Food is okay, some is already cold. We picked it up in the drive thru for the third time and something was missing for the third time. It can't be that you have to check your order every time to see if something is missing.

Food OK, KFC / fast food. Almost all tables were dirty, as was the floor. Of course, where children eat, things can go wrong. But I sat in the store for almost an hour and no one even went through to see if tables or something similar needed to be cleaned. Edit: Shortly after I wrote my review, someone went through the ranks and wiped down all the tables. I don't know whether the floor was cleaned afterward because I drove shortly afterwards

Catastrophe.... Outside temperature 3 degrees. Entrance door broken and standing wide open, heating broken, employees hardly speak German, information: no gas for heating today and shrugging of shoulders... NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It took way too long for me to get my food. Up to 40 minutes. You were lucky that the food was at least still hot. Otherwise it would have only been 1 star.
