Delicious Pizza and friendly service.

Probably the worst pasta/pizza place - would not be fair to refere to it as an Italian food restaurant. Service is ridiculous, food inedible and overpriced.

Service was swift, food decent. Horribly rude kitchen staff treating us like idiots for not wanting parmesan on top of carbonara?? The whole thing is parmesan. Lady who cooks the pasta needs a reality check. 1/10 on your hires, need to get that checked out.

Bought a Pizza “Diavolo”,and here’s my review. The place looks inviting and the menu has a good selection, but the pizza itself didn’t quite meet my expectations. The dough was OK, but the overall flavor felt bland. I was hoping for a stronger, more vibrant Italian-style seasoning, or something to make you feel that you eat a Pizza like that,but the toppings and sauce came across as rather mild. It wasn’t bad, just not very memorable or flavorful compared to other “Italian-style” pizzas I’ve had. Of course, taste is subjective, and other people might enjoy a more subtle flavor profile. For me personally, I prefer pizzas with richer seasoning and a bit more Italian depth/style.

Bestellt: Pizza Margarita with Pepperoni salami and no other toppings dough was thin but good cheese not too greasy and tasted good melting pepperoni salami could have been more abundant but overall good and spicy took the cheesestripped slices home and repizzaing them, taste great a bit pricey at 12,90 for one pizza maybe but overall worth it would go there again

There was hair in my pasta. The pasta was overcooked. The sauce was delicious, but after finding the hair, I couldn't continue eating it, and the pasta was inedible. Next time I'm there, I'll mention it.

I was there with my boyfriend today and got him and me gnocchi with cream and cheese sauce, but it was more like water than cheese or cream, and it didn't taste that good either, and we paid €25 for it. I find that really outrageous.

€12 for a lasagna that tastes just like a ready-made lasagna. No drink, salad, or anything else included in the price. The lasagna wasn't particularly big either. I'm happy to pay that price if the food is good, but I definitely could have bought a ready-made lasagna from the supermarket for much less money. What a shame...

In contrast to the branch in Milaneo, they are at least doing a lot right here in terms of organization and quality. My pasta was warm, ready quickly and tasted good. In terms of price, Ciao Bella is one of the cheapest shops in the arcade, but where you get the most for your money. One star deducted for the unfortunately very unfriendly employees. Nevertheless, you notice once again that not everything is always the same even with franchisees :)

We ate the quattro stagion Service Speed And I think the taste is all great. Moreover, it is very good for the price. The softness of the dough is very nice The taste and variety of cheese was very good.

5 pieces of pizza and two small bottles of Coca-Cola Zero cost around €21. The staff, especially the boy inside, is really very friendly. Two high chairs are also available so that children can sit at the table with adults. The pizza wasn't bad and I give it 4 out of 5 stars!

Good day, 1 star because minus 1000 was not possible!! The snack bar received a catastrophic rating from us. I had ordered Caprese salad and tortellini, after a rude, unfriendly order acceptance, there was a 30 minute wait for the wrong salad (Casar instead of Caprese) and then an annoyed discussion about even getting a veggie salad. The waitress doesn't know their own menu and doesn't know what should be included in typical Italian dishes. The noodle box was greasy, cold and greasy on the outside, tasted bland and old, stale. I felt even worse afterwards than before. The salad was super small, barely any sauce and lots of arugula to fill up the space and make it seem big. There was no cutlery left and change was only paid out correctly upon request. I don't know how an Italian restaurant can offer something like that, even if it's a snack bar, in Italy you definitely wouldn't even have something like that at a gas station. For 17.90 euros it's a pure disappointment and bad for your health. Kind regards.

Paid €23 for 2x pasta, waited 20 minutes (with children), then received greasy, overcooked pasta in a paper cup. When I asked, I was offered a ridiculously tiny bowl.

Great food at reasonable prices, friendly staff and a quiet seating area in the hustle and bustle of the busy Königsbau arcades!

Disastrous service, you can't even call it service. The waitress forgets half of the time, doesn't deliver the food that was ordered, and if the food is no longer available, they inform you after 20 minutes that there is nothing left while the family is already eating. Really a disappointment. It would be great if you worked on such essential things for yourself!

Extremely overpriced. I had an Al Arrabiata to take away. I received a tiny box (see photo, 0.5l Fanta as a reference size), cost €8.50 (Fanta not included). So honestly, €8.50 is pure extortion for such a measly box. Won't come anymore. Addendum: A lawyer tried to delete the review because there was allegedly no business relationship. Explains why many bad reviews have disappeared in the last few months.

Without words. You had to wait forever until the service came so you could order. When the food finally came, the noodles were cold and the plate was hot. The service specialist is out of place. Ciao Bella in the Geber a thousand times better in terms of service, food and friendliness of everything

Admittedly, we ordered food at 7:15 p.m. I'm well aware that things are no longer freshly prepared and that things are kept warm in a warming counter. I ordered the pesto pasta that was declared vegan - that's why I took it. I ordered, received a box and upon first bite noticed the food was cold. I pointed this out to the employee. They noticed that all the dishes seemed to be cold and suggested that I warm up the food. I agreed to that. But what I didn't know was that they add cream to my dish. Unfortunately I noticed this too late. I'm sorry, but that's not possible. Firstly, unfortunately it just didn't taste good, secondly, it wasn't vegan due to the addition of cream and I'm lactose intolerant. It would be great if you asked the customer before making any changes to the recipe. 🫥 Many customers consciously choose dishes. Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with it.

Half burnt, dry pizza, not particularly tasty, for upwards of 3.50 (a piece), card payment doesn't work reliably. Remains unique.

We ordered Lasagna Classico and Spaghetti Gamberoni and we didn't like it at all. The lasagne was burnt at the bottom and the Spaghetti Gamberoni had too much oil in it and hardly any seasoning😕. But the Wild Berry tasted very good. The service was quite friendly.

We were there for the first time last week and were totally satisfied. The wish to have several types of pasta from the hot counter served on a plate was kindly fulfilled. We were there with a stroller and were immediately offered a high chair. In general, the service was very friendly and attentive. The food was from the hot counter so we didn't have to wait for it. We really enjoyed it. And the icing on the cake was: our little dwarf (eight months), who has been suspicious of anything that isn't porridge, was very happy to spread pasta with sauce. We'll definitely go there again.

Noodles have no salt and no taste. The sauce is also salt-free and has no taste at all.

Disappointing experience in a pizzeria with terrible service. If you are looking for a place that makes you feel not only unwelcome as a customer, but also being acoustically maltreated, then the Pizzeria CIAO BELLA is definitely your first choice! Not only does the staff have an impressive mastery of the art of rudeness, but they also have a remarkable penchant for deafening loudness. When I tried to pay, I was rewarded not only with a bill but also with a free hearing test because the replaced waitress spoke at a volume that would put even the loudest pizza oven to shame. Who needs peace and relaxation when you can feel like you're at a rock concert instead? If you're looking for an experience that will not only leave you frustrated but also leave your eardrums strained, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend investing your money and time somewhere else where customers are still viewed as people and not as annoying obstacles.

Absolutely disappointing! This Italian takeaway in the food lounge is a real miss. The portions are ridiculously small and the quality is average at best. The price? A joke! Twice as high as it should be. A clear no from me! Addendum from April 26, 2024: Apparently various negative reviews from the past have been deleted. The rating was originally at 3.X and now it is at 4.5. It is also noticeable that various 5-star reviews were given in a close temporal context about 2 weeks ago.

Because it smelled delicious as I walked past, I sat down in the back of the restaurant. Ordered a Quattro Stagioni pizza. Supposedly there was supposed to be spicy salami. There was nothing spicy on it and the toppings were very lean overall. Well, I found them very mushy and I definitely won't eat them again. Sorry 🤷🏽‍♀️

So I went there because of a friend that recommend me to eat there. I love to eat outside. and I must say the service was so kind and patient with me (I'm an introvert) so I ordered pizza and a coke. it costs like 13-14€. for the quality that the food has, is 14€ very cheap. the atmosphere had a chill vibe and very comfy. generally the place was just perfect in my opinion. ciao bella, I will thank you forever for this kind and polite experience and I'm sure I'm going to visit the place again.

I have to say that I have not met such a welcoming, kind and remarkable staff for a long time. The pizza was tasty, juicy and I have already visited several pizzerias in Germany... I really recommend it, the prices are also good. You can sit there in peace and eat, not just take a triangle of pizza with you. My friends and I were pleasantly surprised.

We ended up there by chance at the Christmas market. It totally smells like garlic. Clean, fast, friendly, pleasant. Portions very large and tasty. The staff is friendly and attentive even to strangers. Prices for Stuttgart, nothing to complain about. Great job.

Eine reinste Katastrophe. Pizza und andere Gerichte schmecken einfach nach nichts. Trotz dem schlechten Essens war die Dame die uns bedient hat, sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Haben für dass eine Gericht unser Geld zurück bekommen, da sie selbst sagte ( sie weiß das es nicht gut schmeckt.)

I had the best pizza in my life in Laggo Maggiore from a street vendor. Here at Ciao Bella - Stuttgart, this memory came back to life! The pizza funghi and salami pizza were GRANDIOS and I would definitely give it 1000 stars - thanks also for the nice service. This reception here comes from a Viennese chef who has already traveled to and tasted over 200 hotels. Keep it up and good luck to Ciao Bella Stuttgart.

Um 13.15 Uhr nur 2 servicekräfte, wovon einer nur rumsteht und nicht weiss was er machen soll. Die andere Servicekraft ist unfreundlich. Da ich nicht viel essen kann und eine normale Pizza für mich zu gross ist, wollte ich eine Kinderpizza bestellen. Das darf man als erwachsene Person nicht. Ich habe dann gesagt, dass ich gar nichts esse, das wurde dann einfach so akzeptiert. Also man verzichtet hier auf Umsatz und vergrault lieber den Gast. Hab dann gefragt ob ich mir an der Theke ein Stück Pizza holen kann und am Tisch essen kann. Das wurde akzeptiert. War super trocken und für mich als Gast einfach z.k....... Mein Mann musste ewig auf seine Pizza warten. Völlig sinnfrei das Ganze. Ich komme hier nicht mehr her und kann das nicht empfehlen. Wegbleiben und an anderer Stelle im FoodCourt essen ist allemal besser. Lieber zum Thailänder!!

Das Essen war sehr lecker, ich hatte schon lange nicht mehr so gute Pizza wie dort.

Restaurant in der Königspassage. Ambiente ist auch entsprechend weniger einladend, dafür alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Pizzen sind gut, mehr aber auch nicht. Preislich für die Location auch angemessen. Die Servicekräfte sind freundlich, bei meinem Besuch aber relativ unaufmerksam, da sie gerade selbst Essenspause gemacht haben.

Wir waren 15 Minuten vor 20:00 Uhr da und bekammen trotzdem noch essen vor Ort. Es war zwar nurnoch die Auswahl zwischen Salat und Pizza aber das störte nicht. Das Essen war gut und das Personal sehr nett und Hilfsbereit!

Przyszliśmy tutaj na wcześniejszy obiad. Zamówiliśmy tortellini alla panna i lasagne. Na zamówienie nie czekaliśmy długo. Oba dania były bardzo dobre, gorące, zaś porcje były wystarczające. Obsługa bardzo miła, Pozdrawiamy zwłaszcza młodego kelnera mówiącego po polsku. Ceny rozsądne, miejsce całkiem przyjemne.

Obwohl wir erst kurz nach 20:00 Uhr dort waren, haben wir noch 2 Pizzen bekommen. Im Lokal selber konnte wir aufgrund der Zeit nicht mehr essen, aber man verwies auf die Foot Longe. Diese war dann aber auch nicht mehr zu nutzen, da wir das Einkaufscenter verlassen mussten. Der Verkäufer hat sich aber für die falsche Info entschuldigt und 2 Freigetränke spendiert. Die Pizzen waren schmackhaft, wenn gleich ich sie lieber auf dem Teller gehabt hätte, anstatt sie draußen vom Pappkarton zu essen. Nichts desto Trotz wurden wir gut bedient, obwohl eigentlich schon Ladenschluss gewesen wäre. Wir würden dort wieder essen gehen.

Leider war unser Besuch am 22.7.2023 nicht gut. Die Bedienung war mit ca. 10 Gästen komplett überfordert. Meine Frau ihr bestelltes Essen wurde komplett vergessen. Eigentlich tendiere ich eher zu 0 Sternen.

Un lugar tradicional que ofrece una comida de calidad. Su personal es muy amable y se adaptan a las preferencias del cliente. Muy recomendable.

Die Pizza (Funghi) war wirklich gut. Leider war der Service nicht optimal, da teilweise Zutaten in der Bestellung entweder vergessen wurden oder man die Antwort bekam, dass man das nicht mache. Und das, obwohl es im Menü so steht. Auch hat die Bedienung einen gereizten Eindruck gemacht. Preise sind in Ordnung, wenn man nicht simple Pizzen nimmt. Mit ca. 15-20€ muss man pro Kopf schon rechnen. Daher nur 3 Sterne Update 07-23: Der Service ist definitiv besser geworden. Die Pizzen sind immer noch gut, aber die Nudeln konnten nicht komplett überzeugen. Alles wird schnell zubereitet und die Preise sind ok. Ich aktualisiere auf 4 Sterne

Die Nudeln zum Mitnehmen in der Box sind qualitativ nicht gut. Der Geschmack ist okay wenn auch z.b. in der Bolognese eine nur verschwindend geringe Menge an Hackfleisch enthalten ist. Der Preis für die Nudelboxen ist sehr hoch. Da stimmt das Verhältnis nicht. Der Service ist oft sehr kurz angebunden und der Umgang eher ruppig.

Update 15.Jun.23: The quality of the food has improved, however the new labeling of the dishes at the counter is terrible. No I do not know what you mean a "special pasta" is and I won't ask an employee to tell me for every dish you are presenting what kind of pasta it is. Please rework the signs to say what one is actually buying. Food: 3/5 Stars The pasta is edible. It's nothing special. Price is definitely higher than it should be for the quality. Once in a while when you've run out of all other dishes for take out might be an option Service: 4/5 Stars Some staff is very nice but other staff is either rude or completes your order incorrectly (especially if you do not want any cheese on your pasta) Update: Quality of service has improved All in all I come here regularly because I haven't found any better pasta place in the area since Pasta Baby closed down but I am starting to get to the point where I am looking for alternatives

Die Pizzeria liegt auf der 'Fressmeile' im 1. OG des Königsbaus. Ich empfand es als angenehm, dass man sich zum Mittagessen in Ruhe hinsetzen und bedienen lassen konnte. Der Servicemitarbeiter war freundlich und das alkoholfreie Hefeweizen war schnell serviert. Die Pizza Prosciutto dauerte etwas länger, aber es ging schön nach der Reihe und ich konnte zuschauen. Es ist wahrlich kein Gourmet- Tempel, aber insgesamt wurden meine Erwartungen zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt.

Pizza war durchschnitt, vielleicht etwas drunter. Die Freundlichkeit ist unter aller Sau. Unfassbar wie man ein Restaurant führt und seine Gäste so aufnimmt. Ein hin und her schicken von Plätzen und die Art wie mit einem geredet wird, nein Danke nicht nochmal.
