Pizzeria Ristorante "Waldecksee" in Göppingen

I ordered spaghetti with anchovies, as stated on the menu. I got spaghetti without anchovies. I mentioned this to the waitress, who immediately summoned the chef. The chef immediately became abusive and insulting and asked me never to come back. It was truly the most unfriendly restaurant experience I've ever had, and I sent the food back. It was spaghetti drenched in oil, simply inedible.

We like to come here in the summer. For a refreshing swim after swimming. It's bearable here.

I can't understand the good reviews! Everyone is so unfriendly. The food is okay... It takes forever to arrive! I would be very happy to have a new owner who can do better.

No order possible without reservation: My wife and I wanted to eat at the pizzeria after swimming in the adjacent outdoor pool. When we entered the outdoor pool we asked what time the kitchen would be open until today, and the answer we received was 8:30 p.m. At around 7:40 p.m. we entered the outside area of ​​the restaurant, which was half occupied by guests. We sat down at a free table and were given the menu. After looking through the menu, we wanted to order. Instead of responding to the order, we were asked if we had reserved as we showed the voucher block. We didn't have a reservation. We were then informed by another waitress (probably the boss) that we couldn't order without a reservation and that she had been working for 16 hours. She pointed out to us that we could come back the next day, asked us to leave and quickly left the table towards the kitchen without us being able to answer or react. The reason for the rejection was probably our voucher block. The guests at the neighboring table were served and there were still a few tables free, but apparently they were looking for a reason not to serve us. The interaction was also extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. We then left the restaurant very upset.

Very rude staff. The pizzas taste okay, but the staff is so rude—a total no-go. From now on, we'll be taking our food to the outdoor pool or having it delivered. I won't give them another cent!

The boss and his wife are two very kind people. We ordered pizza here for our civil wedding, and it was simply perfect, as always. I highly recommend the pizza Nono with pasta – I've never seen anything like it anywhere else, and it tastes absolutely amazing. The food is also very good on-site – it can sometimes get a bit busier during the outdoor pool season, but I still think it's worth stopping by!

The boss is very friendly, the pizzas and pasta are delicious and reasonably priced. Price/performance is right except for various dishes, for example: Calamari tubes with rosemary potatoes and salad have become 39% more expensive between November 2022 and January 2024! Nov 2022--18€, Nov 2023--21€, Jan 2024--25€???

Very unfriendly staff. Wanted to order fries, they say you should come in half an hour, then after half an hour they say you have a break and you should come in 10 minutes. After a quarter of an hour they say he has only turned on the deep fryer and it will still take 20 minutes. When I answered: "We have been waiting for over 40 minutes and always come at the specified time", he became very unfriendly and said it in a very unpleasant tone This is not a snack bar but a restaurant. And the sad thing is that we were there two years ago and had almost the same experience. So hardly anything has changed in that time. Me and the kids have lost our desire for fries.

If you visit the beautiful outdoor pool and want to eat something at the restaurant in front, that's unfortunately a bad idea. Unfortunately there is no ice left. Fries are only available from 2 p.m. or later. Then the children keep to the time and get fries. The parents went swimming and left three quarters of an hour later, then he puts the lukewarm fries down and says he made them earlier, then no one came anymore, they are left. Very unfortunate. How do you look forward to delicious outdoor pool fries, ice cream and the like!

We were greeted warmly and our order was taken just as friendly after a short time. The restaurant was only indoors and only 2 of about 12 tables were occupied. We didn't have to wait long for our food, the portions were very generous and the price was very reasonable. Everything tasted wonderful. What bothered us were the many houseflies at our table, for which we couldn't find a cause. Otherwise the ambience is quite appealing. It took us a moment to initially find out that we could only get into the restaurant through the outdoor pool entrance.

Sehr nette Bedienung/Inhaberin. Gerade im Sommer einfach traumhaft draußen zu sitzen. Preis und Leistung passen echt super. In Stresssituationen manchmal nicht ganz konstant in der Qualität. Deswegen ein Stern weniger. Aber das ist eine Kleinigkeit. Einfach ein supernettes italienisches Restaurant zum Wohlfühlen. Die Weine sind auch lecker!

Toller Service, prima Essen mit frischen Zutaten. Die Pasta war richtig gekocht und sehr lecker. Die Pizzen knusprig am Rand, heiß und lecker. Dazu völlig vernünftige Preise… Also alles gut, wir kommen wieder.

2 Pizzas zum Abholen bestellt. Leider haben die Pizzas nicht annähernd überzeugt. Der Teig war sehr trocken und geschmacklich konnte weder die mit Schinken und Pilze noch die Calabrese überzeugen. Der Teig selbst war in seiner Farbe eher grau/gelb wodurch ich mich Frage welche Mehlsorte verwendet wird. Nach Weizenteig sah dies für mich nicht aus, daher eventuell die harte und trockene Konsistenz. Die Tomatensose war würzig, jedoch an den Ränder komplett ausgetrocknet. Die verwendeten Zutaten für den Belag wirkten generell sehr minderwertig. Ich kann die guten Bewertungen leider in keiner Weise nachvollziehen und möchte mit dieser andere Kunden vor einer ähnlichen Enttäuschung bewahren. Die genannte Wartezeit wurde zusätzlich von 15 min angekündigt auf insgesamt 30 min ausgedehnt und dies bei einem sehr gering besuchten Lokal (4 Personen). Daher max. 2 Sterne.

Sehr lecker und deshalb sehr zu empfehlen! Auch gute Portionen und es werden individuelle Wünsche erfüllt, wenn man etwas veganisieren möchte 👍🏽

Freibad hat nach Corona wieder geöffnet. Pizzen, Nudelgerichte und Salate sehr gut.

Hat zwar geschmeckt aber die Salami auf der Pizza, Peperoni mit ich glaub Calabrese war nicht so frisch. Man hat am Geschmack gemerkt,dass sie nicht mehr so dolle ist. Leider war die Nacht dann mit 3 mal Toilette eher unschön. Wir hatte 2 Jahre zuvor schonmal geholt, aber hatte uns nicht geschmeckt. Ab jetzt definitiv nicht mehr dort. Schade

Im Sommer ist der Andrang hier sehr groß, in den Wintermonaten nicht Resterautnt ist sehr gepflegt und gereinigt, auch die Toiletten sind sehr sauber. Pizza ist geschmacklich sehr gut , auch der Belag ist gut und lecker. Leider mussten wir ein bisschen länger warten als geplant, da die Pizza mit einer anderen vertauscht wurde und nochmal gemacht werden mussten. Das kann Mal passieren! Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und entschuldigte sich für den kleinen Fehler. Gerne kommen wir wieder hier her, es ist immer wirklich sehr gut.
