The restaurant was well attended. My order came after about 15 minutes. There was no ouzo. The gyros were the best I've had in the last 30 years. Unfortunately the rice was very dry. I wouldn't order extra tzatziki there again.

We ate at Metaxa a few days ago. It is not possible to have fries instead of rice with the dishes; the fries then have to be ordered separately and of course paid for separately. There is no side dish for the baked bifteki (without cheese filling) and must be ordered separately. The tzatziki also has to be ordered separately and then there isn't even any bread with it. The portions are very small and the taste is just ok. We cannot recommend the Metaxa and will not come back again…

Generous space and very comfortable seating, great interior.... beautiful design with attention to detail.... just beautiful! Super great service, very nice service! We'd love to come back! It was a lot of fun with this great service team! A really big compliment!! The food is simply great! We had only heard good things about the "Sparta" in advance and that's why we came, but our expectations and ideas were definitely exceeded! Generous, sometimes generous portions...even the starters...everything was very well seasoned...meat was very tender and tasty...we all went home full and happy! It was an all around great evening! Really, really highly recommended and we will definitely be back! But you should definitely make a reservation in advance, at least on weekends, as it can be really full...which is of course no surprise given the fantastic food! Many thanks to the entire Sparta team! It was great with you! ❤️

Absolutely not recommended. Meat very dry. Don't eat Greek. Not prepared with love.

There were three of us here and we had a really great time. The service is super nice, Greek music plays pleasantly in the background and plenty of ouzo is poured. The food was OK. If it happens and I'm in Bremen again, I'll visit this location again :)

Were there on Saturday with 13 people. As always, the food was delicious and plentiful. Special requests were also fulfilled. Everyone was happy. Just traditional Greek. Prices rather low. Service attentive but not intrusive. Always my pleasure!!

We have known and loved Kalymnos for ages. Always friendly, always great service and great food. You did a great job modernizing some of the dishes and also adding new dishes to the menu and we'll be happy to come back again and again.

For us the best Greek in Bremen! We have enjoyed coming here regularly for years. You are always warmly welcomed by the almost exclusively Greek service staff and the kitchen is also firmly in Greek hands. You can tell by the authenticity of the food and the loving preparation. The restaurant impresses with its cozy atmosphere and its cleanliness. Fresh flowers complete the whole thing. Special requests are also taken into account. Many regular guests and a great price-performance ratio make every evening there a pleasure. We love the soups that are freshly cooked every day and the highly recommended liver or lamb fillet. Be sure to reserve in advance, especially on weekends!!

The store was way too full It just gave the impression that every corner had to be exploited Conversation at normal volume was not possible and then music was turned on, I find the cozy atmosphere different! I've read somewhere else that it's supposed to be romantic there, but sorry, that was probably written as a long-term single... (shit storm welcome :-) ) Despite the crowd and the crowd, the female service staff were very friendly and felt more than sorry for us, we have never experienced anything like that before. The food is a matter of taste, but unfortunately it didn't appeal to us There weren't enough toilets for what was going on, there was a queue for women like at events and for men Of the 3 pee basins, 1 was defective and 1 was clogged, sorry, but that's not possible, so an emergency service will have to be called on Friday evening.... At the end the bill came and the worst thing was that it didn't fit at the front and back, there were 6 of us there (3 couples) and paid separately, if the last couple had taken over the rest they would have paid for drinks that they didn't even have...a total of 5 Too many drinks on it.....and the waitress commented on it with a smile and a shrug of the shoulders.

Pleasant little atmosphere, very friendly and quick service. I think that the store is sometimes underestimated when viewed from the outside. It's worth going in, delicious food and delivered quickly. Personally, I don't find much to complain about, so it's really worth a try to get good Greek food in Bremen Horn-Lehe. See for yourself as everyone's tastes are different :)
