Oh well. Have been there several times now. But that was nothing. Dry chicken pieces. Fries lay on the tray for 15 minutes until the rest was ready. It doesn't work at all Today again after a long time. What can I say, it couldn't be worse. Staff unfriendly. Chicken pieces so dry that they almost stuck in our throats. Fries were cold and soggy. They had probably been ready somewhere for 10 minutes. And it smelled really bad like grease.

Very long wait (>20min) mainly due to a stock mismanagement. Chicken came raw afterwards. Mistakes happen but the staff has no clue about clients service. Almost agressive with not even answering the “thank you”.

The lady at the checkout was completely overwhelmed and called a colleague over. So two women were overwhelmed with my order and ultimately my order wasn't in the bag, but something else. This has happened several times now. Never again!

Cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. As is now the case in almost all fast food restaurants, clean tables, seats and toilets are not clean. Leftover food on the floor, tables etc., smelly toilets. As I said, it doesn't just apply to this "restaurant"

Yesterday we were there almost 2 hours before closing time, everything was empty and the terminals were out of service. We called to see if it was still open, some employees saw and heard us but no one responded and no one came to the checkout. Unfortunately, disappointed, we had to go somewhere else.

So much but also so little can be said. It is a KFC, Don't be confused as the KFC In the USA hold a different standard than what we have here in Europe. The food selection is grade a amazing, I have vegetarian selection of almost everything they have which is great if you're vegetarian or vegan. My favorite has always been the crispy cheesy, walking in buying five of those and a drink I am set for the day. I highly wish that the franchise in the USA would be able to follow through with the same standard with what we have here in Europe.

Bad service. The tables were dirty. We wiped them down in order to sit down to eat, but after we finished, they cleaned them immediately. The food is good, but the service is zero.

If you know what to expect at Kentucky Fried Chicken, you will get exactly the same delicious fried chicken. However, we have to particularly highlight the employee Othman, a really nice person who loves children. We would love to come back to KFC Neunkirchen!!

For me, KFC is a fast food restaurant that I can't classify with the best will in the world. It's okay for occasionally, but the menu is completely confusing for me, the huge portions (intended for several eaters) are too small or too expensive for one person (KFC isn't a star restaurant, sorry!). On our last visit, there was a guy standing in front of us at the counter who was so dirty and unkempt that I preferred to get my drinks from the other dispenser instead of him *shudder*. Well, the restaurant can't do anything about the personal hygiene of its customers. But the control panels of the drinks dispensers should have been wiped down too often rather than enough, they looked a bit rancid...

Went there again yesterday, like almost always Crispy menu, somehow the portions have become quite small, also that there is no normal cola etc. anymore, only sugar-free, really ridiculous, this forced you to only be allowed to drink sweeteners. I'll say goodbye then.

What the Whopper was for BK and the Bic Mac for McDonald's, the chicken pieces (original) were once the flagship product for KFC and I loved them. Today you only see flimsy stuff sold as “crunchy” or “tender”. So in addition to the menu, we also order real original chicken pieces and after paying at the machine we are asked if I want something else because none are ready, it takes 20 minutes. We're happy to wait for the parts, that's why we're here. After 20 minutes, parts are served that we can't finish, the wings are still almost raw, dripping with fat and limp. As a KFC lover, I can only say that this KFC is excellent. Since it is a bit away from the city, there is not much going on around it and you can go to the restaurant without disturbing anyone or being disturbed. There are 4 order machines that all work. Orders are prepared at different speeds depending on the company. It's happened to me 2/3 times that the waitress forgot my cup, but I don't think that's a big deal, especially when there's a lot going on. The food is very tasty and fair in terms of price. I personally really like the decoration. The lamps hanging low near the large ceiling support the ambience very positively. The service is also very friendly and neutral. In the summer you can actually eat outside without it being noisy! That's cool! I walked, but there is plenty of parking space.

Normally good quality food from KFC. However, the restaurant is always loud, even though there are hardly any guests present, you can hardly understand your own words. A few soundproofing elements distributed throughout the room would make the atmosphere much more pleasant. The place definitely doesn't invite you to linger. Very unfortunate

The service is very friendly and accommodating. The food was well prepared and tasty. There is a refill station for drinks. The only unpleasant thing about the atmosphere was the noise despite there being fewer guests. Here, sound elements on the ceiling could dampen the reverberation from the concrete ceiling. The seating and decoration are typically KFC clean and tidy.
