The location itself was very good, the service staff was very friendly and responded to the guests' wishes. We were there for a birthday party. Unfortunately, a lot of the food was cold and raw! Unfortunately, the chef wasn't very critical when asked about it. The good and very nice service made up for this over the course of the evening!

Classic sports restaurant. So it's more functionally furnished. Service great. Attentive and friendly, thumbs up. Had kale with fresh and smoked Bregenwurst. Both good. Freshness was better for me personally. Unfortunately there was no belly meat. Potatoes a little underdone. Mustard ok. Were there for the second time and will probably do it again.

Update 10/20/24: Smashed Burger WOW incredibly good. On May 6th, 2023 we were in the tennis room again after many years. About the food: We had the burger and schnitzel, both very tasty and freshly prepared About the staff: Two nice waitresses, attentive and quick (no unskilled assistants like in some places) About the “ambience”: We sat nicely in the sun on the terrace with a view of the tennis courts. It's just a club restaurant for everyone! Neither more nor less. The bicycle parking spaces are great. Definitely recommended for a stop after a bike tour or walk at Hohnsen.

My friend, our dog and I visit the Tennisstübchen regularly and are always happy to recommend it to others. Fresh flowers and real candles are on the tables. Although it is too cold to sit outside, there are flowers outside and small lights there too provide a nice welcome. The service is very attentive and the food is always really tasty, whether it's chicken pans, schnitzels or ribs. The prices for this are fair. Only the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities still needs some improvement.

The food is super delicious. I had ordered ribs. There was also a delicious dip and homemade coleslaw. My friends and the rest of the family had delicious burgers. The service was great. As soon as the glasses and plates were empty, we were asked if we had any further wishes. At the end there was a delicious schnapps on the house. I can highly recommend the tennis room.

So I've eaten here several times now. Food delicious, inexpensive and more than friendly service.. Mushroom pans very very very tasty. So let's go. 😉

Even though there was a lot going on as soon as it opened, we were served friendly and quickly. The food as a whole was tasty, although the fries had clearly too much seasoning salt in both portions.

Nice service, but the food doesn't exceed a good standard. Schnitzel was good, the burger was totally greasy and relatively tasteless.

Service is top. The prices are absolutely fair and the food tastes very good. I had read that there was Smashburger there and of course I had to try it 😁What can I say, I wouldn't be disappointed. Gladly again.

Despite a confirmed reservation, we were not offered food or a seat. No apology was given for not passing on the reservation. It's a shame if you want to eat locally. Food cannot be rated

We were there today at 5 p.m., apart from currywurst and tarte flambée there was nothing else to eat, which I found very weak because according to the opening times it only opens at 4 p.m

Today we got a super delicious currywurst to take home.

We were there on Saturday to watch the Bundesliga. Since we wanted to see Cologne - Dortmund, a second television was quickly set up. The service and atmosphere were very good. The food was delicious . Until next time, thank you very much.

Waren gestern Abend,das erste Mal da. Das Essen war sehr 😋 und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Immer wieder. Der Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam 👍

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente Sehr nette Gastronomen Sehr leckeres zubereitetes Essen

2 Schnitzel mit Kroketten bestellt. Bedienung qae aufmerksam und freundlich. Schnitzel sehr gut paniert und durchgebraten. Sauce lecker mit frischen Pilzen. Essen hatte gute Note 2. Schnitzel könnte für meine Verhältnisse mehr Würze haben. Preis war sehr gut. Komme gern wieder :-)

Hatten einen Tisch vorbestellt, was aber nicht nötig gewesen wäre. Essen stand schnell auf dem Tisch. Frisch geklopftes Schnitzel mit Beilagen. War O.K.

Gastronomie ist hell freundlich und sehr sauber. Bedienung war ausgesprochen freundlich, zuvorkommend dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Essen schmeckt sehr gut und war toll angerichtet.

Wir sind ein langes Wochenende in Hildesheim und beim radeln hier vorbei. Nettes Personal, überschaubare Karte , Fahrradstellplatz .... Es gab Kaffee u. Kuchen am Nachbartisch und wir hatten einen leckeren Burger +Pommes 👍🍻🍔🍟
