Authentic Italian Ristorante with very nice service. The selection of dishes isn't that big, but everything was delicious.

We recommend! The food was to die for, especially the tagliatelle with parmesan cream and truffles. We were there today for the first time, but definitely not the last. The service also deserves 5 stars.

Weak food, mediocre service, nice ambience: Looking for a nice Italian restaurant that does more than carpaccio and pasta, we thought we had found it here. But were disappointed. The octopus was well cooked, but undressed lamb's lettuce and balsamic vinegar from the squeeze bottle were a hindrance. Due to an allergy to milk, the celery puree was replaced with boiled potatoes. A bit unimaginative and not very appropriate. The second starter, a terrine, also turned out to be a mediocre meatloaf. For the main course, two well-cooked pieces of monkfish, but covered in a sauce made from flour and olive water. Very salty and slimy. Plus a lot of garlic. Soft-drilled vegetables. The second main course: pasta with swordfish and pistachio pesto. Unsightly gray, small cubes of dry swordfish. The service wasn't good either. He is silent and grumpy. The request for a little more time to read the menu for the Prosecco we ordered was met with disapproval. Everything is very taciturn. The wine bottle was opened and refills were occasionally added. That was good! The wine glasses come from a different time, when thick glasses were still pretty. Everything happened very quickly, so our visit to the restaurant, which had been planned as a leisurely evening, was over after a little over an hour. For two courses and two people with wine €160. Conclusion: food, dishes and service from the 90s.

The restaurant is very comfortably furnished. The waitress was unsure when asked about allergens in the dishes, and the information was rather non-binding. The dishes were solid but very salty. In the picture you can see the deer terrine with plums for €18. Afterwards there was the Busiate with swordfish and pistachio pesto for €19. The terrine was delicious and slightly warm. The pasta was al dente but the fish was overcooked. The pistachios could hardly be tasted. The wine selection was good, but the white wine was unfortunately too warm.

Always a pleasure. As an Italian you know what La Dolce Vita and Gusto means: Limoni! You have to deal with the humor or the style of the Italians or leave it alone. that's it ;)

We came full of anticipation, took our time with the selection, but were then very disappointed. The shearfish was far too salty, the side dish was poor, the duck was tough, and the only thing that was really tasty was the lasagna. That took away our appetite for dessert. A pity. Not again.

Visually pretty to look at, but that was also the most positive impression I could get. I was there for the first and last time. We were there as part of an event with a slightly larger group without a reservation, which gradually arrived. The staff was visibly overwhelmed and probably compensated for this with an unfriendly demeanor and inappropriate comments. The lunch menu had little choice, so I ordered penne with salmon and tomato cream sauce. At first we were surprised at the low prices, but when I got my dish it was a white-fleshed fish, probably pollack. This could definitely have been noted on the menu instead of advertising it as authentic salmon. The taste of the food was so-so, good but nothing special. You could only pay from an amount of 35€, which was also not signposted anywhere, and we sat there a bit stunned because no one had any cash with them. Luckily one person paid for everything and we sorted it out between us via PayPal, but that seemed a bit dubious. When one person in the group praised the food, the waiter just said dryly, "Thank you, but please don't ever come with a group like that again," is that still okay? We could have simply said from the start that large groups were not wanted, then we would have moved on straight away. Absolutely cheeky and dubious. Won't go there anymore.

Cozy place it was too full but cozy. Not too loud to talk to ones. First course was came fast grill Optupus was ok.. A little gummy but ok. Main course I had duck breast it was not pink in the middle. It take look from the Chinese restaurant but it was good. And my friend had Deer meat the wine marinated in red wine.... It was a little sour not good he didn't like. The servicer explained but for my friend it wasn't good.

Osteria Limoni is a great restaurant for Italian cuisine. The food is delicious and fresh, the service is friendly and quick, and the ambience is cozy and elegant.

Very tasty upscale Italian cuisine, very courteous service, top ingredients. The stuffed Talegio or the warm shrimp salad --> excellent starters, the main courses very tasty (monkfish, pasta with swordfish) Everything was very tasty - gladly again!

Osteria Limoni is an incredibly beautiful Italian restaurant at the old fire station. We, a group of 11, were thoroughly pampered. The food was delicious and the service was definitely worth the price. People always remained very friendly, although there were a few extra requests from colleagues.

Das Essen kam leider zu spät, sodass wir beinahe das Konzert verpasst haben. Ansonsten war alles gut und lecker.

Preis-Leistungs-Qualität Verhältnis beim Mittagstisch ok, um 1€/ Portion im letzten Monat verteuert. Vom Öl im Beilagensalat über den delikat zubereiteten, frischen Fisch bis zum cafè, tutto a posto. Macht Lust auf einen ausgedehnten Abenbesuch.

Tolle Karte und gutes essen, Service so la la. Fehler bei Bestellaufnahme (vegetarisch bestellt, keine Anerkennung oder Wiedergutmachung) und lange Wartezeiten - auch bei Bezahlung. Sind wohl zu fünft überlastet, wenn Biergarten ausgebucht ist.

Ein wunderbares Restaurant mit italienischen Flair. Das Essen ist frisch und hervorragend. Trotz der kleinen Karte ist für jeden Geschmack gesorgt. Das Personal ist sehr familiär zu den Gästen und stets aufmerksam.

Ein gemütliches (unser Lieblings-) Restaurant mit schöner Außenterrasse. Bei der Pizza bekommt man einen schönen knusprig-dünnen Rand, die Nudeln sind mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet und die Weine sind alle hervorragend und günstig.

Mein Lieblings Restaurant in Mannheim - sehr netter Service, super Gerichte. Ob Pizza, oder mehrere Gänge. Saisonale Karte. Ich empfehle v.a. den gemischten Vorspeiseteller.

Eigentlich ein toller Ort mit gutem Essen und einem bezahlbaren Mittagstisch. Leider ist das Personal sehr unfreundlich gegenüber Familien mit Kindern! Hier besteht auf jeden Fall Verbesserungsbedarf!

Really tasty, we had the mixed antipasti plate for two persons as appetizer. It was a nice overview of the Italian kitchen. I like a lot that the card was not so huge and only Italian food. The main course was also really nice. The pasta and also the pizza.

Vielen, vielen Dank für einen wunderschönen Abend! Es war ein perfekter Abend, den ich mit meiner Frau und meiner Mutter im Osteria Limoni sehr genossen habe. Tolles Essen und ein erstklassiger Service!!!

Das Limoni war mal richtig gut. Heute war der Service grottenschlecht und die Portionen für den Preis zu klein. Auf die Wünsche des Gastes wird nicht eingegangen, es wird diskutiert. Es ist kein Problem, dass wir den Tisch nur von 18 bis 20 Uhr hatten. Dann sollte die Rechnung aber auch zeitig gebracht werden. Um 19.50 wurden wir gefragt ob wir zahlen wollen. Unser Wunsch war getrennt zu bezahlen. Das wurde nicht richtig verstanden und es wurde wieder diskutiert, dass wir die Rechnung untereinander aufteilen sollten. Ein Paar wollte bar, dass andere mit Karte zahlen. Es war klar das wir dem Wunsch nicht entsprechen können. Dann kommen die Rechnungen und sie sind plötzlich insgesamt 6 Euro teurer, als die Gesamtrechung vorher. Leider haben wir das zu spät bemerkt. Da die Rechnungen erst nach 20 Uhr kamen wurden wir auch schnell hinaus gebeten. Alles in allem: das Limoni hat extrem nachgelassen und ist nicht mehr zu empfehlen.

Es wird auf 2 Etappen gegessen, um 18:00 und 20:00 Uhr. Wir waren um 18:00 Uhr dort. 2 Stunden für ein 4-Gänge Menü sind zu knapp. Bereits um 19:40 kamen schon die ersten nächsten Gäste, welche wieder weggeschickt wurden. Um 19:55 ging die große Hektik los. Es hatten noch nicht alle Gäste bezahlt und die nächsten standen schon vor den Tischen. Schade.....Das verunstalet das ganze gute Essen.

Service super, Vorspeise Kalmar gefüllt, wirklich sehr lecker, aber mit 15 Euro etwas zu teuer. Gefülltes Doradenfilet war das Highlight, Gruß an die Küche. Taliatelle mit Wildschweinragout sehr lecker, aber fast kein Fleisch. Bei der Weinbestellung waren die ersten zwei die wir wollten leider nicht da,Schade. Mit dem Zeitplan nur 2 Stunden finde ich nicht sonderlich gut .Waren trotzdem sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Mega etabliert, hatte früher mal nen Stern. Holen ihre Zutaten selbst aus Italien, alles ist frisch und original. Manche Gerichte sehr teuer, aber es ist auch okay, einfach (exzellente!) Pizza zu essen und ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Viel Stammkundschaft mit viel Geld, aber gönne ich den Inhabern :)

Wir kamen kurz nach 18Uhr und wollten Pizza essen. Leider saß zu dieser Zeit schon eine Gruppe von ca. 15 Personen im Lokal, die alle Pizza bestellt hatten. Darum dauerte es 70 Minuten, bis unsere Pizza kam. Man erklärte uns, dass in dem Pizzaofen nur 4 Pizzen Platz haben und es darum nicht schneller geht. Da wir anschließend ins Capitol gingen, konnten wir leider nicht alles essen. Gar nicht gefallen hat mir, dass die Pizza wesentlich größer als der Teller ist und man nur am hin und her schieben ist, damit nichts vom Teller fällt. Geschmacklich konnte die Pizza im Vergleich zu früheren Pizzen hier leider auch nicht wirklich überzeugen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient.

Danke für den sehr tollen Abend. Das Ambiente ist außergewöhnlich.
