The gyros have always been good, as have the fries. However, what is always noticeable negatively is that either the app says it is closed even though it is open, or vice versa, like today. You order via the app, receive the order confirmation via email and are surprised that no food comes. When I tried to look up the phone number on Google, I noticed that the opening hours had apparently changed. Apparently you only open if you're lucky.

I can understand the negative reviews very well. Gyro meat is dried out and old. Burger mushy and not worth the money. The schnitzel is too small, the cream sauce is unreasonable. Fries are undercooked, soggy and disgusting

Without words ! Gyros were inedible, the pita bread tasted hard and was definitely warm! The fries were wobbly and ice cold, the tzatziki bit your tongue! 27€ for the wind... Never again ! Sorry! ✌️🙂 Should be reported to the health department! -00000 stars

We've been ordering from Freetime Grill for a while now. My favorite is the Zouzoukia, it's incredibly delicious; I can usually eat it for two days! The rice is homemade, as are the salads. Sometimes it takes longer, especially on Borussia Dortmund match days. It's best to call or order through their website, not through Lieferando.

I ordered a Lahmacun, which arrived completely cold. When I called to let the restaurant know this, the only answer I got was that the vegetables came from cold storage. She told me that 5-7 times. As a former restaurateur, this process is unknown to me. You take your vegetables out of the cold storage beforehand and let them warm up a little to room temperature. It's probably not known to the chefs there. The bottom line is that my food is now cold and not really edible and my phone call was simply ended by the rude lady on the other end. I don't order here anymore. 😁

We ordered for the first time today and can simply say: everything was great, great gyro meat, large portion. Salad and tzatziki very tasty and even the fries were very good. Delivered very on time👍. From Niederkassel to Zündorf, really great!!!!! We will order again 👍👍
