Sehr schön, mega leckeres Essen und indisch mit Italienisch kombiniert richtig underrated. Ich werde aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

Wie waren draußen gesessen, sehr schöner Außenbereich, angenehme ruhige Stimmung , essen war sehr lecker und auch schnell da , Bedienung sehr freundlich. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 👍

Sehr leckere indische Küche Aktueller Stand Mai 2026: immer noch hervorragend.. Tatsächlich wenig besucht, was schade ist, denn der Service ist sehr gut und sehr freundlich und das Essen nach wie vor sehr gut... Unbedingte Empfehlung!!

Sehr leckeres Essen, vor allem der aufmerksame Service ist hervorzuheben. Man hatte das Gefühl, unausgesprochene Wünsche wurden einem von den Lippen abgelesen. Leider ist das Restaurant etwas abseits der Altstadt gelegen und wir haben es nur durch die unmittelbarer Nähe zu unserem Hotel entdeckt. Dennoch wärmstens zu empfehlen.

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie zum Essen. Reservierung hat wunderbar geklappt und wir wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Das Essen ist authentisch und sehr gut abgeschmeckt. Auch die Präsentation der Gerichte ist total schön. Schönes Geschirr/Gefäße und vor allem warme Teller!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen mit Sicherheit wieder. Gerne wollen wir auch den schönen Gartenbereich im Sommer nutzen. Sehr empfehlenswertes Lokal!!!

I was very satisfied from beginning to end. Upon entering the room, the waiter immediately approached us and showed us to a table. I really liked the atmosphere. It looked cozy and inviting, well-lit, and clean. The waiter maintained eye contact throughout and didn't keep us waiting, whether for our order or any special requests. The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious—a true culinary delight. Both the appetizer and main course were impressive. Even saying goodbye and paying was relaxed and easy. I would gladly return!

"This restaurant changed my life—and maybe even the Earth's rotation." I entered the Indian restaurant as an ordinary person—and left as a spiritually cleansed being. The moment I opened the door, a fragrance wafted towards me, so aromatic that for a moment I thought a spice guru had personally fanned me. The waiter greeted me with a smile so warm that my depression spontaneously excused itself and left the table. The menu was a poetic journey through a parallel universe of flavors. I ordered a butter chicken, apparently sourced directly from divine chickens massaged and serenaded with mantras in heaven. The spiciness of my tablemate's vindaloo was so intense that he could briefly see into the future. He said he saw himself eating there again tomorrow. Hardly scientifically disprovable. The mango lassi? I swear, it cleansed my aura. I suddenly felt so balanced that I even let a pigeon go first outside. Finally, they brought me the bill, and I paid with a smile because I knew it was worth every penny—including the few brain cells the chili burned away.

Neither the restaurant or the waiter seemed very welcoming, I should have rather ran away screemig after I noticed the disgusting "AI India" pictures on the walls.. But I was tired, hungry and it was raining outside. Turns out it's an Italian-Indian restaurant., so the waiter didn't even know what a Madras chicken is, but they have a selection of pizzas and Aperol Spritzers.. The "chilli chicken" I ended up getting was full of raw onions and paprika, rather tasteless yet overly salty. They have given me a Chai tea that I wanted even though it was not on the menu, but it was very watery (they probably use skimmed milk to make it) and not sweet enough, so the bitterness from the spices was very unpleasant. Overall a disgrace to call themselves an Indian restaurant imo.

We ate here for the first time today and were thrilled! We love Indian food and will definitely be back! The vegetarian food, in particular, is truly amazing. Highly recommended!

Dosa was a pleasant surprise to find in this region. The restaurant has nice tasteful and cozy ambience, friendly and competent service. The menu is a mix of predominantly North India cuisine with a few Indian street food and chaats ! Again, gladly to repeat, dosa was great, the batter, thickness, sambar and chutney..close enough to south Indian flavors. Close to hbf, a great spot on the way into the city or after the adventure from the city ;) Looking forward to return :)

Since we love Indian food and have tried several restaurants, we can honestly say this is our favorite in Bamberg. This is what Indian food should taste like! The lassi is also a delight! Finally, a good Indian restaurant nearby! Highly recommended!

Five of us, a family, came spontaneously. The staff were very friendly and attentive. As you can see in the picture, we ordered both Indian and Italian dishes. Everything tasted excellent. The whole family was very surprised, as the restaurant is quite hidden. Large portions and very good prices! We'll be back! Definitely recommend it!

It's been a while since we ate there. It's a very nice place, and the food is delicious. But we prefer to order at home. It's served quickly that way. They've just recently launched a new menu. Lots of choices, but the food has deteriorated considerably... You could always order without cream because of lactose. Last time, I got a call saying that wasn't possible. I'd have to get something else. Today I had a Jägerschnitzel with fries and salad. The salad only had balsamic vinegar, without any seasoning, which made me shudder. You could search for the mushrooms. The only thing that was great was the pizza... Prices have gone up, service has declined.

We regularly order from there as part of the Bamberg Palliative Care Academy or for PalliVIVO, and we're always very satisfied with the selection and freshness of the meals. Thank you.

I find it really ridiculous that the price for a large standard pizza has suddenly gone up by more than two euros. I've always liked ordering from there, because there's nothing decent for delivery in Bamberg anymore. Nope, let's not bother.

My pasta with bolognese sauce arrived burnt and the sauce tasted of nothing, completely watery. I have ordered it several times and it was delicious but this time it was really disappointing.

Very nice Indian-Italian restaurant near Bamberg's old town. Both the Indian and Italian dishes are really good and tasty. The service was really extremely nice. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time for our food, which is why I have to deduct a point.

I ate the open-air garden and it was cozy and comfortable. The staff were nice, and the service time was not long. The Biryani tastes great! I have a very positive incident with them: I forgot my power bank in the restaurant. When one of the staff found it, he drove with the restaurant's car around the city to give me the power bank. Will definitely visit again. 😁

Beautiful restaurant with classic Indian charm. The food was as good as it gets! The service was awesome. The ambience is perfect with cleanliness and attention to detail!

The location is a bit hidden for tourists and people who don't come close, but it's still worth stopping by. Chicken Korma highly recommended. Very friendly and accommodating! Nice little beer garden in the courtyard. Parking spaces are on the side streets or simply use the parking garage.
