We picked up the dishes. Had a total of 10 pizzas and a pasta dish. Eat: The pizzas are very tasty, but the crust was too big for us. This saved a lot of covering. Unfortunately the ham was missing from my pizza (Parmiggiano). Service: Due to a misunderstanding, a pizza was missing and was prepared later. We stood in the restaurant for so long. A schnapps, a bottle of cola, wine or something else would have been appropriate with such a large order and the resulting misunderstanding. There is also no takeaway menu here. Unfortunately we will no longer be ordering here.

This is what an Italian restaurant and food should be like. The service is excellent, attentive, and accommodating to special requests. The stone-baked pizza is a delight.

I had lunch at Franco's with friends. I tried Chef Artemir's tagliatelle with gorgonzola, squid ink, calamari and pistachios and then the sea bream with saffron cream, strawberry chutney and crunchy vegetables. A wonderful experience I'll be back very soon

Die familiäre und freundliche Atmosphäre im gute besuchten Lokal gibt einem das Gefühl echter italienischer Gastfreundschaft. Die Küche profitiert von der langen Erfahrung des Familienbetriebs. Und doch ist eine Motivation der Mannschaft spürbar, als hätten sie eben erst aufgemacht und müssten sich noch beweisen.

It looks nice from the outside, but was closed even though it showed open on the website. We would have liked to have lunch here, but there was no notice on the door...

By far the very best ice cream far and wide. Even better than we ever ate it in Italy 🙏! Be sure to try the unusual varieties too.

I ordered here for the first time and I am really impressed! The pizza was incredibly tasty, the dough was nice and crispy and the ingredients were fresh and high quality. I was particularly impressed by the quick delivery to the table - as soon as I ordered, the pizza was there! The taste was simply great, exactly how a good pizza should be. The service was friendly, the quality was excellent, and the price-performance ratio was also good. I will definitely come here again. A clear recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy a really good pizza! 🍕🔥

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. But the pizza was very tasty

The pizzas were very bland/boring in taste. The covering was very sparse. Pistachio tiramisu just as boring in taste. Dough with green colored cream. Overall too expensive and unfortunately very disappointing!

What a nice place! We were on our way to winter sports and would spend the night in Ulm. We were supposed to arrive at 6:30 PM, but traffic was bad and we were welcomed 30 minutes later without any problem. We arrived there in a super nice atmosphere, warmly received and packed. We were helped very nicely, had a super tasty meal, delicious limoncello spritz and our dog was more than welcome and even got a few slices of ham. If we go to Ulm again, we will definitely return here! Absolutely recommended!

Worst restaurant experience ever in my entire life! We were on our way to Austria, stayed one night in Ulm and went here late in the evening to eat a quick pizza. The food was mediocre, the wine bad and the service below average. But then the real circus act had yet to begin: when we asked for the bill (59 euros), they only wanted to accept cash; any form of credit card was unknown. We didn't have enough cash with us - in Belgium they look at you as if you come from another planet if you don't pay with a card. We tried everything: payconiq, immediate transfert, it was apparently also not possible to find a pin machine in the neighbourhood: "all banks are closed!". The owner himself was called and arrogantly told me to leave my identity card until I would show up with cash, which I of course refused: the plan was to continue our journey early the next day. He then ridiculously shouted at his staff to call the police, an order that was not followed; he clearly did not really have his troops under control. After some bickering back and forth, the matter was finally resolved by immediately transferring the amount to the personal account of a staff member who then transferred it to the account of the restaurant. Unless you want to experience an episode of Falwty Towers live, one piece of advice: pass this restaurant by!
