönerbude Essen gehen! Richtig frech. Bei uns war alles Bestens von Empfang bis das 3 gang Menü. Danke an das Team, wir kommen sehr Gerne wider.

The food was really good and the prices were great (not just for Stuttgart standards)! The service was okay so far. Regardless of wind and weather, you still sit outside more or less, in an admittedly well-insulated area with heaters etc., but it's actually not really nice or stylish. All in all, recommended!

Very disappointing! We waited over 50 minutes for lumpy and cold spaghetti from the Parmesan wheel. As “compensation” there was a small plate of bruschetta. The waiter seemed annoyed when we asked after 30 minutes when our food would arrive. When I pointed out that the spaghetti was cold, they simply offered to warm it up. Unfortunately we didn't have time for this during our lunch break. When we paid the bill, the waiter stopped talking to us and didn't apologize.

The starter (octopus) was hard. Main course (veal and steak) average but for the price of 39.90 I would say poor. Spaghetti in Parmesan with truffles was good. Very bad service. Overall rating: 4.5/10. I have no particular reason to come back. P.S. Desert was OK.

By far the best Italian in Stuttgart. The new owners Ermando and Angelo are simply great. The staff is also great...especially Omar is great! Probably the nicest waiter in Stuttgart… The food is first class.. Are in the Valle at least twice a week and especially from Esslingen… Everything here tastes great😊 We are already looking forward to our next visit.. Ciao ;-)

An Italian place even better than Italy. I recommend everything, especially the truffle pasta.

Unfortunately, Parmesan spaghetti was only lukewarm when it was served. Truffle was a bit bland. We sat in the heated pavilion. Unfortunately, the heat from the heaters does not reach your feet, so it is advisable to dress warmly. We were frozen afterwards. The staff was very nice, but no one came for an hour after the dishes had been cleared away.

Had spaghetti made from a parmesan loaf with truffles. Was delicious. Truffles had a delicate taste without artificial enhancers. Service was ok. Had a table, then had the main course with a bottle of wine until the waiter said we had to hurry because he needed the table again quickly. Furthermore, the ambience in the “tent” is manageable and far too cold despite the heating. All in all, once is enough. Unfortunately, eating alone doesn't solve it.

Die besten Klassiker aus Bella Italia. Sehr gutes Essen zu einem fairen Preis und toller, freundlicher Service. Die Portionen könnten eventuell etwas größer sein. Ich habe hier schon einiges probiert und war immer total begeistert. Wir wurden auch gleich bedient und mussten nicht lange auf unseren Essen warten. Ich esse hier sehr gerne Spaghetti mit Trüffel. Das reichhaltige Aroma von edlem Trüffel und Parmesan war unglaublich lecker, kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Wenn man im Vorfeld nicht reserviert, kann es sein, dass man ganz lange wartet bis mal ein Platz frei wird.

Einer der besten Italiener im Land 😊 Super Essen - schmeckt nicht nur ausgesprochen gut, sondern wird auch unfassbar toll serviert! Super freundliches Personal und eine hammer Location dazu. Die Tagliatelle mit den Garnelen kann ich nur empfehlen und als Nachtisch: Das superleckere Pistazieneis! Viele Grüße und Danke! 🫶🏽
