Dieses Restaurant ist einfach hervorragend! Das Essen war köstlich, der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam und das Ambiente war sehr schön. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Were there at the weekend during the Cologne Golf Week. For heaven's sake. Terrace looks like it is at the campsite. Nothing fits together.. you don't sit well and everything looks worn and dingy... This also has nothing to do with Clubhouse, because you always have the feeling that if you don't order food with wine, you'll be tolerated, but not is really welcome. There are no coasters for the drinks, tables are not clean, old bottles and glasses are not picked up... Ice cubes (we only had 35° - why should)... I'm really the last person who likes to write reviews like that, because I would rather give 5 stars. But if you play golf regularly and visit other courses, you quickly realize that unfortunately you can't get more than 2 out of 5 stars here. And the whole thing becomes even more incomprehensible when you start talking to the other guests and club members. Because the fact is, every second person finds it just as inappropriate and disrespectful to the guest. Because you are a customer, leave money and can at least expect a service... I hope the review is read and perhaps internalized to some extent. I'll definitely come back to play again in the next few weeks and if I notice that it's gotten better, I'll be happy to improve my rating. Until then. Best regards

A very beautiful spa park and treetop path with good restaurants

Even though it says open, we went there for free because the shop was closed. One would have liked to have known beforehand. 🙁

When I entered the restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised, it's nice and it works like that, but the service is a bit slow if you don't speak German, as a tourist I ignore your file, we wanted a table for two to eat, of course we didn't have a reservation, but there were enough places to sit, so we The lady seated us and then she said that we only had an hour to eat, the table was reserved, she could have told us at the entrance before she seated us, so we had a beer, we wanted to have another, but it took 15 minutes before someone noticed (we were sitting a short distance from the bar) that we have empty glasses, we preferred to pay the sli away.

I booked a table for 8 people and when I arrived at the restaurant I had to share a table with other people just because they were brasilian.. and we couldn’t choose our meal.. they selected 3 options for us!! I hate it!!

As the rating stands, for me it was the Abholung service that caught the eye. Some service personnel’s ignorant behavior led to some delays but since the quality was not a compromise I can let this one slide

Wurden schnell zu einem Tisch gebracht. Essen und trinken kam schnell und war lecker. war hier schon ein paar mal und gehe immer wieder gerne hier hin
