Delicious food, great service wasn't the last time there.

A very nice and attentive staff, sometimes several waiters served us, which I find positive because it worked hand in hand. The food came super quickly and was perfectly prepared. Be sure to try the pistachio tiramisu.

Everything was wonderful. Everything tasted really delicious 😌

The food is delicious, the service is good. It is advisable to reserve a table in advance as there are many visitors and the restaurant is always full. Of the minuses, there are no new dishes on the menu and a very small selection of desserts

I had a wonderful experience at this Italian gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm Italian friendliness and seated right away. The atmosphere was inviting and relaxed, and the staff struck the perfect balance of being attentive without feeling pushy. I ordered a pizza, and it was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and just the right portion size, especially considering the reasonable price. It was served quickly, too, which was a nice surprise! Overall, a great place with genuine Italian hospitality and delicious food. They had the tastiest pizza I've eaten in a long time! The service was so friendly and we were able to spend 3 hours in the restaurant without feeling like we had to leave, even though we didn't eat anything! In the summer you can sit by the water there anyway, so we really recommend it! 👍

Plates were extremely dirty, pizza was way too greasy, and we also had extreme stomach pains in the evening. Not recommended.

Really nice atmosphere, solid food but the service was poor. We had reserved a table and were able to place our order quite quickly. The food came quickly and tasted good. The impression of the service: Some plates were cleared away before everyone had finished eating, we were not asked whether we would like a dessert or an espresso, after we had already placed our empty glasses on the edge of the table, the waitress walked past us several times and ignored them. During a visit that lasted about 2 hours, we were asked exactly once if we wanted something to drink, while all the other tables were asked several times if they wanted anything else. The highlight was that the window was opened at around 9:30 p.m. Without the question of whether this is okay for us or whether we could close it if it was too cold for us. Even when paying, there is no question as to whether everything was okay. We weren't loud or unpleasant, which could possibly explain such behavior. As guests we didn't feel welcome in this way.

Came back after 11 years to a restaurant I couldn't forget. Turns out reality is far from memories.

My favorite pizzeria in the Fischerviertel in Ulm. Once again we ate really delicious pizza in a great atmosphere. Very attentive staff, delicious pizzas, great Italian wine or beer from the Ulm Barfüsser brewery. Always a pleasure

Does what it promises. It's not possible without a table reservation

Unfortunately, the atmosphere is somewhat gloomy, with a dirty and uninviting outdoor area. However, friendly staff with the exception of the owner who seems unfriendly and overwhelmed. When it comes to eating it, you have to say that it comes shockingly quickly and warm and perhaps that's why the taste is compromised. The pizza was average in size, tasted okay but unfortunately the garlic was distributed very unmotivated. The pasta was small in portions and tasted nothing special. The bruschetta was good, unfortunately the bread was a bit soggy. Not a real recommendation.

The ambience is impressive... the service is quick... and the pizza salami is very good.

A unique location on the shore, friendly service, delicious pizza!

Immer wieder gerne gehe ich in dieses Restaurant. Das Ambiente ist wundervoll, vor allem wenn man einen Platz direkt an der Blau ergattert. Das Essen ist IMMER sehr sehr lecker. Und die Bedienungen sind IMMER überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hier kann man nur eine gute Zeit haben!

Der Reservierungsvorgang sowie spontane Anpassungen vor Ort war super. Es war unkompliziert. Das Essen war sehr gut und frisch. Ist zu empfehlen.

The worst pizza I have eaten, very high prices!

Trotz telefonischer Nachfrage konnten wir draussen nicht reservieren, uns wurde auch nicht der Wintergarten angeboten für die Reservierung, obwohl wir gerne draußen gesessen wären mit 8 Personen. Dann wurde uns gesagt wir könnten ja selber draussen nach einem Platz schauen ?! Darüberhinaus war unsere Bedienung sehr unfreundlich und reagierte auf Fragen genervt. Im Service geht das garnicht. Essen war sehr lecker, aber wir werden unter den gegebenen Voraussetzungen nicht wiederkommen. Schade eigentlich, denn der 25. Geburtstag unseres Sohnen hätte deutlich schöner bei euch ausfallen können. Viele Grüße Uwe Sauer

A really romantic restaurant with fantastic food and lovely service. The restaurant is located on a small canal - but if you want to sit by the water, you should make a reservation. We were inside and we really liked the old walls. The food was really very good. We had pizza and what can I say - it was excellent. The dough was very, very good and the ingredients were fresh. So if you want to eat really good pizza, come here. Definitely a recommendation!

The service was very nice. Our pizza tasted really good. We also liked the beer though the brewery was unknown to us. The location of the restaurant and the old building create a nice atmosphere.

The worst pizza I have ever tasted, very dry, not good at all, the pizza from Lidl which costs 2 euros is better. Inexplicable prices given the quality. Catastrophic service, overwhelmed staff. I don't understand the positive reviews. To flee!

We came here for dinner because we couldn't get a seat anywhere else in the city center on a Saturday evening. In hindsight, the visit here was a waste of money. Nice location right on the river, but unfortunately the food (pizza and salad) wasn't our cup of tea at all. The salad in particular was very bland and had practically no taste at all. The Lambrusco served with it was just below room temperature (read: warm) and also definitely not our cup of tea. The Tanivera might be worth it for a drink (but I recommend against the Lambrusco), there are many better alternatives for food in Ulm.

Delicious food. Is centrally located. Fast service. We also got a table at the weekend even though we didn't make a reservation.

We ate there with 15 people. Although everyone ordered a different dish, the food arrived almost at the same time - the restaurant was very busy that day. Everyone enjoyed the food very much. We will go there more often. In addition, the location directly on the Blau is quite an experience.

After going through the Fishviertel, this was one of the best spots to eat, especially the tables at the river. Pasta was OK, not overpriced.

Fabulous location: the restaurant has tables right on the riverbank, on the small terrace on the first floor overlooking it and in the small square in front of the entrance. We just enjoyed a few drinks on a hot mid-August holiday, served by courteous staff who speak both English and Italian perfectly but, given that we don't eat in Italian restaurants abroad, the dishes we saw passing by were really inviting.

Beautiful location right on the canal. Unfortunately there is no more space outside as it is very crowded and warm but still very nice. Pizza and salad were very tasty and the service was fantastic.

This Italian restaurant is located in a lovely spot close to a fast flowing river. The waitress who greeted me on arrival was a bit dismissive. I soon saw that she was ending her shift and another waitress took over who was very attentive and friendly. The food was good and served very quickly. I would definitely go back again and try to get a table close to the river.

We were there for dinner this afternoon/evening. The pizza was delicious, but unfortunately our tortellini panna wasn't good. Unfortunately, the waitress didn't make a sound when clearing up the food to see if it was tasty. Service was friendly, but we always had to call... to order, to reorder, to pay.

We regularly go to Tanivera several times a year and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff is very friendly and accommodating, even when things get hectic. I particularly recommend the pasta dishes and the homemade lemonades. Thank you very much and please keep it up.

Very idyllic right on the Blau. Ate delicious pizza...and big is really big.

So it's the second time I visited this restaurant and I didn't like it. At first I went in and wasn't even escorted to my table. After a long wait, the dishes were cleared away in front of me by the guests. So finally, after another long wait, we were able to order. Starter, main course, drink. First came the starter and then the drinks. I couldn't enjoy the appetizer at all because I was extremely thirsty when I was almost finished with the appetizer. And the drinks came very late. It's a shame that it wasn't brought first as usual. I didn't get any parmesan with my pasta and I had to wait forever for the spoon I requested until I could eat it. I also had to wait 15 minutes for the bill and so the restaurant was done for me.

Excellent and relaxing location next to the sound of the stream, ideal for enjoying the sounds and tastes. The pizza was very tasty and larger than average. The only negative point is the ban on smoking on the open terrace. Therefore four stars.

The location of the restaurant is uniquely beautiful. It's a bit hustle and bustle, as befits an Italian! The restaurant is located directly on the Blau (branch of the Danube). We were lucky and sat right by the water. The service was very nice and personal. We can fully recommend this restaurant.

Das Restaurant hat eine sehr schöne Ambiente. Vor allem die Geräusche der Blau helfen einem sich wie im Urlaub zu fühlen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und schnell da.

Die Lage vom Restaurant ist einmalig schön. Es ist etwas Trubelig, wie es sich für einen Italiener gehört!  das Lokal befindet sich direkt an der Blau (Seitenarm der Donau). Wir hatten Glück und saßen direkt am Wasser. Die Bedienung war sehr nett und persönlich. Wir können dieses Lokal uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Unfortunately, the carbonara was relatively “mushy” and lacked the typical Italian bacon. Unfortunately it was normal ham.

We loved the atmosphere and the surroundings! Do get yourself seated indoor right next to the river, we didn't get this chance but would recommend so. We ordered 2 of their pizza, prosciutto and tuna, as well as their spaghetti aglio e olio and their mix salad. For the pizza, the portion was quite big! You can order 2 pizza for 4 persons if you are not that hungry. The salad, not my favorite. Some of them were too sour and some were too salty, not too balanced. The bread was also no longer crispy, kinda stale. Aglio e olio is just plain spaghetti, again, generous portion. Overall its an okay place for eat, nothing to complain really. Everything comes out quite fast, we are happy.

Waren am 21.07.24 beim Konzert von Zucchero. Vorher wollte wir noch italienisch essen. Hatten dazu nach einer Empfehlung bei Tanivera Pizza e Pasta reserviert. Und es hat sich gelohnt! Super Pizza und exzellenter Salat... Muss man weiter empfehlen!!! Bei einem Abstecher nach Ulm immer zur Tanivera Pizza e Pasta.

Located a little away from the center on the big blue, a spot outside or with a view of the river is wonderful. The menu offers everything you could expect from a good Italian restaurant. The portions are generous and all the ingredients are fresh. Recommended!

Ich bin vor 8 Jahren aus Ulm weggezogen und war immer gern dort zum Essen. Jahre später bin ich noch begeistert. Auch heute noch empfehle ich das Restaurant Leuten, die Ulm besuchen. Ich würde aber vorab immer reservieren. Auch gestern wurde ich nicht enttäuscht. Das Servicepersonal ist trotz dem ganzen Stress, der gestern war sehr freundlich und schnell gewesen. Das Essen war wieder köstlich und schnell serviert. Selbst mit einer Käseallergie hat man Unterstützung. Durch das Zucchero Konzert war natürlich richtig viel los. Alle Daumen hoch! Macht weiter so.

My wife had a pizza which was very good. I had the lasagna which was terrible. The lasagna was very dry, the sauce that was on the side was very tasteless, I think it was just passata whitout anything added to it. It was very loudly because we were sat next to a table of 10 women having a bachelorette. I couldn't have a descent conversation with my wife. Employees were friendly and the price was okay.

We spontaneously wanted something to eat as we strolled around the fishing district of Ulm. It's really nice to sit in the shade of the trees and by the babbling waters of the Great Blue. We ate very tasty pizza burrata and a great salad with goat cheese. Both were very tasty and tasty.

The service is very poor because the waiters are rude. They are absolutely not interested to make you feel welcomed.

Ambiente 10/10 Geschmack 10/10 Preislich - absolut in Ordnung für das Angebot. Man sitzt quasi direkt am Fluss, was meist für angenehme Temp. und tolles Ambiente sorgt.
