Now I have known this restaurant for over 40 years (forty) no complaints. Always respond to the wishes you express, the wine selection has gotten better and better. Kosta and his team keep it up. Thanks

Wir wollten hier an einem Samstag Abend Essen gehen. Im Lokal angekommen wurden wir zunächst bewusst ignoriert, auch wenn der Kellner / Inhaber mehrfach an uns vorbeigelaufen ist. Nach einiger Zeit wurden wir mit der Frage begrüßt: "Was ist?" Ein freundlicher Empfang der Gäste ist etwas anders. Vermutlich stört der Gast hier eher. Das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich. Die Pizza war okay bzw. mit Chili-Öl genießbar. Meine Lasagne dagegen war eine komplette Katastrophe. Frisch war sie definitiv nicht. Teilweise aufgewärmt trifft es besser. In der Mitte war sie kalt. Zudem fehlte es an Geschmack. Den Höhepunkt bildete die übergriffige Art des Kellners / Inhabers. Erst klopfte er mir mit der Speisekarte auf den Kopf. Danach stieß er sein Feuerzeug an meine Brust und drückte ab. Für ihn mag das ein "Witz" gewesen sein, für mich war es Belästigung. Er fasste mich und meine Begleiterin mehrfach am Oberkörper an. Schließlich griff er mir zweimal in die Haare und drückte mit seiner Hand auf meinen Kopf. So eine widerlich übergriffige Belästigung habe ich noch nie erlebt.

The atmosphere is very nice and cozy, easy parking. The staff is also super friendly and I felt completely comfortable. One star deducted because the taste of my spaghetti carbonara was rather average and too much egg and not enough parmesan were used for my taste. Still, it tasted good and I'd love to come back!

Een uitstekend restaurant met erg lekker en verzorgd eten. Attente, vlotte bediening en een gezellige sfeer. De prijzen zijn heel netjes.

We had the rigatoni with tomatoes and mushrooms and also the veal in a mushroom cream sauce. We both ordered a side of roasted potatoes and vegetables! Everything was delicious and the owner was very attentive, exchanging our plates and silverware after the vorspiese and bread were complete. The owner is quick to point out that he and these dishes are from Tuscany, not just generically Italian. He was very serious, but also very professional. We really enjoyed this place and would recommend it for a nice dinner for two!

Still the best quality pizza in the region, top class in terms of craftsmanship and taste! Unfortunately, the organization is noticeably overwhelmed: managing pick-up pizzas and serving restaurant customers at the same time doesn't work and sometimes leads to unacceptable waiting times. Neglect of the building (especially the outside area) is now noticeable.

Very humble italian restaurant for a reasonable price and high quality food. One time I had problems with my payment and the lady was completely understanding and offered me to pay at a later date. Only negatives would be the loud street at the location and rather small portions but with everything taken into consideration, you can’t complain at all. Would recommend 10/10 times

Were there by chance. The best veal scaloppine eaten so far. Absolute recommendation!!!

Ate there on May 3rd, 2024. Fantastic food, super friendly unobtrusive service and nice atmosphere. Of course a bit expensive, but worth every cent. We'd love to come back.

Portofino is a small, long-established restaurant with excellent Italian cuisine. Pizza, pasta, steaks and salad simply taste delicious there.

We ate here before going to the cinema. We waited forever for 2 pinsas, after asking we were assured that the food would be there soon. The order was probably forgotten, other tables around us ordered after us and got their food before us. We then had to eat relatively quickly in order to be on time for the film. But pinsa itself was very tasty.
