From the bottom of my heart, I have to say—the food here is incredibly special! From the warm hospitality to the rich, authentic flavors, everything is absolutely breathtaking. As someone from South Asia, this place is a must-visit for anyone craving genuine, flavorful cuisine. We ordered the Masala Chai (twice!), Butter Chicken, Murg (Chicken) Korma, Murg Tikka (appetizer), and Naan/Garlic Naan, and every dish was a masterpiece—fresh, perfectly spiced, bursting with flavor and great value for money. You can truly taste the artistry in every bite! This restaurant has now made it to the top of my list, and I’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their menu. If you’re in Bamberg, don’t miss out on this hidden gem!

Great little snack bar with great Indian dishes. Owner friendly and nice. Large beer selection. Prices are ok. If you want a quick Indian meal in between, this is the right place for you.

We received extremely friendly service at Swarg. The food was really delicious and still very inexpensive. It's really worth taking a look here.

My wife and I ordered from Napoli Curry House because of the good reviews so far. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm these reviews. The Indian "Mixed Vegetable" was very obviously made of (German) frozen buttered vegetables, with Brussels sprouts, which you can get in any supermarket for 1.49 euros. The sauce tasted like a gravy that they tried to give an Indian touch with a little cinnamon. The Saltinbocca was fine, but came with the wrong side dish. Croquettes were ordered, but chips were packed. The white wine sauce could not be described as such either. It was also hidden between the finely chopped lettuce on which the meat was laid and was unfortunately difficult to separate from it. The "Mixed Vegetable" in particular was not worth the almost 15 euros. When you eat out in a restaurant (or order to pick up) you expect fresh ingredients and well-cooked food, otherwise everyone can do it themselves at home. Warming up frozen vegetables and pouring some kind of sauce over them has nothing to do with cooking. Unfortunately, my wife couldn't eat the food and had to prepare something herself. What a waste of money.
