Pizzeria Da Massimo in Reisbach

Man bestellt telefonisch eine Pizza und es wird einem gesagt, das sie in 20 Minuten fertig sei. Angekommen am schmuddeligen Etablissement, also von außen zumindest betrachtet, stellt man fest, das noch nicht einmal mit der Bestellung angefangen wurde. Wartend auf mein Essen, stellte ich ebenfalls fest, das der ganze Gästebereich schmutzig ist. Boden, Tische, Decke und ja selbst der Tresen war mit Staub bedeckt. Überall Spinnweben und lieblose Plastik Deko. Eigentlich weiß man auch nicht ob man sich in einem Lokal befindet oder in einem Büro oder einer Abstellkammer. Der junge Herr hinter dem Tresen, war auch lieber mit seinem Handy beschäftigt, anstatt einen Putzlappen in die Hand zu nehmen. Weil Gäste, waren außer mir, ja keine da. Ich hoffte, das ein gute Pizza die ersten Eindrücke wieder wet machen konnte. Naja, lange Rede kurzer Sinn, ich habe selten so eine schlechte Pizza gegessen. Es gibt ja schon teilweise bessere Tiefkühl-pizzen. In allen Bereichen, herrscht extremer nachhol bedarf und zwar sehr schnell. Sonst wird es bald sehr schnell und sehr steil, bergab gehen. Eventuell wäre auch ein Praktikum bei einem anständigen italienischem Restaurant empfehlenswert. Eine Schulung in service und Ambiente wird dringend empfohlen. Ich bin selbst in der Gastronomie tätig und weiß wovon ich rede. Weil bei so einer „schlamperei” wäre die ein oder andere Kündigung schon längst geschrieben. So etwas schmerzt in der Koch Ehre. Und noch etwas zum Schluss: putzen und Sauberkeit sind in einem Restaurant das A und O!!!

Ich bin immer noch fassungslos über diesen Besuch. Was hier geboten wurde, war nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern schlicht respektlos gegenüber den Gästen. Schon beim Reinkommen wirkte alles lieblos und chaotisch, und dieses Gefühl hat sich leider komplett bestätigt. Die Pizza war geschmacklich ein absoluter Reinfall – extrem fad, und offensichtlich ohne jede Sorgfalt zubereitet. Dafür Geld zu verlangen grenzt schon an Dreistigkeit. Geschmack, Qualität oder Frische waren hier schlicht nicht vorhanden. Der Service war praktisch nicht existent. Die Bedienung war durchgehend unaufmerksam, hat nie zum Tisch geschaut und ließ einen komplett links liegen. Man hatte permanent das Gefühl, zu stören, anstatt willkommen zu sein. Insgesamt ein peinlicher, geschmackloser und völlig unprofessioneller Laden. Kein gutes Essen, kein Service, keine Atmosphäre. Ein Besuch war mehr als genug – definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

Nicht das goldene vom Ei, sucht euch lieber was anderes.

Essen ok. Pizza gut. Nudeln teilweise schrecklich. Zum abholen geht es. Zum essen vor Ort kann man nur abraten. Die kleine schwarzhaarige Bedienung ist unfreundlich, langsam, versteht eigentlich kein Deutsch aber Augen verdrehen kann sie gut. Mit so einer Bedienung kann man sich echt das Geschäft kaputt machen. Kann ich nicht verstehen.

Man kommt rein kein hallo man wird nur angeschaut mit einen Blick das man rückwärts wieder raus will geochen hat es auch nicht gut die Speisen karte hat geglebt dann habe ich die Getränke bestellen wollen darunter ein stilles Wasser mit Strohhalm für mein kind darauf kamm dann musst du erst gehen kaufen dabei hat sie die augen verdreht wie das essen ist kann ich nix sagen nach der Aktion hatte ich keine lust da was zu essen Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen und werde da auch nicht mehr hingehen

Einfach klasse! Linguini mit Venusmuscheln 1A, Pizza Romana 1A, Preis 1A und oben drauf noch ein netter Spielplatz- was will man mehr :)))

I can't comment on the location; I always order for pickup. The quality of the dishes has declined significantly; they're probably cutting corners. It was better when the truck was still in Marklkofen. Card payments aren't possible yet, which isn't a problem, but it was strange for me in 2025. You can grab something to go if you're in a hurry, but I probably wouldn't host a family reunion there.

We were there today with 5 people. It took over an hour for our order to be taken (drinks and food). We weren't even asked if we wanted something to drink. It can happen that you have to wait for food. Unfortunately, the drinks and food only arrived after almost 2 hours. Bruschetta on pizza dough?? This is normally served on a baguette. It used to be like this, perhaps they are trying to cut costs. Other dishes are also served on pizza dough instead of the usual baguette. Service was overwhelmed despite there being hardly any customers... Food was tasty but cold and still not recommended if nothing else changes.

Massimo's pizza truck in Marklkofen was worlds better! After he moved to the restaurant in Reisbach, it declined everywhere. I repeated everything three times on the phone, but when I went to pick up the pizza, there were no German-speaking staff. The manager wrote down my order incorrectly, so I had to wait another 30 minutes. I also witnessed a situation involving two girls who had picked up their parents' pizza while they were sitting in their car, and he didn't have a small change... to which the girl replied, "Whatever, I'll give it to you." Sad that he declined everywhere. I really enjoyed eating pizza and tiramisu at his place!

We were there today with several people who had reservations, and they knew how many people were coming. The service was completely unorganized. When the large pizzas, etc., were brought, there weren't even any plates on the table, and my wife helped distribute the plates so the other people could eat. The service was uneven, rather than one after the other. We had to wait almost half an hour for drinks, and the Coke was still carbonated. The food tasted like ready meals. Then we ordered garlic bread to dip the cream sauce for my pasta dish and got a pizza with garlic tomato sauce. We thought we knew the difference between bread and pizza. We also had to get our own salt and pepper. After we were finished, we had to ask three times whether we could pay, because they would rather clear the next table. Reisbach really has a lot to offer, but I personally won't be seeing this restaurant again; I'd rather spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. The best part is saved for last, and it's really funny... the restaurant owner goes to my wife in the grocery store and tells her that he bought the still Coke there, and that's probably the problem. Of course, the grocery store opens all the bottles before selling them to release the carbonation. 😂😂😂

Today we ate in Reisbach for the first time, it was excellent, top food, very large portion of mixed salad, simply great. Highly recommended

This is the only pizzeria where the pizza, pasta dishes, and fish are absolutely outstanding. We've been customers for 25 years and have always been completely satisfied. Simply a true Sicilian.

They're open until 10 p.m. and then you drive there and they're closed.

Friendly service but unfortunately very overwhelmed. We waited almost 2 hours for the starter while people picking up the food walked past us with (counted out!) 11 pizzas. Guests on site, not just us, were not provided with food for the full 2 ​​hours. Unfortunately I can't speak of good service here. Went to Bayern Park last week. And we were really hungry afterwards. Then we found the pizza. We had pizza and pasta and I have to say that it was really tasty.

Pizza is really great 👍 Service is very nice and quick. Food came very quickly 👍 great price. The tiramisu is also very tasty. I'm glad you got it under control. A little tip: switch on the lights in the restaurant when you are open, not just when customers are there. You often get the impression that you're closed when the lights are off. And in the toilet the light goes out after just 1 minute and you sit in the dark. But these are just small things that can certainly be improved. Overall I am satisfied and will visit you more often now.

Finally a very good restaurant at this address again! This was our third time eating at “Da Massimo”. The last time there were six of us in the restaurant. The food therefore took about 45 minutes to arrive. Otherwise everything was really great! The service and the boss were very friendly, the selection of pizza and pasta dishes is huge and the pizza bases are a dream! Bruschetta and pasta were also very good. Clear recommendation!

You can't even reach us by phone anymore, at least no one answers the phone and it rings forever or you're thrown straight off the line. This was never a problem at the old location, and the food was better too.

The service staff was a bit overwhelmed. The pizza was good. The red pepper in my daughter and I's mixed salad was moldy. As compensation, my son-in-law was given the cold espresso. I wanted to take half the pizza with me, but didn't get it. I'd rather pay more and get the quality and service right.

I hope the operator can hold on. Unfortunately, the reputation has suffered somewhat due to the somewhat bumpy start. Unfortunately, people remember things like that. I was surprised and can only report positive things about our last visit. The new waiter was very nice, courteous and very attentive. The restaurant was heated to a pleasant temperature and was very cozy. The pizzas and salads we had were very tasty and there is nothing to complain about. All the best for the future and I would like Reisbach to be able to hold on.

Wer zu sehr(!) vernünftigen Preisen auch in den aktuell schwierigen Zeiten noch hervorragend italienisch essen möchte, der ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Wunderbare, abwechslungsreiche diverse Nudelgerichte (und wer hier über kleine Portionen klagt ???) und so ziemlich die besten Pizzen weit und breit in klassisch italienischem Stil mit knusprigem Teigrand und (das ist mir wichtig) niemals durchweicht mit ebenfalls perfekt gebratenem Teigboden. Noch ein Tip von Wohnmobilist zu Wohnmobilisten: Einen Tag im nahegelegenem Bayernpark kann man hier am Abend perfekt abrunden. Und wer dann nach einem oder zwei Gläsern Rotwein nicht mehr weiter fahren möchte, der wird vom Wirt freundlichst eingeladen, hier auf dem Parkplatz eine ruhige Nacht zu verbringen. Übrigens auch ein Tip für die mobilen Camper, die von Norddeutschland an das Mittelmeer fahren: Dieses Restaurant ist nur einen Katzensprung von der "blauen Route" in den Süden entfernt!

Gepflegtes, familiär geführtes Restaurant mit schöner Außenterrasse. Wir hatten super leckere Pizzen und einen sehr guten Salat zu einem vergleichsweise günstigen Preis. Für Kinder gibt es eine Spielgelegenheit im Außenbereich. Des weiteren sind ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.

Eine echte italienische Pizzeria mit ausgezeichneten italienischen Gerichten und Nachspeisen. Sehr freundlich, sehr herzlich, sehr zu empfehlen.

pizza schmeckt göttlich. Mehr braucht man nicht sagen. einfach göttlich. Nudeln lecker ABER!!! Ich erwarte die 3 fache Portion für dieses Geld. Doppelte Portion ist ebenfalls indiskutabel.

Sehr gute Pizzen für sehr gute Preise. Hat alles super geschmeckt. Die Getränke und das Essen kamen sehr schnell, die Rechnung dauerte dann aber schon etwas. Im großen Ganzen aber sehr zu empfehlen.
