You are not greeted in a friendly way, all the waiters (except for the woman that day) made a face as if no one really wanted to serve. The food... I would have eaten much better at home. No taste, tough meat, the tomato sauce was more than disappointing in taste, tasted like an opened can of parsed tomatoes. And that at the “Italian”. It's a shame about the money, it's a shame about our time, we definitely won't be coming back and won't recommend it to anyone! Peace!

We like the food (pizza, pasta, meat, fish, starters). The service is always great, attentive, friendly, and familiar.

Having been a regular guest in this wonderful restaurant for 10 years, I would like to publicly give my feedback today: I have never been disappointed, the service is personal and friendly and the menu changes so frequently that it never gets boring. A small restaurant, but with a lot of seats. It's best to reserve here in advance as it is very busy. The pizza was really tasty and the price/performance ratio was also right. It's definitely worth a visit.

The restaurant opens its hall for guests who want to watch the SC Freiburg football game on the big screen. It said half an hour before the game started. We stood in the cold for over a quarter of an hour, waiting in front of a closed door. The staff unfriendly and unprofessional. The hall is unheated and uncomfortable. You felt like you had to apologize for wanting to order something. The pizza was an absolute disaster, such a disgrace in an Italian restaurant. We cannot recommend the restaurant. There is a lack of friendliness, quality, everything. Maybe the restaurant is overwhelmed with football fans. My husband and I counted about 100 in the room. The guests in the small dining room may have been treated better. We're not going there anymore. There is better.

A well defined Italian restaurant in Melbourne. The waiters are very attentive to customer. They would try all the best to accommodate your needs amd diahes. We went there for a group of colleagues amd everyone rightfully emjoyed their diahes. Although I am not that femilier with Italian diahes, but items was taste. I ordered an extra coffee at the end of my dinner. When requested the server to bring my addon bill, he politely said that it was on the house. That was a surprise welcome. 🙂😊

The restaurant is nicely decorated. Both the interior and exterior have space for many people. We had reserved in advance. The staff were friendly, the food was good. Unfortunately, the tomatoes in the bruschetta were not skinned. Reservation is recommended.

Went to this Italian restaurant for the first time today, were served very nicely and were quickly provided with drinks, and the food was also prepared quickly. We ate Pinsa for the first time and it was very tasty, so it was a good recommendation from our waitress. However, I would find a little more hygiene and comfort in the external seating area.
