The meal was a poem, you sit quite comfortably in the courtyard of the box on unfortunately only moderately comfortable chairs; the service could use a touch more professionalism; Overall, despite the small limitations, 5 points.

5 stars – A wonderful evening at La Loggia Today we had another wonderful evening at La Loggia in Hildesheim. This time we treated ourselves to a small, delicious dinner: excellent pasta with summer truffles and perfectly grilled shrimps with garlic, accompanied by a fresh, crisp salad. As always, everything was prepared to perfection and with a lot of love. The cozy atmosphere and the friendly host always make you feel completely comfortable. What I noticed on one of our last visits: Unfortunately, some guests don't always behave respectfully. With all the love for the saying “The guest is king” – just as you call into the forest, it resonates. Kindness should always go both ways. For us, La Loggia remains a real insider tip for authentic Italian cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. We are already looking forward to the next time!

Great service, great ambience and most of all great food! After our third time here we are as excited as we were on the first day. Classic Italian food, perfectly prepared and served by a great host. A typical Osteria, we will always come back. The best Italian food in Hildesheim if you're not looking for pizza.

It was another very pleasant and cozy evening. The service was competent and professional. The food was once again excellent. With a recommendation, we started with a vegetable appetizer platter for four people, followed by fettuccine with summer truffles and beef fillet tips. Every detail was perfect. This was accompanied by one, or maybe two? Or three, bottles of chilled Italian rosé wine. Due to space constraints, the dessert was rather small and consisted mainly of grappa. We refrained from taking photos for the sake of the coziness. We highly recommend following this example: Leave the menu alone and let the super friendly staff advise you. Here they still cook properly and don't just serve prepared food. Regularly changing map (chalkboard). Special requests no problem. Everything fresh and great quality. And the price is still reasonable!

Small and pleasant trattoria with an upscale menu and daily specials as well as wines that match the menu. Reasonable price-performance ratio, fine and cozy atmosphere. Excellent service. A real insider tip. Fully recommended, reservation recommended. We were able to spend a few very pleasant hours there. Please keep it up! A great team in a great space. Unreservedly recommended.

Complete disaster!!! *RISK OF FOOD POISONING* The food didn't taste good at all, and apart from that, I felt bad afterwards. The next day I vomited and had bad stomach cramps. And I wasn't the only person who didn't feel well after eating. Not recommended.

A very nice little restaurant in a great setting. It took quite a long time for the food to arrive. I had pasta with beef fillet tips that tasted really fantastic. The dish would really have been worth its high price if it hadn't been so "clear" in terms of quantity.

I'm writing here at the risk that we won't get a place in the future... But we were just in Italy and it was like coming home :-) ... Everything just fits. The food, in my case the fish platter currently on offer, was perfect and really offered Italian highlights such as octopus, tuna and scampi (everything perfectly on point). The ambience is unique and the service is always attentive, despite a big celebration at the neighboring table. Thank you dear la Loggia team... Grazie mille

Good Italian restaurant in a quiet and picturesque courtyard. You can sit outside with a view of the old Freemason lodge building. The food is good, the salad extremely tasty. Tip: check the bill before you pay!

Upscale playground. If you can budget a hundred euros for two people: A MUST! Everything is homemade, that's how it tastes - DELICIOUS! Good portions for fine dining. Great wines, beautiful vineyard outside. Accessible to disabled people. Always happy if it fits into the budget.

Was there for the first time yesterday and was thrilled by the atmosphere, but unfortunately it stayed that way. The meal consisted of lots of pasta and 4 tiny cubes of fish, I was expecting a little more for €19, the wine was very good and the price/performance ratio was right. Unfortunately it was very cold in the restaurant because the door was always left wide open, the chef said after we pointed out that he was sweating... Sorry, but such an answer doesn't work. I think we'll try it outside again in the summer.

Top Italian with a nice wine list. Special requests are always fulfilled, special locations, outdoor spaces with a special flair. Original carbonara as well as many classics and high-quality dishes. Wines at fair prices from top wineries in Italy.

Pasta was ok, although the octopus was frozen, directly from the fridge. The owner doesn’t want to declare taxes so we had to go to the bank to get 250€ as he didn’t want us to pay by card. 30% Italian restaurant.

Update August 2023: Service and food is still at a very good level. A small point of criticism...we had a table outside and there was smoking a few tables away, even though there was a small child at the table. Perhaps you could ask smokers to smoke a little away from the tables ----- We had reserved and felt really comfortable as soon as we arrived. It was somehow like being in Italy with a nice welcome, nothing too fussy, a small, clear menu and, as we discovered, good food of good quality. We really enjoyed the evening, many thanks also to the service staff with the tattoos and the sometimes unconventional but refreshing customer service. The way seating was easily created for new guests, tables were rearranged and everything was rearranged again and again to simply be a host was heart-refreshing. This is how we imagine gastronomy, service and dealing with guests. If you don't feel comfortable here, you should perhaps consider whether it's your fault or your excessive sense of entitlement. Dear Osteria La Loggia, stay as you are and big praise also to the kitchen crew.

Kleines, schnuckeliges Restaurant, wo man sich als Gast sofort willkommen fühlt. Tolles Ambiente, tolles Essen, aufmerksame und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter - immer wieder schön und ein Erlebnis!

Sommertag. Mittagessen. Paar(Ü65). Platz im Garten gegenüber vom Logenhaus. Sehr freundlich und nett bedient worden. Und sehr gut und schmackhaft gegessen. Unterschiedliche Fischgerichte. Preis - Leistung angemessen. Gerne wieder. Viel Erfolg.

Das Essen hat super geschmeckt. Leider war die Portion zu groß.

Wirklich gutes und frisch zubereitetes Essen in perfekten Portionen. Wird es voll, wird es laut, das sollte klar sein, aber ansonsten absolut traumhaft und hoffentlich immer voll.

Tisch vorbestellen ist sinnvoll da es ein kleines Restaurant ist. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Hier gibt es keine Pizza was ich gut finde. Essen ist wirklich frisch und lecker. Von mir ein Daumen hoch.

Wir waren gleich nach der Öffnung das 1. Mal dort, da war es ziemlich chaotisch. War eine gute Idee nochmal dort zu reservieren : Essen war fantastisch👌, Service freundlich und aufmerksam👍, leider war es sehr laut aber der kleine Gastraum war auch komplett besetzt🥳. Insgesamt hat es uns aber sehr gut gefallen ❤️

Ein kleines Restaurant, in dem der Chef kocht und auch mal raus zu den Gästen kommt. Das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Die Karte wechselt wöchentlich und es gibt nicht nur "das Übliche", wobei man auf Nachfrage sicher auch die "Klassiker" bekommt. Das Weinangebot ist noch überschauhbar (immer noch "vorläufige Karte"), aber gut und lecker. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis passt!

Wir waren zu viert dort. Sehr leckeres Essen und der Service war aufmerksam. Auch spezielle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Von uns 5 Sterne und wir kommen wieder.

Leider hat sich alles verschlechtert. Und als Gast mit guten Manieren muss man sich nicht Massregeln lassen weil wir "Hallo" gerufen haben um Getränke nachzuordern. Denn wir wurden an unserem Tisch am Hofausgang ständig übersehen

Im August, zu unserer Silberhochzeit schenkte man uns einen Gutschein. Da ich selber 16 Jahre lang nebenberuflich auch in den edelsten Restaurants Dienst am Kunden verrichten durfte, weiß ich ganz gut zwischen high und low Performance zu unterscheiden. Die Bedienung mit kurzen Ärmeln, vielfarbig tätowiert ist nicht jedermanns Ding anzusehen wenn Speisen serviert werden. Die Karte konnte nicht erklärt oder übersetzt werden, die Speisen im Einzelnen nicht erläutert. Ein Hinweis auf Molto piccante? Fehlanzeige. Die Nudeln so scharf mit kleinsten Chili, dass man sich den ganzen Mund verbrennen konnte. Die Vorspeisen wurden bestellt, aber leider vergessen und es kam gleich der Hauptgang. Am Tisch nebenan fiel dem Chef noch ein volles Tablett mit Getränken um, weil unsere Bedienung ihn übersehen hatte und sie ihn anschubste. Die sanitären Anlagen, eine Katastrophe! Gestapeltes Toilettenpapier, ein Staubsauger und andere Utensilien, Sauberkeit? Naja! Unverputzte Wände, Flicken mit PU Schaum, da war Beethovens unvollendete Symphonie mit Abstand besser. Auch die anderen Speisen vorzüglich schmeckten, werden wir hier nicht wieder hingehen. Wenn das drum herum nicht stimmt, schmecken auch die besten Gerichte nicht.

Hier fehlt es am Ambiente, Umfeld zu laut für so ein kleines Lokal mit 25 Plätzen. Service gestresst. Essen gut

Wir waren heute mit 9 Personen unseres Stammtischs hier und ich denke, alle waren sehr zufrieden. Die Bestellungen kamen im angemessenen Zeitrahmen , waren schmackhaft und ausreichend. Der Wein und der Espresso waren sehr gut. Das Lokal hat ein äußerst angenehmes Ambiente. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. Beim nächsten Mal werde ich ein schönes Fischgericht wählen.

Super Lage, sehr freundliches Personal und Essen war ein Genuss. Kann ich wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!!!
