I like KFC. Stable fast food that you can treat yourself to every now and then. The KFC in Neunkirchen is easily accessible, there are plenty of parking spaces and the employees are very friendly. Unfortunately, the dining area is not cleaned as often or as thoroughly as you would expect from other fast food restaurants. There is definitely still room for improvement. The tray return is often overflowing and you have no choice but to put your tray on top of the pile and hope it doesn't fall.

I was there with my children just before the store closed. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised We were given a very warm welcome. Unfortunately, it's rare to settle in so close to closing time these days The food was actually still very fresh and hot and definitely worth recommending Small recommendation on the side Family bucket was great Everyone was full and my children really enjoyed it too

Not recommended for people who like to eat warm and expect good service!!!! I was there today and ordered Super Deal Menu, Super Deal Bkt and a combo box as well as classic Zingler at 6:20 p.m. and I regret every cent I spent there. The fries were really cold, only after I complained did I receive warm fries. All breaded chicken parts were lukewarm. I complained here too. The employee wanted to prove the opposite to me and used a thermometer. And lo and behold 60 C. And instead of offering new ones, there is still a discussion with the guest. The topic of service excellence and the topic of quality standards are actually still foreign words here. Conclusion: unnecessary waste of money, better than the other fast food chain.

The food is tasty, but the service is slower than ever... in larger service points there are more of them and the service is faster.

Great food at KFC! The chicken was super crispy and juicy, and the side dishes like fries and corn on the cob were also delicious. Fast, friendly service and a clean store. Absolutely recommended!

Soap on the toilet with finger food items is important.

So far a good opportunity to eat something, but unfortunately in a restaurant where you eat a lot with your fingers, soap in the toilets would be a big advantage. When I tried to let the staff know, no one could be found. Well, maybe it would be better to take it with you next time.

When I set foot in this establishment, what came to mind was the sense of achievement and well-being of the customers. The employees are very nice and treat you very welcome. I therefore give it 5 stars. The lights and the aesthetics of the facility seem incredibly beautiful to me, I can feel at home there.

What can you say, Fast Foot. But if you want to eat something quick with chicken, it's a good place. But cheap is different.

Food is okay, some is already cold. We picked it up in the drive thru for the third time and something was missing for the third time. It can't be that you have to check your order every time to see if something is missing.

02 Jan. 2025 Update. Changing from 5 stars to 1 due to the reiterated bad services in the last 12 months Ish. They keep changing the staff and the service is getting worse and worse. Before, you could ask for specific chicken parts, you would get what you paid for or be informed when they didn’t have enough of it. Now, they'll just put whatever they want in the box and if you refuse to take it and ask for your money back, the manager will refuse, if you ask for his name, he will also refuse. It's a shame because KFC worldwide has good customer service. I ignore why they can't keep customer-oriented employees or at least train them properly here. 2023 Great customer service, received by a Turkish lady 😊

Delicious quick food and was prepared quickly

Unfortunately I received an incorrect order, I only noticed this when I got home. After sending an email to KFC, I received a surprise call from the branch manager. We should just come back and get the same thing again for free. My kids were really happy :) Great service!!!!

My sister, her husband and my son spent the day in 9k and stopped at KFC for something to eat on 27.12.24. All came home and after a few hours later all 3 were violently sick with food poisoning. Considering my sister had a vegetarian meal we crossed out bad meat. Must be some sort of cleanliness issue/ cross contamination. Phoned up the next day to let the fast food restaurant know, I got the "restaurant manager" on the phone who only responded with "no one else has called in with these complaints ". Ok? But I'm calling to let you know that you have a serious issue at hand, I'm giving you a heads up just in case some other poor family got food poisoning too. Will not be eating there again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Something is seriously wrong with the food safety here. I visited yesterday with my partner and nephew. I had the veggie meal, they ate chicken. All 3 of us have been vomiting all night. There's obviously some contamination issues, especially for the non-meat eater to get some food-borne illness. Absolute disgrace.

The food was ready very quickly and was warm and fresh. Unfortunately, the fries weren't very seasoned, but maybe I was used to that from other fast food chains. Ordering on the touch screens took some getting used to. Somehow the sensitivity is set so high that the entire screen goes crazy. It took almost 10 minutes to finally have everything in the shopping cart. Otherwise the restaurant is very clean and cozy.

The ordering system didn't work right away and the tables could be a little cleaner here and there. But the staff was very nice!

I absolutely loved my visit to KFC! The food was fresh, hot and super tasty – exactly as you would expect. In particular, the crispy chicken and fries were perfectly cooked. The restaurant was clean and inviting, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The order was quick and I didn't have to wait long. For me, KFC remains the best place for delicious chicken. I'll definitely be back!

The service is very nice and accommodating. We didn't have to wait long for our order either. There is also a refill service for drinks. The food is a little more expensive than, for example, McDonalds or Burger King. I also find the food very greasy.

Super friendly staff - they noticed that we were standing at the terminal and left again when we didn't find anything suitable. As soon as we got to the car, one of the employees suddenly stood in front of us and asked if there were any problems and if he could help us. When we replied that there was nothing suitable for us, he invited us to come in again and put together a menu at the checkout. We did that too. Super nice and the food was great too. That's still service.

Went there for dinner with 3 parties, but unfortunately it wasn't possible to eat together. Ordered at the same time, orders completed: 1x 10min, 1x 25min and the last one even 40min after ordering. For dessert, the kids preferred to go to the Burger King opposite because they didn't feel like waiting that long again.

The staff asks several times and thinks about what they mean, the food was cold and they claim that the food was warm. Maybe, but if it sits there for 6 minutes without heat, it will get cold and then you'll be surprised that you want a replacement. That's why it's clean there.

The restaurant can be found at the entrance to Neunkirchen. Also easy to reach from the highway. Everything is modern and attractively designed. There are enough parking spaces available. There is also a drive in. Unfortunately, some of the drinks were only zero and not normal. As usual, the food was delicious and fresh. Sanitary facilities were not very clean. Soap was empty or didn't work.

Can't understand the hype. The food was quite expensive, drinks often cost extra, I didn't think the seasoning was anything special and the chicken wasn't crispy either. So KFC probably won't see me anymore.
