Habe jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal die Scampi Pizza bestellt und sie kam zum zweiten Mal mit den Schwänzen an den Scampis dran. Ich musste beide Male die Scampis selbst vom Schwanz trennen. Das ist absolut unprofessionell die Schwänze dran zu lassen. Aber scheint ja so ein Ding zu sein, da es jetzt schon das zweite Mal war. Nie wieder…

Läden, die kritische Rezensionen als "Diffamierung" löschen lassen, meide ich. Danke für ihre Antwort, das ist genau was ich meine, passt Ihnen eine Bewertung nicht, ist sie "Diffamierung". Sie entscheiden was wahr und was unwahr ist. So funktioniert Meinungsfreiheit nicht und macht Rezensionen zu einem Witz. Übrigens reagiert Google praktisch gar nicht, wenn man als Nutzer ganz offensichtlich von Firmen bezahlte Rezensionen meldet. Schade dass Google sowas macht.

Meine Lasagne war viel zu ölig und auch echt nicht lecker der käse liegt schweDie Lasagne war leider eine echte Enttäuschung. Schon beim ersten Blick fiel auf, dass sie viel zu ölig war. Auf der Oberfläche und zwischen den Schichten hatte sich Fett gesammelt, sodass das Gericht eher schwer und unangenehm wirkte als appetitlich. Statt einer saftigen, ausgewogenen Lasagne, bei der sich die verschiedenen Zutaten harmonisch ergänzen, hatte man das Gefühl, hauptsächlich Öl und Fett zu schmecken. Dadurch gingen viele der eigentlichen Aromen verloren, und die Lasagne wirkte insgesamt unausgewogen. Besonders der Käse war nicht gelungen. Er schmeckte nicht besonders gut und hatte weder eine angenehme Würze noch die cremige Konsistenz, die man von einer guten Lasagne erwartet. Statt das Gericht aufzuwerten, machte er es noch schwerer und fettiger. Nach dem Essen lag der Käse regelrecht im Magen und sorgte für ein unangenehmes Völlegefühl. Anstatt das Essen genießen zu können, fühlte man sich schnell überladen und träge. Auch geschmacklich konnte die Lasagne nicht überzeugen. Die einzelnen Zutaten kamen kaum zur Geltung, weil das viele Fett den Geschmack überdeckte. Die Tomatensauce wirkte wenig aromatisch, die Gewürze waren kaum wahrnehmbar, und insgesamt fehlte die Balance zwischen den verschiedenen Komponenten. Eine gute Lasagne lebt davon, dass Nudelplatten, Sauce, Fleisch, Gewürze und Käse zusammen ein harmonisches Gesamtbild ergeben. Hier hatte man jedoch den Eindruck, dass die Zutaten nicht richtig aufeinander abgestimmt waren. Insgesamt war die Lasagne deutlich zu fettig, zu schwer und geschmacklich enttäuschend. Der unangenehme, ölige Eindruck blieb auch nach dem Essen bestehen, und der Käse sorgte zusätzlich für ein schweres Gefühl im Magen. Statt eines herzhaften und genussvollen Gerichts hinterließ die Lasagne leider nur das Gefühl, etwas gegessen zu haben, das weder besonders lecker noch gut verträglich war. Daher würde ich diese Lasagne nicht noch einmal bestellen beziehungsweise genauso zubereiten, da sie meinen Erwartungen an eine gute Lasagne überhaupt nicht entsprochen hatr im Magen und war auch echt nicht lecker

Der Laden an sich ist ganz schön aber leider ist das Personal immer von Grund auf schlecht gelaunt und hat keine Lust auf ihren Job wir fühlten uns von Anfang an nicht wohl. Zudem wird man ganz seltsam angeguckt wenn man dort mit Kindern sitzt

Ich kann leider auch nur bestätigen, dass das Paxino als Restaurant stark nachgelassen hat. Das Positive zuerst, der Chef ist freundlich. Aber der gestrige Abend war unterirdisch. Auf der Pizza stand das Fett, die Zutaten waren auf einen Haufen geklatscht, nicht einmal richtig verteilt. Das Wasserglas meiner Tochter musste erst einmal mit einer Serviette nachgewischt werden.Die Biergläser benutze ich dort schon seit Monaten nicht mehr, sondern trinke lieber aus der Flasche. Die Bedienung (meist junge Aushilfskräfte) sind bemüht, verwechselten aber Olivenöl mit Aceto Balsamico, Bestellungen wurden vergessen und der Unterschied zwischen Quzo und Sambuca war auch nicht bekannt (geschweige denn, dass er angezündet wurde). Mein Verbesserungsvorschlag: anstelle mehrere Läden zu betreiben und ständig neue Geschäftsideen umzusetzen, wäre es sicher hilfreich, die Aufmerksamkeit auf ein Geschäft zu lenken und dort mit besserem Essen und besserem Service das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wieder zu korrigieren.

Sehr leckeres Eis. Sehr nettes Personal. Man kann gut draußen sitzen. Es ist alles überdacht.

Ambiente ist top! Allerdings lassen die Mitarbeiter zu wünschen übrig, hängen ständig am Smartphone, Cappuccino war fast kalt, Iced Matcha schmeckte überhaupt nicht… Wurde viel zu stark dosiert, ich glaube der Herr wusste nicht so recht wie man einen Matcha zubereitet… Schade für 5,80€. ;-(

Sind ja Bremen nach Hildesheim zu Besuch gekommen. Nach einer Online-Recherche nach den besten Italienern, bin ich auf Paxino gestoßen. Auf der Online-Karte von derer offiziellen Webseite stand, dass hausgemachte Pasta angeboten wird. Klingt soweit ziemlich super und authentisch. Wenn man den Laden betritt, merkt man schon anhand des Klientels und der Besatzung, dass es sich eher um stark "eingedeutschte" Küche handeln könnte. Nachdem man einen Blick auf die physische Karte wirft, fällt direkt auf, dass die Gerichte auf der Online-Karte nicht mal ansatzweise vorhanden sind. Stattdessen komplett andere Gerichte. Da ich vegetarisch bin, war ich also dazu gezwungen die Spagetti mit Linsenbolognese zu bestellen. Klingt auch erstmal so, als könnte es trotzdem gut schmecken. Leider eine komplette Fehlanzeige... Sowohl die Nudeln als auch die Soße waren komplett übersalzen und haben wirklich trostlos geschmeckt. Nach dem zweiten Biss fing ich schon an Sodbrennen zu bekommen, wegen des starken Salz- und Säuregehalts. Der Service war wirklich freundlich, aber das Essen hat wirklich nicht überzeugt, nicht italienisch geschmeckt und war womöglich auch vorgekocht bzw. vorher aufbereitet, weil das Essen schon nach 5-7 Minuten kam. Dennoch Lob an den netten Service und an die Küche würde ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen das Essen zumindest abzuschmecken, wenn man keine klassische italienische Küche anbietet. Und bitte passt wirklich eure Webseite an! Ich hätte wirklich die hausgemachten Ravioli probiert, aber leider Pustekuchen...

Das Essen und das Eis ist für die gelieferte Qualität viel zu teuer ! Kleine Portionen , extrem überhöhte Preise . Das Eis wird als premium angepriesen, leider ein Reinfall ? Schade

Das Paxino lässt immer mehr zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten einen Cappuccino in der Mittagssonne bestellt. Dieser wurde nur in "Lauwarm" gebracht. Nach der Reklamation wurde uns ein neuer heißer Cappu gebracht, mit den Worten, der erste hat wohl zu lange am Tresen gestanden. Der neue war zwar heiß, hat aber für einen Italienischen Cappuccino nach nichts geschmeckt. Welch ein schlechtes Zeugniss für eine Italienische Lokalität, denn nach dem neuen Konzept ist Masse wichtiger als Klasse.....wir kommen nicht mehr 😡

Das Essen war gut. Bei meiner Lasagne kam leider der typische Bechamelgeschmack nicht durch. Die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich. Es ist meiner Ansicht nach eine zu nüchterne Atmosphäre. Am Samstag Abend war es sehr voll, daher empfehle ich eine Tischreservierung. Es gibt viele Parkplätze, die nach einer Stunde kostenpflichtig sind. Die erste Stunde ist kostenfrei.

In meinem Essen war leider ein Stück Kunststoff drinnen. Weitere Erklärungen von dem Chefkoch haben wir auch nicht bekommen. Das Essen wurde nicht abgerechnet. Der Service war ausgesprochen höflich und zuvorkommend. Das hätte ich mir von der Küchenleitung bei so einem Ereignis eigentlich gewünscht. Leider komme ich hier nie wieder hin.

Vielen Dank an Lina, die uns am Tisch vom DRK mit ihrer Freundlichkeit exzellent bedient und bewirtet hat. Lina ist für mich eine der nettesten Bedienung in unserer Stadt. Sie macht ihre Arbeit mit vollem Herzblut und Einsatz. Sowas erlebt man nur noch äußerst selten. Vielen DANK Lina! 👍👏

Sorry italienische Gastfreundschaft geht anders einmal und nie wieder.

Wir waren an einem Samstag Abend dort. Das Restaurant war gut besucht, wer sicher sein will, sollte wohl reservieren, das geht hier auch noch am aktuellen Tag. Die Servicekraft war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam allen ggü. Die Gerichte kamen zügig und gleichzeitig. Die hausgemachte Limo war lecker. Für den Preis wären etwas weniger Eiswürfel und mehr Getränk ( im frostigen Winter) angebracht gewesen. Die Pasta Verde war lecker und ausreichend bemessen, die Nudeln aber leider zu weich. Die gut würzigen getrockneten Tomaten waren „ganz“ und unter den Nudeln verborgen - es gab ein Messer 😉 Wir wollten danach zu den Lichtungen, da hat es gut gepasst, dass wir für den kompletten Besuch nur einer Stunde benötigten. Gerne wieder. Sanitärinformation: Zugang nicht barrierefrei, da im Keller. Sauber, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber noch ok.

Leckeres Essen im tollen Ambiente. Beim Burger war ich erst skeptisch, ist ja nicht so typisch italienisch. Aber er ist richtig gut, in jeder Variante. Auch zum Liefernlassen sehr zu empfehlen.

Abgesehen vom Eis, was wirklich lecker ist, sind die Pizzen nichtmal durchschnitt. Die Zutaten, vor allem die Pepperoni, ist geschmacklos. Der Teig ist so dünn, dass er an manchen Stellen Löcher hat. Fazit: Schmeckt nicht, viel zu Teuer, absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Delicious pizza and delicious (spaghetti) ice cream. A point deducted, however, for the restrooms and the staircase, both of which are in dire need of renovation. The indoor area is relatively small, but the outdoor area is much larger and covered. We'll be back again and again 😊

You can stop here for either delicious ice cream or a lovely Italian meal. We were here again yesterday for ice cream, and the Krokant-Becker (croquant beaker) was delicious. The ambiance outside isn't that great, but under the glass roof you're always well protected from the rain. We really needed that on our last visit to Galgenberg.

I ordered the retro ice cream cabinet. The service was excellent throughout! The ice cream was delicious! It really enhanced our event. All of the guests sampled the delicious ice cream and were thrilled.

This is the second time I've had ice cream here. Both times it's been delicious. The café crema is also very good. Very friendly and attentive service. You don't have to wait long. Sitting outside under the parasols is especially nice. I'll be back more regularly.

We rented the ice cream display for our son's first day at school. To put it briefly, it was simply wonderful! From start to finish. Great service and indescribably delicious ice cream (by far the best in Hildesheim, in my opinion)! The ice cream display was a huge hit; I received huge compliments from all the guests. And of course, it was great fun for the kids to be able to just help themselves to whatever they wanted. I can understand only too well that they just didn't want to stop. :) You're doing a great job, don't stop!

We booked catering with a pasta and ice cream cart for our son's baptism – simply fantastic! The organization and coordination went completely smoothly, and all deadlines and agreements were reliably met. We also booked beer tent sets with covers and gazebos – everything was perfectly prepared here, too. Our special requests were accommodated without any problems. The guests were thrilled with the homemade ice cream (including vegan varieties), and the pasta made from a Parmesan wheel was a real highlight. The on-site staff were super friendly, attentive, and contributed to the perfect event. We don't have a party like this often – but we would definitely book it again! Many thanks to the entire team – highly recommended!

First of all: it was an online order. The delivery time was perfectly fine, but when the delivery person arrived, immediately after a "Hi," I was greeted with the following: "1. Don't order through Lieferando, you've easily overpaid by €7-8. 2. Call or order on our website so you'll know for the future." Nice information in itself, but unfortunately the tone was quite unfriendly. Then, the food. I had a burger with chicken schnitzel and sweet potato fries. The sweet potato fries unfortunately came sealed in a cardboard box, so they were completely soggy, and the bottom half was more like a mixture of soup due to condensation and porridge because everything was so soggy. On top of that, for almost €25, there was no sauce included, which was great. The burger itself unfortunately came packaged with a plastic lid, so the burger was also completely soggy. The bread tasted like bad doner kebab bread, and the meat wasn't particularly tender and was practically smothered in sauce. What was missing from the fries was just too much on the burger. We also chose a type of pasta. The pasta was so smothered in sauce and cream cheese that finding a pasta dish felt like searching for a needle in a haystack. I don't want to deny that it might taste significantly better in person—after all, we've never eaten there—but in my opinion, the delivery concept needs to be revised.

We ordered catering for our children's baptism – at a place where we usually like to get ice cream. There was antipasti, cappuccino lasagna, ravioli, and mini paninis, and what can I say: Everything was absolutely delicious! The portions were very generous, so everyone was truly satisfied. Our guests also gave us consistently positive feedback. We highly recommend the catering and will definitely order from them again for future celebrations. Thank you for the amazing food!

Went to Paxino Ice Cream with my fiancée and unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing. When we arrived, we were completely ignored for the first 10 minutes, even though there was nobody else waiting to be served. After we finally ordered, it took another 15 minutes to get our ice cream. I had the kiwi becher and my fiancée had the strawberry (erdbeere) becher. Both were mostly warm, strange-tasting whipped cream with just a small amount of watery ice cream. The texture and taste were really off. When we wanted to pay, we were again ignored. We even went inside to ask someone, and still got no response. Honestly, I do not recommend coming here for table service or for becher ice cream. That said, their ice cream in cones is actually good—so maybe just stick to that if you go.

Paxino is an Italian restaurant-café located in Hildesheim, with a beautiful terrace where you can appreciate "the beauty of doing nothing " as italian say , there' s two locations restaurants and cafe. The cusine fusion of modern and traditional Italian, all made with high quality ingredients for refined palates. The wine list offers great option so do the cocktail. If you want a great aperitif, you can go to the cafe in the city center. The pastry shop is really various, with a wide selection of artisanal ice creams. I had a delicious crumble cake with raspberries and an arancine. The coffee is extremely delicious thanks to the high quality coffee machine, the cafeteria offers numerous options such as matcha or chai latte.

Although I placed my order relatively late for 12 people, it was processed very quickly and professionally. We all enjoyed the food. You could hardly ask for better service.

I don't want to complain, I just want to be more friendly. We have been customers of this store for many years and will remain so. The rest of the employees are nice and the ice cream here is delicious 😋

The Paxino restaurant is absolutely recommended! We called spontaneously and asked for a place for 13 people. Despite the restaurant being busy, an area was quickly and easily organized for us by pushing a few tables together - really great service! The evening was relaxed, the service was extremely friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, from starters to main courses everything was fresh and tasty. It was definitely not our last visit. We wanted to try a nice Italian restaurant. The food wasn't very Italian. As a starter we chose tuna tartare with avocado. It felt like it was seasoned with some kind of chili oil and was very spicy! You don't expect something like that from an Italian restaurant. As a main course, spaghetti with sun-dried tomatoes. Nicely prepared, but the pasta was completely dry and stuck to each other. Disappointing. Ambiance and service good.

The paxino is a delicious shop that sells ice cream or warm dishes. I often go to the shop and I'm not disappointed every time because it's super tasty. I can recommend the shop!

Went to lunch with three people on a whim. A positive thing for me was that the "Penne all arribiata" actually had good spiciness, delicious. My daughter can recommend the "Spaghetti Carbonara" and my wife was very satisfied with her "Cannelloni Vegetaris".

We sat on the very nice terrace outside, which is really recommended, especially in the warm evening hours. Our waiter, Trang, gave us very good advice about the starter and main course. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the evening. Thanks for the great service and food :)

Wir konnten hier sicher vor Sturm und Regen unter dem Glasdach sitzen. Sowohl die Speisen der umfangreichen Karte, als auch die bestellten Tagesgerichte schmeckten allen hervorragend. Der Fisch war wirklich frisch, die Pizza lecker und manche Nudelgerichte sogar hausgemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Panino Ruccola et Parma - himmlisch. Das Eis war in Ordnung , aber kein Highlight. Sehr netter Service! Wir kommen wieder!

Unfortunately, the waffles for ice cream are very cheap and therefore extremely fragile. When I served it, the waffle burst in my hand and I held both balls in my hand at once. A sundae was held out to me so I could dispose of the ice cream - or so I thought. After washing my hands, I had already paid, and I received this ice cream sundae with the balls that I caught with my unwashed hands. My complaint was laughed at. Do you also help yourself in the kitchen and then make the dough for your pizza?

The pizza looked great and was super tasty. The ice cream afterwards was also great. The service was very nice and attentive. Been here a few times and always like to come back.

Service inattentive, very casual, menus had to be requested, don't know which is the mineral or the still water. That's it...but serving Greek feta out of foil on an Italian antipasti plate...and you also had to ask for oil and vinegar - NO GO!
